Skuffende. Kedelig morgenmad. Skuffende udvalg og maden var kold. Sengen var ok, men stod på hjul, så alting rykkede sig hvis man ville vende sig i sengen. Ingen håndsæbe Utrolig varmt hotel at være på, specielt i elevatoren.. Desværre meget larm fra omkring liggende bar og byliv Der stod at de tilbød at vaske tøj, men det var ikke tilfældet og vi blev nødt til at finde et mønt vaskeri i nærheden. Virkelig lydt når nogen snakker ude på gangen. God beliggenhed, meget tæt på nogle gode restarenter. Tæt på 7/11 Levede ikke op til vores forventninger.. og kan ikke anbefales som overnatningssted over flere dage

The property is very hot especially the top floor (7th Floor) Along with corridor there's no circulation of air. Upon my first day of checking in, the room feels like a dessert as it was west facing n the curtains were fully drawn making the room exceedingly hot and unbearable. It took many hours with full blast of aircon to cool it down. Also, they only issue 1 set of room key so when you leave the room, all electricity will be cut off n you are back to a hot room upon return. Overall, it's not a pleasant stay for us. When I asked if I can change the room to nearer the lift as my husband is blind n has mobility issues, they did not make any attempt to change the room): However, I have a very cheerful and jolly housekeeping staff whom I appreciate in the up keeping of the room and ensure I am not out of any toiletries or water in the room.

The veranda is filled up with the aircon. One room did not have a place, where you can dry your clothed.

Enjoyable, stay just outside of Phuket old town. Was very quiet when we went there. Staff were very helpful but took awhile to clean rooms. Breakfast was not very good and chose not to pay for that service. Small swimming pool, but quiet and had it all to ourselves which was really enjoyable. AC in the rooms, but had a bright light so struggled to sleep.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. However is more beautiful outside than inside. Workers are nice. Breakfasts wasn’t good, every day was the same thing and in limited quantities so not buffet as they said. Personal cleaning supplies as shampoo was not enough and even toilet paper.

No soap in room, no tea, the towels were also worn and ripped on arrival. Asked for hairdryer and iron and they had none in the hotel. We also asked for water and were told you had 2 per day in room and we were happy to pay if had to. The location is good for the old town though this hotel is 2 stars not 3 and half as claims.

Was a good place to stay as a solo traveler. Felt comfortable. Breakfast is worth the cost. Main negative is aspect is a couple things that make it feel like a prison: sounds from the hallway seemed loud because sound echoes and comes through the door which felt a little intrusive, also the bathroom is very no-nonsense. Otherwise, everything was clean and the lobby is beautiful. I wouldn’t stay here with a partner on a romantic getaway because the sound factor would ruin the vibe and sense of privacy.

Das Hotel war sehr hellhörig und das Zimmer zur Strasse hin und über dem Pool sehr laut. AC war sehr laut, konnte man über Nacht nicht laufen lassen. Das Frühstück war ... , alles war kalt. Der Kaffee leider auch ungeniessbar. Muss man nicht noch einmal hin.

Séjour correct dans l’ensemble. Chambre très bien, piscine également. Seuls bémols de la chambre : la douche mettait de l’eau partout et il n’y avait qu’une seule table de nuit ainsi que des prises incrustées dans la tête de lit. Notre grande deception fut le petit dejeuner. Nous nous attendions à un buffet sucré (et potentiellement salé) et nous avons eu un service à l’assiette presque exclusivement salé 4jours/6 et 2j de buffet tres salé egalement. Et pas de possibilité d’avoir des choses differentes, juste enlever des elements. La dessus c’etait dommage. Derniere petite problematique au niveau du personnel qui etait normalement sencé etre polyglotte mais qui ne comprenait pas souvent nos demandes… c’etait un peu difficile à ce niveau.

Es sollte bei diesem Hotel bedacht werden, dass es hauptsächlich auf chinesiche Gäste ausgelegt ist. Wir sind zwar auch gut klar gekommen, die Zimmer sind sauber, das Personal ist nett und höflich, aber man merkt auf den der Fokus gerichtet ist. Etwas enttäuschend fand ich das Frühstücks-Buffett. Für ein Hotel dieser Klasse hätte ich mir etwas mehr Auswahl gewünscht.
