Hotel Love It CAS Consulado

Hotel is great for business stays, clean, modern, affordable, well located, only one issue is that elevator stopped working and I was staying at 5th floor. Also, there is a church ringing its bell every 15 minutes, some people may find this a little bit annoying. Still best choice if you go to US Consulate, it is only 3 blocks away and there are plenty of options to eat or buy emergency items available on same street or one block away like Carls Jr, Benavides, Oxxo, Tacos, Banks and more

Tenía tiempo sin pasar varias malas experiencias, al inicio te reciben de buena manera, empezando por el cuarto el aire acondicionado hacía bastante ruido como si estuviera dañado, el TV funcionaba con internet y este era malísimo, por lo que no podías ver TV sí que se trabara y dejara de funcionar. El primer día tenían música a todo volumen en el Skybar al parecer lo rentan externamente, me hospedé en el 3er piso y vibro la recámara hasta más de 10pm, me hospedé para descansar y correr el 21k al día siguiente así que el descanso no fue al 100. La barra de de restaurante mal muy mal, los precios hubiesen sido razonables si la comida fuese de calidad, pero el trato malísimo parecía que estaba molesto el barman/cocinero. A las 4 pm ¡ya no vendían comida! Es un hotel que para mi gusto, es de 6/7 y no de 9 como lo promocionan en la app. Al final no lo recomendaría, pero tampoco es lo peor.

La única máquina de peso del gym no funciona. Anfitriones excelentes.

En general muy bien, solo que al momento de registrarnos , me cobrarían 65 pesos más por el uso del estacionamiento , Cosa que me resulta desagradable, ya que en su publicidad ofrecen el estacionamiento y no mencionan que habrá un cobro, no es por el dinero ! Es por los cargos sorpresas ! Que al indicarles mi desacuerdo me lo cancelaron

Las instalaciones necesitan renovarse, el servicio y limpieza muy bien. Está desaprovechado el roof garden porque hay que bajar al restaurante para pedir servicio de alimentos y bebidas. El elevador es insuficiente para el edificio y tarda mucho.

Todo muy bien. Lo unico es que no hay suficiente espacio para el estacionamiento. La reservacion decia que incluye estacionamiento y cuando llegamos no habia lugar. Al final se soluciono, pero tuvimos que esperar

Todo muy bien. Podrían mejorar el acceso para silla de ruedas, no tiene el acceso principal.

Las instalaciones son preciosas y el servicio es bueno excepto por el valet parking/estacionamiento que además te lo cobran extra, no está incluido con la estancia

PARA SUBIR LAS ESCALERAS, NO EXISTE PASAMANOS, NOTIENE RAMPA PARA DISCAPACITADOS

El agua de la regadera tiene un mal aroma no pude disfrutar de un buen baño. Las puertas de las habitaciones se ven deterioradas y muy sucias

Muy cerca del CAS y varios restaurantes alrededor, lo que no me gustó fue la limpieza del cuarto, marcos de ventanas con mucho polvo pareciera no los han limpiado en mucho tiempo. La tina estaba sucia y con cabellos, el personal muy amable. Cuenta con estacionamiento

I recommend to avoid this place from far away - dirty rooms, dirty unchanged sheets stained with body fluids, toilets don’t work, showers and water smell like a “mold”

La cama no tiene cubre colchón y solo estaba una de las sábanas en la cama, faltaba la sábana que cubre el colchón. También las almohadas olían muy mal como a rancio, tuve que pedir que las cambiaran, el pelos era muy fuerte, a viejo.

Great facility clean and great location

I had a single king bedroom, the bed was great, the shower has amazing water pressure. The only things i didn't care for was my shower door didnt close completely, leaving a small gap that water could spray out, and the room didn't have much light in the evening. Both were easily over looked, given the cost and the appearance of the room.

Todo Muy bien. Solo falta que se pueda iluminar toda la recámara. FALTA LUZ. además se sale el agua de la regadera.

The hotel was centrally located in a safe neighborhood. I had the 1 bedroom suite which was very spacious and comfortable

I spent four nights although being small service was great rumors comfortable. The only negative thing is that there’s a church nearby. The rings the bell every morning at 7 AM and again at 7:30 submitted very difficult to sleep in later.

Only negative it is a bit noisy from the bars across the street from our room

Se necesita conocimiento de la administración sobre el mantenimiento que necesita cada habitación pues requerí dos veces cambio de habitación porque en una no salía agua caliente y en otra no servía el aire acondicionado.

Cambiar las regaderas, es incomodo cuando no vas con tu pareja

La propiedad tiene una ubicación muy conveniente sin embargo las habitaciones se encue tran bastante deterioradas.

De los tres hoteles en los que me hospedé en Guadalajara, este fue sin duda el más cool. (Comparando con Hotel Dali y hotel fiesta americana) la Junior Suite es amplia y perfectamente decorada, la habitación es un espacio muy agradable. La decoración está 10 de 10, la cama muy cómoda y el ambiente moderno. El personal fue súper atento y profesional en todo momento. La ubicación y la vista son increíbles, con acceso a cafés y restaurantes. Es un lugar ideal para quedarse toda una semana en pareja. Sin duda, uno de los mejores hoteles en Guadalajara

Personal amable, habitaciones limpias y trataron que mi estancia fuera lo más agradable posible al subirme a una habitación de mejor categoría por un problema con el W.C

No que querían respetar el precio de la app me querían cobrar de más y a pesar de haber agregado el desayuno para dos personas desde la reservación me dijeron que solo les aparecía para una persona y me hicieron pagar extra

Terrible, no otorgaron ningun beneficio correspondiente al VIP. Aire acondicionado no enfriaba, no hicieron limpieza de habitación, el lavamanos estaba tapado y se reporto y no lo repararon , solicite una tabla de planchar y jamas la proporcionaron . En general una experiencia o estadia por debajo del promedio

El estado del hotel en general es bueno y el personal amable pero hubo varios puntos que no me gustaron como en la habitación nl todos los focos servían, se tuvo que pagar estacionamiento para poder dejar el auto en el y en 3 día que estuve se aviso a recepcion y se aviso de que se hiciera limpieza en la habitación y nunca se presentaron

I think the hotel and the suite we stayed in were great. Everything was clean and easy to use. My biggest issue was that my check-in was at 3 pm, and our room wasn't prepared until 5 pm. We arrived at around 11 am at the hotel and asked for them to hold our bags while we went to eat and explore. We were out until 4 pm, and thought that our room would be ready since check-in is at 3 pm. When we arrived, they let us know our room would not be ready for another 40 minutes - 1 hour. We didn't receive any kind of correspondence from the hotel letting us know that there would be a delay. We received no apology for our room not being ready. The staff didn't tell us anything about the hotel, the amenities,, or provide us with any information about our stay. It was a shame since the hotel is a nice space. Customer service just wasn't there.

First time staying here, would do it again. Front desk is really attentive. Modern hotel and really clean. Property is close to a lot of dining and nightlife. Stayed here during new years and totally worth it

Cargos inesperados

We were initially impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and how friendly the staff seemed at first. There was a minor issue checking in, we requested early check in and they said yes but then they looked at our accounts and one employee turned and told the other “they booked through expedia” and all of a sudden there were no available rooms for early check in. The rooms were clean. One if the rooms was flooded but they quickly switched it. Unfortunately, a major incident during our stay completely ruined the experience and left us feeling deeply frustrated and unwelcome. We asked the staff to help us arrange transportation for an activity, and they kindly connected us with a driver. Because everything went well, we used the same driver again the next day and even asked him to help us plan a third outing. But on the final day, right before the scheduled activity, the driver canceled last minute, telling us the hotel had suspended him. According to him, the hotel expected him to report every trip and give them a percentage—something we weren’t aware of when we booked through him. The issue left us without transportation or plans for the day. When my husband spoke with the hotel manager, they were dismissive and unhelpful. They offered to rebook the same activity—but at nearly double the price. We ultimately decided to use Uber for the rest of our stay to avoid dealing with the hotel. From that point on, the staff’s attitude changed drastically. They began ignoring

Lo mejor del hotel es su localización, muy cerca del CAS y el Consulado Americano. muy conveniente si se tiene que hacer tramites de la Visa Creo que le hace falta servicio de bar en la terraza de la azotea. El elevador es un poco lento.

Great location for CAS appointments. Very friendly staff

Great hotel - clean and organized, very close to many restaurants, nightlife, etc. The AC takes some time to cool the room, but it does that eventually. Rooms are spacious for a couple - comfortable big bed, lots of storage, lots of power outlets.

Agradables instalaciones, personal amable y atento, restaurant con buena comida

en realidad supero mis expectativas en todos los sentidos, lo voy a recomendar ampliamente y en mis proximos viajes a la ciudad, definitivamente me hospedare ahi. Lo que no me hubiera gustado es mas que nada que siento que debe haber mas variedad al momento del "desayuno incluido" yo no acostumbro el huevo y era lo que se incluia en el desayuno, pero lo demas esta perfecto!!! Gracias...

El hotel está ubicado en un lugar muy céntrico con varios puestos de comida y restaurantes al rededor, el personal es muy amable y si tienes cita para tu visa ellos te alientan de que todo saldrá bien recomendado 10/10 Solo la comida no fue de mi total agrado pero lo demás es muy bueno

Pan para el desayuno es bàsico

Falta mucha limpieza, en la cama me encontré un cabello y la sábana (sólo ponen una sábana en la cama) tenía un agujero. El papel de baño es muy delgado, casi transparente y muy angosto. Ofrecen en la habitación una báscula, pero no tiene pila. En el restaurante la fruta estaba pésima, la tuve que devolver y no tenían jugos. El sándwich que pedí era enorme (10 cm de altura), cada pan de una pulgada de ancho y jamón como para hacer tres sándwiches, no me lo pude terminar, un desperdicio. TODO PÉSIMO.
