Hotel Indigo Los Angeles Downtown by IHG

I don't recommend this property, the rooms are ghetto and beat up. I found a used condom wrapper on the day of my check out, so imagine I slept in that crusty room. This property was not like this when I visited last time which was 7 years ago. The furniture is beat up now and when I complained about the room the front desk person told me 80% of the rooms look like that. The hotel is located in a great spot, unfortunately there is a homeless population but it's close to the stadium where the Lakers play. The rooms are gross and crusty, they showed us two other rooms and they were equally disgusting looking. PLEASE UPGRADE YOUR FURNITURE. I wanted a refund but of course I know I won't get that so this will definitely be the last time I EVER stay here. If you decide to stay here and take the risk go ahead, I found two little flies in the bathroom like how? We were on the 15th floor. Lesson learned never again.

En general. Todo súper bien. Muy bien ubicado.

部屋の防音性や、日本語がわかる人の在籍もあり、さらに部屋の階数の要望や、急遽の雨に傘を貸してもらえるなど総じて良かった。唯一、交換時期と思われるエアコンの管理・清掃が行き届いていない、のが残念だった。コートヤードホテルと同価格レベルならば、日本人にはスリッパ（室内履き）も用意されたい。

Terrible Outdated. Beat up rooms. Giant hairball left on the counter.
