Novotel London Canary Wharf

Hotel was clean, and great positioning.

Loved the location, reception team were very helpful. Great room- functional for a work trip with coffee/water, wifi and desk all in room. Great local restaurants too!

The hotel staff were friendly, the room was clean and we had a great view. We had breakfast included and the selection was fab! The rooftop bar is lovely - we went up during the afternoon when the sun was shining and it was perfect. My only reason for giving 4 stars and not 5 overall was because I’d asked for a couple of favours to make the room extra special for my fiance as it was his birthday but they weren’t very helpful. It was a short notice booking though so I’m sure this may have been different had they had more notice.
