The room was clean but did have to follow up each day with room keeping staff regarding clean towels and bathroom amenities for the room after it was cleaned each day which customers should not have to do this as this should be done each day by the staff when the room is tidied up and cleaned each day. The air conditioning system in the room also was not the best and didn’t seem to work properly. Outdoor pools and beach were great and staff were really friendly and helpful. I did try the buffet for dinner on the Saturday night. The dining starts at 6pm I arrived at 6:30pm for dinner, even though the buffet had a vast selection of food, the food was cold already and quite disappointing the taste of each selection not what I expected from a dinner buffet. I did try to give it another chance for the morning buffet the next day which was Mother’s Day which was an even greater disappointment. I feel management need to take the full responsibility here. Even though like most customers at the resort/hotel would have prepaid for breakfast there was a 30-40 minutes wait before I was seated. There was no seats inside the restaurant and was seated outside in the bar area as no room inside the restaurant. When I did get to serve myself there was no plates to serve and clean plates not refilled. Once again there were plenty of options but this time there was no food as nearly all had run out and not replenished by the kitchen as seems they ran out. Management seems did not pre plan day
