to say my expectations were blown away is an understatement. The service is EXCEPTIONAL from the first and last step in and out of this hotel! Hotel has clearly had a recent refurbishment undertaken and everyone has been done to a very high standard. Facilities throughout are excellent. Staff at the reception area are very helpful. However, some of the waiting staff within the restaurant area were very poor and took a long time to bring water or the invoice at the end of the meal. It was effectively impossible to get any beverages apart from water with dinner. I found the staff working in the gym area to be rude and confrontational for no reason.

We stayed at this property as family and had the best experience. It’s located within the city and is near to all attractions. They had the most delicious breakfast buffet spread with several live stations. Definitely visit their spa , best spa experience in Trivandrum. Staff’s are so warm and accommodating for all our special needs. Definitely go to place for my Trivandrum trips

We absolutely loved our stay! We actually booked it again on the way out of town because we liked it so much. The staff is fabulous - so kind and genuinely warm. We felt very cared for and comfortable both times we stayed. The pool is excellent and they have a modern gym with great equipment. Highly recommend

the front desk amazing, hospitable, kind, caring and warm. the gym is great too The rooms are much bigger than pictures display them to be online. Hotel managers are kind and helpful as well as staff. however I ate in the restaurant several times for breakfast and lunch each time had severe stomach pain for several hour
