We felt so well looked after at Hotel Livia - nothing seemed too much trouble. The garden was lovely to relax in after all the sightseeing. We were sorry to leave. Would highly recommend.

No habia personal que atendiera el hotel. Nos mandaron a otro hotel a desayunar. El "estacionamiento" es en la calle. Había cucarachas. Agua fría todo un día. No nos pudimos bañar con agua caliente

We had such a great stay here! From the moment we got there the host was outstanding. He saved us so much time and asked us how many days we planned to be there and created an amazing itinerary for us. There are two separate locations that are right down the street from each other. The neighborhood is so much fun and it's so hard to believe all the history that's around us! Our room is fantastic and very nice. The next morning we had such a great stay and the breakfast just put it over the edge! It was fantastic! We definitely plan to come back and had such a great time.

Merveilleux séjour dans cet établissement. La localisation est idéalement situé pour aller à pied en ville et à quelques minutes en voiture du sit archéologique d'Ephèse. Nous avons eu la chance d'être surclassés dans l'Hotel Livia Garden. L'accueil est chaleureux et le personnel au petit soin. La chambre est confortable et très spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner était très bon. Nous recommandons vivement

Llegamos a las 21:30pm al hotel muy estresados porque habíamos reservado un coche y nunca se presentaron en el hotel. Fue realmente agotador el buscar de planta en planta… en cuanto llegamos Adnan nos esperaba muy amable nos ofreció algo par a tomar y luego nos dieron de cenar ahí. Se porto maravillosamente con nosotros y nos cuidó muchísimo. Fue increíble el trato que tuvimos que nuestra estancia cambió por completo. Nos dieron una habitación más grande que la que habíamos reservado con vistas a la piscina y muy bonito. Lo único que puedo decir que no es tan maravilloso es que se escucha todo desde la habitación. Y si vais en noviembre como nosotros hacía frío en la habitación por la noche hasta con calefacción puesta, por lo de mas todo fue perfecto. Seguro que volveremos

taxi driver took me to Livia Hotel where I had booked a large 'quadruple family room with patio and garden view...an employee took me a few blocks away to the Livia Garden Hotel where I met the owner/manager who tried to put me in a hot tiny second floor room and offered no compensation for the room switch.....it got ugly and I had to get testy about staying in the type of room I had booked....I was taken back to the Livia Hotel and was told that renovations were ongoing...the hotel was not in active use and I would have to walk to the the Garden hotel for breakfast....I stayed in the quadruple room for 2 nights while visiting Selcuk and the Ephesus ruins...never saw another soul...never went to breakfast because I overslept one day and left too early the next...as far as the room goes I would stay here again....and there is also the less than transparent owner/manager- so- maybe not..

Iphone 12nin hoparlöründen yarı seste müzik açtım, 5 dakikaya resepsiyondan uyarı telefonu geldi. Otelden ayrılmak için saat saydığımız gibi zaten fiyatı da yüksek olduğu için keyfimizi kaçırdı. Bunun yanında otel genel olarak temiz ama selçukta ara sokakta son derece sıradan lokasyonda ve kahvaltısı da sıradan.

We stayed one night. The hotel staff was very helpful and welcoming. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was really good. We used google maps to find the place but it took us to their old place. Be sure to use their current location address when you traveling.

Merveilleux séjour dans cet établissement. La localisation est idéalement situé pour aller à pied en ville et à quelques minutes en voiture du sit archéologique d'Ephèse. Nous avons eu la chance d'être surclassés dans l'Hotel Livia Garden. L'accueil est chaleureux et le personnel au petit soin. La chambre est confortable et très spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner était très bon. Nous recommandons vivement

Llegamos a las 21:30pm al hotel muy estresados porque habíamos reservado un coche y nunca se presentaron en el hotel. Fue realmente agotador el buscar de planta en planta… en cuanto llegamos Adnan nos esperaba muy amable nos ofreció algo par a tomar y luego nos dieron de cenar ahí. Se porto maravillosamente con nosotros y nos cuidó muchísimo. Fue increíble el trato que tuvimos que nuestra estancia cambió por completo. Nos dieron una habitación más grande que la que habíamos reservado con vistas a la piscina y muy bonito. Lo único que puedo decir que no es tan maravilloso es que se escucha todo desde la habitación. Y si vais en noviembre como nosotros hacía frío en la habitación por la noche hasta con calefacción puesta, por lo de mas todo fue perfecto. Seguro que volveremos

We had such a great stay here! From the moment we got there the host was outstanding. He saved us so much time and asked us how many days we planned to be there and created an amazing itinerary for us. There are two separate locations that are right down the street from each other. The neighborhood is so much fun and it's so hard to believe all the history that's around us! Our room is fantastic and very nice. The next morning we had such a great stay and the breakfast just put it over the edge! It was fantastic! We definitely plan to come back and had such a great time.

taxi driver took me to Livia Hotel where I had booked a large 'quadruple family room with patio and garden view...an employee took me a few blocks away to the Livia Garden Hotel where I met the owner/manager who tried to put me in a hot tiny second floor room and offered no compensation for the room switch.....it got ugly and I had to get testy about staying in the type of room I had booked....I was taken back to the Livia Hotel and was told that renovations were ongoing...the hotel was not in active use and I would have to walk to the the Garden hotel for breakfast....I stayed in the quadruple room for 2 nights while visiting Selcuk and the Ephesus ruins...never saw another soul...never went to breakfast because I overslept one day and left too early the next...as far as the room goes I would stay here again....and there is also the less than transparent owner/manager- so- maybe not..

We were welcomed by very nice stuff who recommended us good restaurant nearby and transportation we needed. There are some decent cafe around the area, and the hotel is just 5 mins walk to main transportation area in the city. Breakfast is very good too.

Memnun kalmadık. Odalarda ses yalıtımı yok, iç içe ve çok küçük. Yan odanın tüm sesi odada olduğu gibi sizin sesiniz de o odada. Iphone 12nin hoparlöründen yarı seste müzik açtım, 5 dakikaya resepsiyondan uyarı telefonu geldi. Otelden ayrılmak için saat saydığımız gibi zaten fiyatı da yüksek olduğu için keyfimizi kaçırdı. Bunun yanında otel genel olarak temiz ama selçukta ara sokakta son derece sıradan lokasyonda ve kahvaltısı da sıradan.

Excellent hotel with best location. You cand have a walking tour with Artemisa, Bath, Acueduct, Castle, St Johns church, etc. and the friendly and excellent service was amazing, I travel all around the world and belive me, they make you feel like home.

Our hotel was switched from to Livia Garden Istanbul. The staff did everything possible to insure a pleasant stay, and everyone was friendly and accommodating; however, the roads were in horrible condition, and the potential for vehicle damage was great. We should have been warned.

The neighborhood is so much fun and it's so hard to believe all the history that's around us! Our room is fantastic and very nice. The next morning we had such a great stay and the breakfast just put it over the edge! It was fantastic! We definitely plan to come back and had such a great time.

It's a boutique hotel that prides in its friendliness and service. It did provide great service. The breakfast is awesome. All the ingredients are made in-house. It is very convenient and in walking distance of many area attractions. The only consideration that people may not like is "it's not a big name chain hotel".

It was a great experience for my husband and my mother to stay at your hotel. The rooms were clean and well-furnished. It was silent and the beds were comfortable. The hotel was in the middle of all historical places at walking distance. The staff was helpful, friendly and all had smiling faces. The manager of the hotel (Erdem Bey) was like a friend for a long time. The breakfast was perfect and delicious. I am looking forward to staying at the hotel again. Thanks for everything.
