Something maybe not easily noticeable or mentioned is there is also an outdoor basketball hoop and some tennis courts. As far as I know I brought my own stuff but maybe the front desk would have had equipment, but I wouldn’t count on it. Having the facilities as an option is nice, alongside their gym, pools, and other amenities

I didn't expect this villa to be two stories and have three bathrooms within a 2-minute walk to downtown Sedona. It was unbelievable. Clean pool and hot tub, two fireplaces, and all the space we needed for 4 adults and 2 children within a walk up the hill to eating and shopping. Highly recommend.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the resort. I saw there were comments where people said the property was dated and they removed stars for it. The rooms might not have marble walls, but they are far from un-inhabitable. The property includes use of an indoor pool, dry sauna, and steam room. Very relaxing. If you have children, they have a game room with billiard tables, air hockey, foosball, ping pong, and bar shuffle board - for free. They let you check out the equipment at the front desk. Had a lot of fun. I enjoy Sedona, but I didn’t really feel the need to leave the resort to find peace and relaxation.

Main selling point is the great location. Ample parking but spots are narrow. Steep hill to walk up to the shopping and dining. No on site breakfast. Bed was not very comfortable. 1 patio and 2 terraces but view is obstructed.

Our Deluxe Villa was exactly that. Precious question on balcony or patio with only one option was weak in that this suite had both! View of the red rocks from balcony, 2 bedrooms with full baths and a powder room downstairs. 2 fireplaces, spacious great room with beautiful dining set and smart TV’s with service that actually worked and provided entertainment worth watching. An awesome step up from most accommodations regardless of price. Location in Sedona was amazing. All you could want in walking distance AND you still felt quite secluded. Oak Creek access on the property with opportunity to wade, swimming hole and secluded spots to just soak and reflect. 5 stars here and heading back end of next month.

We loved our stay here. It was perfect for our family of five. The villas are a bit dated, especially the bathrooms. However, it was super clean!! (Which is what matters most!) The pool area also needs some updates/maintenance, but the landscaping was stunning! The outdoor pool is not heated year round as I was told, so keep that in mind if traveling during cooler months. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. The staff was helpful and kind. We would absolutely stay here again.

We loved our spacious, well-located accommodations just steps from Uptown’s restaurants and shops. Steps up a steep hill, it should be noted! Our villa was immaculate when we arrived, although we had to wait two hours past check-in time for it to be cleaned. Mattresses were comfortable, kitchen was well-appointed, and rooms were extremely spacious. Some furniture and amenities were a bit dated, but still in good repair and clean. We loved the large outdoor hot tub, too! We’d return in a heartbeat.

Would absolutely stay here again. The unit was spotless, comfy and roomy. Beds were comfy. well stoked kitchen with all cooking items available. No spices etc if that's what you are looking for. Washer and dryer in unit did a nice job. Laundry soap provided! A bit dark with all the dark wood but helped to keep it cool. The grounds were well kept. Enjoyed the pool and recreation areas. No restaurant or bar on the grounds but a short walk up the hill was any kind of food you would want. Front desk was extremely helpful and friendly.

Negative: There was piles of hair and dirt in the bathroom. There was food left in the microwave from the previous tenant. The towels were very scratchy. Pros: fireplace, ability to adjust temperature, working kitchen

We had an overall great stay. The hotel had a great location and the suite had the perfect amount of room for our family. It was very clean and well equipped. Highly recommend staying here for anyone visiting Sedona with a family.

We were on a family vacation to Sedona with our two teenage daughters. It was our first time in Sedona. Arroyo Roble was in a perfect location with restaurants, bars, and shopping within walking distance. The unit was perfect for us. With two bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, living room, dining room, and kitchen, there was plenty of space for privacy and to sit together as a family. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations. Pool and game area was also very nice especially after a hot day out seeing the sights!

The property is way nicer in person than the pictures. The beds were sooooo comfy. Such amazing spacious rooms, the bath was great. My only complaint is that the bottles the shampoo/shower gels etc were in were just impossible to use. We had our own with us anyway but it's the only issue we had with our stay! Can't wait to stay here again.

The resort was beyond my expectations. The preview pictures don't do it justice. The condo was huge - two stories, fully supplied kitchen, washer/dryer, large dining/family area, good sized room with two beds and a full bath, and large primary room with walkin shower and tub. While a bit dated, everything was in great condition. The location was fantastic. Beautiful views from the resort. Great location, near shopping and restaurants. We couldn't have been happier with our stay.

I thought this was a hotel. These are villas and timeshares. We only spent the night and had to leave at 5:45am, but needed to throw our trash out in the bins and leave our laundry in a basket. It was just odd. I would have never stayed there for a night. Also, we went to “return the key” which is a requirement, and the place was closed. We weren’t walking to the Best western to do that so we left it in the room. Overall, nice, but not for a quick overnight stay. And for some reason, they still have a hold on my $250 deposit!!!

Great location, the condo was very clean and spacious, the check in was quick and simple. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Property was what I was looking for. We declined cleaning service (only stayed 2 nights and binder in room stated no cleaning for stays less than 4 days). Someone entered the property anyway and made the beds and changed the towels. Also day of checkout someone walked right in the door while we were getting dressed. No knock. Wouldn’t stay here again due to lack of privacy from the property management.

We were looking for a place to stay that had bedrooms on opposite sides of the room sure to aborting issues that both me and my friend have. This turned out to be More than we were expecting. It was a whole house, to accomodate 6 people but there were only two of us. In our particular villa, we would recommend the owner install lights all along the stairway which is steep and very dark at night. Also parts of the floor creaked in the bedroom and I could not feel the AC in the room with the two twin beds, however, there was a tower fan in the closest that helped keep me cool through out the night. We did not have a very interaction with one of the lady front desk personnel. She made us feel like we didn't know what we were talking about and was not very friendly, but I guess you will sometimes encounter that in life. The other two people we very nice. The garbage truck coming at 7am was a disappointment, lots as can be. The inside pool is also connected to the outside pool which is not shared with you before you book. You simple swim through an owning into the inside pool area.

We were on a family vacation to Sedona with our two teenage daughters. It was our first time in Sedona. Arroyo Roble was in a perfect location with restaurants, bars, and shopping within walking distance. The unit was perfect for us. With two bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, living room, dining room, and kitchen, there was plenty of space for privacy and to sit together as a family. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations. Pool and game area was also very nice especially after a hot day out seeing the sights!

Main selling point is the great location. Ample parking but spots are narrow. Steep hill to walk up to the shopping and dining. No on site breakfast. Bed was not very comfortable. 1 patio and 2 terraces but view is obstructed.

Our Deluxe Villa was exactly that. Precious question on balcony or patio with only one option was weak in that this suite had both! View of the red rocks from balcony, 2 bedrooms with full baths and a powder room downstairs. 2 fireplaces, spacious great room with beautiful dining set and smart TV’s with service that actually worked and provided entertainment worth watching. An awesome step up from most accommodations regardless of price. Location in Sedona was amazing. All you could want in walking distance AND you still felt quite secluded. Oak Creek access on the property with opportunity to wade, swimming hole and secluded spots to just soak and reflect. 5 stars here and heading back end of next month.

The resort was beyond my expectations. The preview pictures don't do it justice. The condo was huge - two stories, fully supplied kitchen, washer/dryer, large dining/family area, good sized room with two beds and a full bath, and large primary room with walkin shower and tub. While a bit dated, everything was in great condition. The location was fantastic. Beautiful views from the resort. Great location, near shopping and restaurants. We couldn't have been happier with our stay.

We loved our spacious, well-located accommodations just steps from Uptown’s restaurants and shops. Steps up a steep hill, it should be noted! Our villa was immaculate when we arrived, although we had to wait two hours past check-in time for it to be cleaned. Mattresses were comfortable, kitchen was well-appointed, and rooms were extremely spacious. Some furniture and amenities were a bit dated, but still in good repair and clean. We loved the large outdoor hot tub, too! We’d return in a heartbeat.

Would absolutely stay here again. The unit was spotless, comfy and roomy. Beds were comfy. well stoked kitchen with all cooking items available. No spices etc if that's what you are looking for. Washer and dryer in unit did a nice job. Laundry soap provided! A bit dark with all the dark wood but helped to keep it cool. The grounds were well kept. Enjoyed the pool and recreation areas. No restaurant or bar on the grounds but a short walk up the hill was any kind of food you would want. Front desk was extremely helpful and friendly.

I stayed just one night in a lovely 2 bed 21/2 bathroom apartment with a friend and her daughter. I believe it was part of their timeshare accommodations. There was a full kitchen so perfect for a family longer term stay. We did not have time to take advantage of the Club facilities, so I can’t comment on those. Having somewhere to park for free close to the main street shops and restaurants is a huge plus as street parking even though there are lots of free lots is always a challenge in Sedona. There was a gas fireplace in the living room and the primary bedroom. Large whirlpool bath and walk in shower in the primary. Second bathroom shower smaller but functional. 2 caveats if you are a senior or have difficulty waking for any reason - both bedrooms are upstairs, and the walk from your unit, which is where your car would be parked, up to the main street is extremely steep, so a tough slog both up and down depending on your fitness level!

We loved our stay here. It was perfect for our family of five. The villas are a bit dated, especially the bathrooms. However, it was super clean!! (Which is what matters most!) The pool area also needs some updates/maintenance, but the landscaping was stunning! The outdoor pool is not heated year round as I was told, so keep that in mind if traveling during cooler months. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. The staff was helpful and kind. We would absolutely stay here again.

This is a great place to stay in up town Sedona. It's right in the middle of great shopping with a nice pool and amenities. Friendly people.

The unit that I got was upstairs. The sofa bed needs to be updated, you can feel the springs on your back when you lay down, the bedding seamed that it had not been changed. The kitchen only needs more pots and pans. I don't know why we needed to clean, when we paid a fee.

Was informed a day prior to check in that we would be without water midweek from 10am-6pm. Water did not return until after 8pm which is unacceptable after a day in the desert red rock sand. I spoke to the Director of guest relations and was informed that my family could use the porta potties since we could not flush our toilets, She was less than professional and all she could say was "I understand" The room was just OK, furniture and restrooms were very dated. construction every day all day like clockwork. Fresh towels would not be provided until after your 5th night stay or available for a charge. You must empty you own trash or be charged extra which is part of a 2 page " rules and regulations" containing all of the pending additional charges if not followed. I would ensure to request a copy of this and read it top to bottom prior to even thinking about staying.
