Aufenthalt am 1 Nacht
The over night clerk was very ignorant. Apparently my tv was too loud and the front desk came and kicked on my door. Then apparently the guy in room that was cleaning started beating my door down. Then got in my face and told me to turn my tv down. I am a heavy sleeper and was watching movies on Netflix and TV was not that loud as I could not hear out my door or in the bathroom with the door closed. The front desk guy when I went up to complain he said it was between me and the other guest it was non of his business asked me if I want another room. So why did he not offer the other room to the guest next door complaining. Then when I asked his name he grab his name tag and pushed it towards in a manner as he didn’t GAF. First time ever having an issue and was handle very poorly.
