We went to have a late check in at this hotel and the front desk was closed. You could hear and see people, but they refused to check you in the smell of pot was overwhelming. When they finally did answer, they told us the elevator was broken and we would be on the fourth floor. Needless to say, we walked out the door.

The hotel was rundown and dirty, and the keys did not even admit you to the room area of the hotel, you had to get the front desk, clerk to let you in and he was not always there. The floors were nasty. Evidently some indigence are using it as a low-cost nursing home..

1) poorly lit parking lot. 2) people hanging out side front entrance and in parking lot 3) no lobby what so ever- just a window in a narrow hallway 4) lobby smelled like chemicals 5) no grab and go breakfast like Expedia said it had 6) ice machine broken 7) kids yelling at me asking me for money 8) cockroach came out from underneath refrigerator.

This hotel is nasty. First off I booked weeks in advance. Get to the property it looks nothing like the photos. When checking in, I’m told the only room we have for you is on the 4th floor and the elevators are broken. I get to my floor the hall carpets look like someone’s dog had bladder issues. There was blood on the stairwell walls. The hall walls were super dirty. Get to the room, tv doesn’t work, Go to lay on the bed and about broke my back the mattress was so hard. The walls are paper thin to the point I could hear the people next to me pee. I do not recommend. Also this is an extended stay, never have I been charged for utensils or if you even attempted to make a call on the phone it’s a dollar.

Worst stay I have ever had. Card machine for doors was broken couldn't get in and out after 10 night employee was rude and lazy. He smelt like he was drinking half the time I was there. The building smells like a cigarette and the rooms look like a mental ward.

Run down, keys didn’t work. Attendant could help. Luc luckily, he just let us in a room late at night and we checked out first thing in the morning so we didn’t really need to come and go otherwise it would’ve been a major hassle very inconvenient to check in strong smell of marijuana in the entryway floor room was sticky. That’s pretty much it.

The actual property is not even close to the pictures on the website. There is not a lobby but a small area with a counter where a not so friendly agent does the check in process. There is a door separating this small area from the rest of the hotel which raises a red flag for the safety in the area. They ask for a $100 deposit, which was not mention during the reservation process and some people had to leave for not having the extra money. My room was outdated, with broken furniture and a clogged toilet. I also saw small roaches in the bathroom. I asked the front desk to switch rooms and when they gave the keys to the new room, the keys did not work. They had to reprogram the key twice and still nothing. I finally decided to leave. There was not way I would spend a night in such horrible place. This hotel looks like a horror movie where a murder is about to happen at any minute. When I told the front desk lady about the roaches she said "well this is Florida". I used lived in Florida for more than 20 years and have never seen a hotel this bad. This property chain should be assamed of this location! I understand that this is a low budget hotel but cleanliness is the least you would expect. I was in town for a bussiness meeting and needed a place just to spend the night, but after this experience, next time I just rather drive the 7 hours back home, or I would spend the night in my car on a rest area. Please avoid this place my all means! What a such depressing place!

This was the nastiest place I’ve ever been. Walked in and was hit with this awful smell. The carpet and floors were black, blinds were black, and there was dirt in the bed. There was food on the stove and in the fridge and hair on the toilet. It had not been cleaned and the bed was made up with dirty sheets. We immediately left and requested a refund.

The hotel smelled like urine and pot. Our bathroom smelled mildew/mouldy requiring no the fan to be left on for entire stay. Beds were comfortable linens clean. Room itself was clean BUT killed 7 cockroaches over evening. They say for every 1 bug seen there’s 100 you don’t. 1st receptionists lovely, 2nd rude and abrasive. Needs a fumigation, deep carpet cleaning and some bleach.

The room itself had a major sticky floor, grease stains running down the wall and stale smoke smell in a nonsmoking room. The only thing good about this place is the location to the airport. Fair warning, once you check in you wont find anyone that works there. GROSS, Disgusting, Nasty. I'm not usually that picky, cleaning staff sometimes isn't the best so I just know I might have to wipe the counter off and the tub. But OMG. everything was dirty, nothing was clean. AND THE ROACHES!!!! coming out of the shower after my husband was done, turn the lights off and wait a minute you can hear them come out and turn the light on quick, BARF, they scatter like fleas on a dog. NEVER NEVER again. Dont even get me started on the people that live there. UUGH it's over thank goodness.

Our room was not cleaned at all. Chips on the counters, dog food on the floors, paint peeling off the walls, looked like dried blood sprayed on walls, linen was dirty, tub was dirty and didn’t drain. After checking in, I went to room and there was someones things in the room. Return to office, assigned new room. Very noisy, you could hear everyone coming thru the security doors coming into hotel. The bed was the absolute hardest bed I have ever seen. As hard as if I sleep on the floor.

Was told the room was recently renovated. It had a counter in the kitchen from the 70's with a metal sink and a 2 burner electric coil stovetop. The beds were on metal legs, and the window coverings were very old warped horizontal blinds. The air conditioner did work well, and there was a full sized fridge, but no microwave. Bathroom was clean and functional.

Dreary, cheap experience. It's not the bargain that it seems. Room was clean but very dated and bare. Hallways were dirty, carpet sticky and and the whole place smelled of mildew. The whole property is run down. On the brighter side, front desk personnel were competent, pleasent, helpful.

It was ok. The building had kind of a worn down look to it. There was a weird smell throughout the building. The first night i was there the TV didn't connect to the dish network they use. so, you couldn't watch anything. the second night it worked though. There was some damage here in there in the room. of course. you have tons of guest coming and going throughout the years so, you can't fully control that. However, the room was pretty clean. The staff was pretty friendly and helpful. I had to check out sunday before the front desk opened. I was a bit confused. I ended up leaving before the front desk opened cause i had places to go. So, i called later that day and confirmed i had checked out, and it went pretty smoothly. The guest was pretty good. no one super loud or obnoxious. The bed was moderately comfortable. the pillows were not great. but, i managed to get to sleep.

The staff was pretty friendly and helpful. I had to check out sunday before the front desk opened. I was a bit confused. I ended up leaving before the front desk opened cause i had places to go. So, i called later that day and confirmed i had checked out, and it went pretty smoothly. The guest was pretty good. no one super loud or obnoxious. The bed was moderately comfortable. the pillows were not great. but, i managed to get to sleep.

The room was nice. The location was the problem. We were the 1 st room after the laundry room & everyone smoked outside of our window. The voices & machines were a lot, so we slept with the TV on to drown out the noises. In the parking lot we were approached for money by other residents. We wanted the closest hotel to the airport because we had an early flight.

there is no 24 hour front desk, had to phone from the entrance when I got there and they were pretty quick to respond. I was unaware and a bit confused at first but it turned out to be no big deal.

We stayed for one night to go to a party. Our room had no bathroom irems besides toilet paper. No kitch items, no cups, no plates. Nothing. Yes we did pay 100 but did not enjoy it obe bit. Bathroom was dirty did not want to shower there. The staff was rude. I would really love to see if we could possibly get a refund. Ill never stay here again.

Our flight was cancelled at Orlando Sanford Airport and we chose a hotel close to the airport. Upon arrival at Extended Stay, we first noticed the vagrants hanging around the parking lot and lobby. Shirtless, toothless, tatted up dirt bags staring at my wife and daughter. The hotel smelled like urine, cigarettes, mold, and sadness. The carpet is stained...the rooms are dirty and run down. Never would I stay there...we booked another hotel immediately and got a refund. Others from the same flight did the exact same thing as us...checked in and turned around and got a refund. It was dirty and felt very unsafe. I would not recommend staying here, especially if you have a family.

The distance from the SFB airport was convenient. But the parking lot felt unsafe, a lot of sketchy/creepy people outside just wandering around the parking lot but not going inside. The hotel reeked of weed and was super dirty. Everything was sticky and our AC had nasty brown sticky liquid on it. I would not stay here again.

Hotel is full of homeless residents, No breakfast as indicated on site. No phone in room, room are outdated and filthy. Water faucet dripping all night. Front desk close at night and opens 10 am. To change towels it cost $1.95 additional per night. Hotel is filthy, rugs smelly and although no smoking signs the hotel is smokey. Terrible stay!!!

The service we received was excellent and the person behind the counter was courteous and respectful. That is where the positive feedback ends. The hallways are filthy and smell very strongly of weed 24/7. The TV was inoperable and the room smelled strangely. If it weren't for the lovely people at the desk and the price, I'd give this place 1 star. The water pressure is not strong enough to get conditioner out of your hair. There are zero basic amenities (no cup/silverware/plate). Everything is an add-on

The building & grounds are poorly kept. Room was totally bare essentials. Kitchenette without anything to use. When I saw a cockroach run back under the burner, I zipped up the suitcase, kept it on the bed and hung up my clothes for next day. Put my purse & sweater on shelf above hanging clothes. The bed was well made, sheets & towels were bright white, no complaint there, and the air conditioner worked well. I took pictures.

When checking in, I’m told the only room we have for you is on the 4th floor and the elevators are broken. I get to my floor the hall carpets look like someone’s dog had bladder issues. There was blood on the stairwell walls. The hall walls were super dirty. Get to the room, tv doesn’t work, Go to lay on the bed and about broke my back the mattress was so hard. The walls are paper thin to the point I could hear the people next to me pee. I do not recommend. Also this is an extended stay, never have I been charged for utensils or if you even attempted to make a call on the phone it’s a dollar.

We arrived late and knew that we would be in the room less than 8 hours - so we decided not to leave and find another place to stay. The beds appeared to be clean. However the floor, walls and surfaces hadn’t been appropriately cleaned in a while. There was a chain hanging from the headboard of 1 bed… not sure of its purpose? The bathroom shelf was grimy and there was a dirty used comb under the towels. The elevator and hallways were very dirty. Upon leaving at 4:30 am we spotted 2 German cockroaches crawling up the walls outside our bedroom door. Wish we had done a bit more due diligence prior to booking at this establishment.

No lobby. Check in was easy, and the guy was kind. Close to airport. Whole building smelled funny, but there was smoke and weed smell all throughout the building. Cockroaches crawling on walls. No cable in our room, so we just went to sleep so we could get out of there early . Woke up at 5am, cockroach was crawling up the wall, and so I just left. Did not pass go or collect. Unfortunately we were traveling with an infant and child. Child was NOT happy about the smell of bugs. We would have left if we hadn’t had an infant screaming in the car the last 20 minutes of the drive. Should have went 10 min up the road to the other extended stay, as they were way cleaner.
