This hotel is in transition which we hadn't seen from Expedia. Rooms are lovely, but a bit disappointed that the bar / restaurant isn't ready yet. BUT the guy on reception was very helpful and we will definitely stay again, but looking forward to the transition being complete.

Lovely room but really noisy on a Friday night karaoke I think if your on first floor forget sleeping road noise is bad aswell . Parking is on the local Morrisons so not ideal

Fantastic! The hotel itself, including the room, looked absolutely amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service. The only issue is that the lift wasn't working, so we had to use the stairs. Other than that, everything was great. Will definitely stay there again.

Reasonable hotel in London area. Not the greatest amenities. Could not get an extra pillow, coffe or breakfast in the morning. The hotel elevator is painfully slow. Conveniently located and the staff were quite nice. Room was spacious and bathroom had been updated.

The room was fine, that’s the good part. It clearly states parking available, however there is NO PARKING. The man on reception was very vague about it, he said they don’t have private parking and I was told to look on an app to see what was available nearby. Being in the middle of London, this was no easy feat and we were offered no help or compensation to rectify this. It was a stressful start to our short trip away. Thankfully, Hotels.com were quick to act and reimbursed us for the charges we incurred.

This a pub + hotel. My room - 203 - was modern, clean and comfortable. It was fairly large with big windows to let in enough light. The lift was not working when i checked in, nor when i checked out. (And apparently, this is the case very often, as i discovered later on reading reviews on other websites). So, if you are old/unwell - good luck carrying your luggage up the stairs. The nearest tube station is almost 10 min away - though there are enough bus stands around. Not a posh neighbourhood, but seemed safe enough. Since the room per se was nice (and large by London standards), i think i might consider staying here again, if required.

Awful experience, booked a room for 3, duvet and bedding was covered in stains. The room had broken windows. Windows covered in mould. Pictures are a total lie. Awful hotel and im confident the good reviews are done by friends and family

Unfortunately the room was not prepared on arrival the bed was slept in and the toilet was visually used with stains. Told reception and the receptionist tried her best to rectify. Emailed the management but zero response. Still staying at the hotel as booked for the week for my son and he had a strange man walk into the room to do a bed inventory check. This is not on as my son is working nights and we requested no one go in the room in the day. Following the mattress check the bed was left unmade and messy it’s just rude and so so unprofessional. My advice is it’s a nice looking hotel but clearly not run or managed very well.

The room was filthy and there were signs that said no smoking yet the rooms smelled of smoke. The elevators didn’t work I had a lot of luggage and my room was on the second floor. There was a lady feeding what looked like a thousand birds in my window. Very bad experience. Don’t book because there are no refunds

Disappointing, advertised customer parking available but this is not part of the booking. You have to park in a nearby Morrisons and we were lucky to have a spot available to us as they were very limited and cost an extra £12 for overnight. Lift was broken. Room was unclean, hairs on the bed and the toilet was still soiled from previous use. Kettle had stale water still inside it, there was masking tape left from where paint touch ups had been carried out. Damp on the ceiling in the corner and the mirror in the bathroom was loose against the wall and didn't stay up. Staff were polite enough but they weren't around when we got back to the room so we didn't feel any use in raising the concerns we had over cleanliness. We slept well despite the noise from outside and left fairly early in the morning. Potential for a lovely hotel but overall felt a little neglected.

We really liked our 5 day stay and would definitely visit again! The room was super clean, updated features like lighting/air control and tons of charging ports. Wi-Fi can be a bit slow at times but overall enjoyed our time at the hotel!

The room airconditioning, safe, bathroom fan, lights, skylight blind did not work. The elevator worked sporadically. The room had no windows. Towel rail, toilet roll holder, bath plug were broken and missing with brackets left protuding out of the wall. The room was noisey, with staff trying to re-enter rooms across the hall at 3am in the morning. Staff seemed disinterested in resolving problems. Value for money was extremely low.

Rooms are very well appointed, modern and clean. Road noise outside was the only complaint I had; unfortunately, the windows are very old and lacking in sound-proofing from the traffic lights and busy road just outside our room.

Awful room. Paid for 215 sq ft. It was only 80sq ft! No window or vent. Kitchen closed. The on street parking was not available. Had to pay at a car park. When switched on bathroom light it switched on the bedroom light too. Safe and fridge didn't work. Wardrobe too full to put clothes in. Had to walk sideways between bed and wall. We give it 1 star for managing to squeeze a bed into the room.

After reading the reviews i was expecting the worst. However was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean. The shower was great. Bed was clean and comfortable. Would have liked a room with a window as the room was quite hot. The lamps didn't have bulbs but there was plenty of light. The tv worked fine and the room had tea and coffee. Extra milk was given on request. Staff were very polite and helpful. We didn't eat or drink in the hotel, didn't even ask about food, so can't comment, just choose to go out. Didn't even see anyone drinking in the bar area. We ate in a lovely pizza shop just across the road. Felt comfortable in the area, although didn't go far, didn't need to. Did have a great sleep. We only stayed overnight to attend the tv studio in Shepherd's Bush and, it was perfect for this, but would have been happy to stay longer. Great value for money.

Excellent room facilities, high end spec design and huge comfortable queen bed with extra pillows. Room was well lit but too many illuminated switches. Excellent mini fridge. The decor was modern and inviting. The space was limited though with very little wardrobe space too. The bathroom was compact and narrow but had bathtub and waterfall shower and handheld shower attachment. TV remote was not working properly. The room was clean and tidy throughout. Very impressed with this hotel above a pub, many are disappointing but not this one. The location was superb with a Morrisons next to it and well serviced by frequent buses which was very advantageous. Lots of cafes and shops nearby and area was safe.

Overall the room was modern and had everything you needed just let down by the bed which was very uncomfortable as the springs were digging in and only 1 pillow which was rock hard. The shower head was also reallt scaled up which meant the jets went everywhere.

I had quite the evening with a flat on my rental and trying to get that sorted and the front desk host was amazing. He was understanding with all my crazy request (even when i asked for a vacuum for or vacuum seal bag haha). I was a mess and noone ever got upset at me.

All staff members were pleasant and helpful. The hotel had a nice atmosphere and was relaxing. I attempted to change my departure date the week before arrival, and I was not allowed to do so. My itinerary had changed, so I needed to checkout a day sooner. Despite not needing the room, I still was charged for the night’s stay.

I was asked for my ID when I was checking in. Then the staff asked me to sign an agreement, and while I was signing, they photocopied my ID, without telling me/ asking for permission. I then found it weird, why they need to photo copy it. I asked what it is for, he said for record, for about 2-3 years. I am not sure why they need to photocopy it but I didn’t refuse it on site. And now I regretted and am a bit worried about my ID info. Hotel was not very clean too but it’s a budget hotel so cannot expect much.

The place was very nice and clean. The fact that there was air conditioning was great for us since the other hotels we stayed at did not have any. There was almost always someone at the front and they were very kind. I did notice some maintenance issues such as broken towel bar or no toilet lid but it honestly didn't cause much inconveniences during the stay. It's walking distance from several stations and there's a huge supermarket nearby which was great. 日本人の方おすすめです！タオルハンガーが外れてるなど謎の欠陥がありましたがなんも問題なく、部屋は新しめな内装で清掃もしっかりされてます。泊まった中で唯一エアコンがあったのもうれしかったです。フロントの方も優しいです。2，3個の駅から歩いて行けるっていうのと近くに大きいスーパーがあるのもすごく便利でした。電車一本でヒースローにも中心街にも行くことができます。エレベーターもあります。

This is a clean, comfortable hotel. I stayed one night but would stay again. The downside to this hotel is the location, it’s 20-25 minutes into central London. For the price, though, the commute is worth it

I'd seen some bad reviews so wasn't expecting too much but have to say the room was clean and tidy, good shower, TV etc all working. On the roadside so a little bit of noise but not enough to ruin sleep. Yes, the place could do with a little TLC but did the job and handy for Wembley Stadium.

A great value if staying overnight at Heathrow. Very close to the Tube stop just before Heathrow T2, T3, T5. A nice room for overnight at half the price of hotels by the airport which are actually harder to get to Heathrow that on the Picadilly Tube.

This hotel worked fine for what we needed-just 1 night layover. The hotel itself is great. It’s been refreshed nicely and sits on top of a classic pub. The location is the issue. It’s right at a busy bus stop and the area isn’t great. But the staff was very nice and in another location this would be an excellent option.

When we book this hotel with Expedia, the site said breakfast was available if we paid for it separately daily but when we got there in the evening and asked the receptionist about breakfast we was very disappointed when he said the kitchen had been closed for weeks so no breakfast or room service would be available. If we had known this before hand we never would have booked this hotel as i was with my family for 2 nights and hot meals was important for us. Also being a pub and hotel we expected it to be a fully stocked bar but it was far from it. My partner tried to order a vodka and coke at the bar but quickly refused it when guy behind the bar who was also the receptionist said they only had half a bottle of coke left which was flat.

Very friendly check in. Arrived at 1045PM. Restaurants in the area close at 11PM. Hotel has bar open for hotel guests 24 hours. That was a nice welcome and touch.

Comfortable room, but the restaurant was closed due to construction (not a problem specifically) which caused many of the lights to be turned off and this was not the safest part of town. Parking was an issue - they recommended parking at the Morrison’s, but this parking lot was also dark and sketchy. We parked elsewhere and were careful not to walk alone.
