Nice, modern hotel centrally located right by old town and 10 minute walk to central train station. Spa amenities were a nice bonus. Reasonably priced for all you get. Front desk staff were great when we needed to store our bags after checkout.

I expected much more from a five-star hotel. The beds were too hard and the pillows too soft, making it difficult to get a comfortable night’s sleep. Service throughout our stay was disappointing, and housekeeping was below standard: towels left on the floor were simply hung back up instead of being replaced with fresh ones. Basic bathroom amenities, such as Q-tips and cotton pads, were missing. The bathrobes were worn and damaged, with all the belt loops broken, and the slippers were far too small. These details reflect a lack of care and quality control. The spa was underwhelming and not particularly luxurious. Information about available treatments and services was poor, making it difficult to know what was offered. I could not find clear information about room service either. No people to find in the spas reception either. Both the spa and gym were closed between 12:00 and 16:00. Closing the gym for four hours in the middle of the day makes little sense, as guests should be able to work out at a time that suits them. Individually, these may seem like minor issues, but together they create an overall impression of a hotel that feels half-hearted. A stylish interior is not enough to deliver a five-star experience. Comfort, service, cleanliness and attention to detail should all meet the same high standard. Unfortunately, there was a clear gap between the luxury experience the hotel promises and what it actually delivers. Based on my stay, I would rate it 3 out of 5 st

Staff were very helpful and friendly . Nothing too much trouble. Our room was really lovely the majority of things were remote controlled even the curtains and toilet seat . The sauna was free although we didn’t quite get to go in there as our trip was packed with places to see . I would recommend this hotel and would return again . Places were easy to get to very central to everything . My only complaint was I didn’t book long enough.

Great location as very close to the old town. The food in the restaurant was delicious and even if I didn’t use the spa it looked lovely and cosy. The room has great decor and well maintained. The cleaning staff were friendly and considerate.
