Equipped well, beautifully designed, great location and so peaceful looking over the reserve. But so disappointing to have heated pool for 1 day out of 7 night stay. Fixed it on 5th day to find out heating controlled on owners app and went back to cold after 5th day. We specifically mentioned before stay the heated pool was a must for us with a baby and young kid. We paid extra for this house for the heated pool and didn’t deliver :( wish we got some compensation back for that as it left a sour taste.
