Das Hotel selbst war sehr gut, man erreicht die Innenstadt sehr schnell. Unser Zimmer war gegenüber einem Bahnhof, so dass man die Durchsagen und die Züge selbst gehört hat, was uns aber nicht wirklich gestört hat. Mit dem Auto waren wir in ca. 15 Minuten beim Starlight Express. Wenn man das Auto nicht benötigt, dann sollte man einen Parkplatz auf dem Hof reservieren. Ein früheres Einchecken war gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis auch kein Problem. Insgesamt, gerne wieder....

Wie auch bei meinen vorherigen Übernachtungen gab es am Hotel selber nichts zu meckern. Was ich diesmal nicht so top fand war dass um 16 Uhr der Parkplatz schon auagebucht war. Es gibt aber auf 200 Meter.für 6 Euro eine Alternative.

Neues Hotel was leider nur als Renditeobjekt entworfen worden ist. Sehr kleine Zimmer mit sehr harten Matratzen. Dusche mit wenig Wasserdruck. Parken im Parkhaus bei Edeka. Die Nacht kostet 26€ und kann nur in bar bezahlt werden. Service und Sauberkeit dafür Top

Wir waren mit der Einrichtung zufrieden. Vor dem Hotel waren Straßenbaumaßnahmen, die waren etwas störend bzgl. Auffinden und anfahren. Im Zimmer war nix zu hören. Wir würden wiexer buchen.

The hotel is brand new and everything looks clean. But when we arrived on Thursdays around 22:30 at the hotel we had some problems. When we arrived, we tried to park the car inside but it was full. We stopped the car outside and it took 5 minutes for the receptionist to open the door for us. When we were inside there were three people in the reception. They were young (it was 3 of them) and really meant. When we asked if we can park inside they look at each other with fraught face and say “FULL, FULL”. And didn’t suggest anything. We were so tired because of the trip and asked where we could park then, they simply said “OUTSIDE”, without any indications. It was my first time in Bochum so I had no clue what to do. After 30 minutes of searching in the middle of the night we found a parking space about 4 squares away from the hotel. Another occasion was, we leaved the hotel around 07:30 to an event and left the towers on the floor so they could change for us. When we arrived at night the room was not clean and the towers were not changed. So, we went to the reception and no one was there to help. We waited until someone came and gave us towers. After those occasions, we decided to not pay for the Breakfast or anything inside the hotel. We did not want to talk or say anything toward those bullies in the reception.

3 venner på koncert tur. Meget rent hotel med en for os perfekt begivenhed. Man betaler ekstra for parkering, men man er så også sikker på at der hele tiden er en plads.

Nice check in service at the reception desk. Clean spacey room with basic interior. Queen sized bed with a firm mattress as I like it. Unfortunately the bathroom in room 304 smelld of mould. After I’ve showered I left som clothes hanging in the bathroom and the next day even they smelled of mould. I added breakfast and it was as good as promised!

Die Lage ist nicht schön, aber praktisch direkt am Bahnhof Bochum-West. Also die Umgebung ist eher zweckmässig. Der Geruchsverschluss im Boden der Dusche ist wohl länger nicht gespült worden, es stank bestialisch nach Kanalisation. Ich habe dann einfach 5 Minuten heiss Wasser reinlaufen gelassen und dann war der Gestank vorbei.

Die Lage ist nicht schön, aber praktisch direkt am Bahnhof Bochum-West. Also die Umgebung ist eher zweckmässig. Der Geruchsverschluss im Boden der Dusche ist wohl länger nicht gespült worden, es stank bestialisch nach Kanalisation. Angenehmer Aufenthalt, da nur eine Nacht ohne Frühstück kann ich dies nicht bewerten. Zimmer waren Sauber und gut ausgestattet. Leider befand sich kein Wasser oder Glas auf dem Zimmer. Bett war bequem und das Zimmer sowie Bad waren sauber.

Insgesamt sind wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern 0 3 Jahre) sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt, Freundlichkeit Sauberkeit einwandfrei, trotz Lage direkt angrenzend an Bahnhof sehr ruhig. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Es sollten noch lichtdurchlässige Vorhänge als Sichtschutz vor dem bodentiefen und zum Bahnsteig gerichteten Fenster angebracht werden. Vorhanden sind nur Verdunklungsvorhänge.

Insgesamt sind wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern 0 3 Jahre) sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt, Freundlichkeit Sauberkeit einwandfrei, trotz Lage direkt angrenzend an Bahnhof sehr ruhig. Der Fernsehton war nicht einzustellen, nachteilig für Senioren. Hocker als Sitzgelegenheit ohne Lehnen. Ein kleiner Pappbecher statt einem Glas steht für übertriebenen Spargedanke.

Das Zimmer war ziemlich klein, dafür war alles da, was den Aufenthalt angenehm macht, klima, wlan, tv. Zusatzbett anstelle der couch. Außerdem war es ausgesprochen preiswert und die lage des hotels ist über jeden zweifel erhaben. Besser gehts kaum. Alles fussläufig erreichbar. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Wir haben nur eine Schlafgelegenheit benötigt und haben alles gehabt was nötig war.

Das Zimmer war ziemlich klein, dafür war alles da, was den Aufenthalt angenehm macht, klima, wlan, tv. Zusatzbett anstelle der couch. Außerdem war es ausgesprochen preiswert und die lage des hotels ist über jeden zweifel erhaben. Besser gehts kaum. Alles fussläufig erreichbar. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Wir haben nur eine Schlafgelegenheit benötigt und haben alles gehabt was nötig war.

Preis-Leistung ist wirklich gut! Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und das Personal sehr nett und bemüht. Zwei Kleinigkeiten hätte ich zu bemängeln: 1. auf der Expedia Seite steht Check in 14 Uhr - tatsächlich konnten wir erst um 15 Uhr rein, so mussten wir noch knapp eine Stunde doof rumgucken. 2. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist wirklich gut aber alles ist auf so engen Raum gequetscht das man sich nicht rühren kann. Aber wie gesagt, Kleinigkeiten, wir würden wiederkommen.

Obwohl ich vorab geschrieben habe, dass wir später kommen, habe ich keinen Zugangs Code bekommen und stand vor verschlossener Tür. Musste erst anrufen um rein zu kommen, um dann die Parkmöglichkeit zu bekommen und dann nochmal vor verschlossener Tür zu stehen, um den Code für die Tür zu bekommen. Nicht optimal, nach 600km Anreise und ein behindertes Kind im Auto. Das solltet ihr ändern. Vor allem, wenn vorher die Situation mit später Ankunft und parken, da Rollstuhl dabei, geklärt wurde. Ansonsten alles bestens!

Wir wurden morgens um 8 Uhr von einem lauten Klopfen des Zimmerservice geweckt. Das geht gar nicht! Wir waren spät im Musical und die Kinder mussten Schlaf nachholen. Wir haben sowieso an dem Tag ausgecheckt, da wird das Zimmer doch gereinigt wenn man abgereist ist. Das kann doch per Liste kontrolliert werden und nicht durch penetrantes Klopfen an jeder Tür. Ansonsten hat es uns im Hotel gut gefallen. Das Frühstück war sehr schön für den Preis.

The hotel is brand new and everything looks clean. But when we arrived on Thursdays around 22:30 at the hotel we had some problems. When we arrived, we tried to park the car inside but it was full. We stopped the car outside and it took 5 minutes for the receptionist to open the door for us. When we were inside there were three people in the reception. They were young (it was 3 of them) and really meant. When we asked if we can park inside they look at each other with fraught face and say “FULL, FULL”. And didn’t suggest anything. We were so tired because of the trip and asked where we could park then, they simply said “OUTSIDE”, without any indications. It was my first time in Bochum so I had no clue what to do. After 30 minutes of searching in the middle of the night we found a parking space about 4 squares away from the hotel. Another occasion was, we leaved the hotel around 07:30 to an event and left the towers on the floor so they could change for us. When we arrived at night the room was not clean and the towers were not changed. So, we went to the reception and no one was there to help. We waited until someone came and gave us towers. After those occasions, we decided to not pay for the Breakfast or anything inside the hotel. We did not want to talk or say anything toward those bullies in the reception.

Die Umgebung ist mies... Hotel sehr gut, Frühstücksangebot....naja nicht gerade günstig... Sehr kleiner Frühstücksraum... Einchecken war sehr nett... und kompetent!!! Der Mitarbeiter beim auschecken nicht kompetent, keine Ahnung von der Umgebung, wie und womit man wohin kommt. Man bekommt den Eindruck er wäre genervt... Alles in allem ganz ok.

Das Hotel selbst war sehr gut, man erreicht die Innenstadt sehr schnell. Unser Zimmer war gegenüber einem Bahnhof, so dass man die Durchsagen und die Züge selbst gehört hat, was uns aber nicht wirklich gestört hat. Mit dem Auto waren wir in ca. 15 Minuten beim Starlight Express. Wenn man das Auto nicht benötigt, dann sollte man einen Parkplatz auf dem Hof reservieren. Ein früheres Einchecken war gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis auch kein Problem. Insgesamt, gerne wieder....

I didn't know the red-light district was a block away, but there is no noise or spillover from that area. The breakfast is advertised as environmentally sustainable. It's a bit overpriced, but there are not a lot of breakfast options nearby. It's close to the shopping districts and a couple good breweries. They also sell alcohol in the lobby, reasonably priced.

Zwei Kleinigkeiten hätte ich zu bemängeln: 1. auf der Expedia Seite steht Check in 14 Uhr - tatsächlich konnten wir erst um 15 Uhr rein, so mussten wir noch knapp eine Stunde doof rumgucken. 2.
