Första rummet vi fick var mögligt, av:n fungerade sådär. Kunde inte byta grader. Sådär bekväma sängar

Otroligt sköna sängar! Jättebra läge på hotellet. Supertrevlig personal! Bra priser mat & dryck.

Hotellet har ett mycket bra läge men det är mycket enkelt. Frukosten är en riktigt opersonlig buffe utan möjlighet till tillägg. Inget extra och ingen färskpressad juice, inget vanligt frukost te och inga större koppar till teet. Vid pool baren är duschen gömd inne i ett hörn så alla hoppar i svettiga det finns heller ingen skylt om duschen.

Underbar personal, otroligt bra läge med nära både till Ipanema beach samt Copacabana. Fräscha rum samt god frukost!

The hotel is average, nothing more. Room felt small, bathroom hot and steamy with little space to hang towels, wet clothing and no balcony space. Whilst it met our basic needs after 3 days I grew fed up with the lack of space and dim lighting. You could hear some noise early mornings which woke us prematurely a few times. Breakfast was chaotic. The dining staff went above and beyond to help but they need new facilities; both coffee machines broke twice, the fresh orange machine once, the cereal dispenser required the staff to adjust it’s broken handle three times in one morning to work. The dining space cannot cater to the amount of diners at 9am. It was mayhem & quite frankly survival. To top it off for 3 days one life was out of service resulting in us using the fire exit. Passable but not ideal or a holiday experience.
