Плохое освещение номера. Лед подсветка не работает. Считаю, что за ту цену, завтрак мог входить в стоимость. В душевой плесень, необходимо это исправить. Персонал плохо говорит по-английски. Хотя из-за этого сложностей не было. Помогал либо гоогл переводчик, либо находился другой представитель отеля, который говорит по английски. В остальном не плохо. Все наши просьбы выполнялись персоналом.

Sehr schöne Zimmer, gehobene Ausstattung. In direkter Nähe liegt die Marmaray-Station "Icmeler", daher gut erreichbar. Der Badebereich ist klein aber ausreihend. Die Sanitäranlagen und Umkleiden waren sehr sauber. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist nur leider nicht sehr freundlich (Zara). Man fühlt sich nicht willkommen. Dadurch, dass in dem Hotel primär Gäste übernachten, die die Therapiemöglihkeiten nutzen, scheint die Kundenzufriedenheit von regulären Hotelgästen irrelevant.

We came to the hotel late at night and the receptionist was having hard time finding our reservation in their system. I showed him the Expedia confirmation and even though he saw that we have a room reserved he refused to give us a room because he didn’t see the reservation in the hotel system. I had to call Expedia 3 times so they could call the front desk to figure out why in the hotel system they didn’t have our reservation. We got there around 2 am and it took them 2 hours to get a room for us.

We have stayed here a few times before when travelling from Sabiha Airport and its been great. Unfortunately this times we had to deal with a very rude lady at the desk. I told the manager about how rude she was and nothing was done.

Sehr schöne Zimmer, gehobene Ausstattung. In direkter Nähe liegt die Marmaray-Station "Icmeler", daher gut erreichbar. Der Badebereich ist klein aber ausreihend. Die Sanitäranlagen und Umkleiden waren sehr sauber. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist nur leider nicht sehr freundlich (Zara). Man fühlt sich nicht willkommen. Dadurch, dass in dem Hotel primär Gäste übernachten, die die Therapiemöglihkeiten nutzen, scheint die Kundenzufriedenheit von regulären Hotelgästen irrelevant.

(Kış sezonu ve muhtemelen müşteri sayısından akşam yemeği açık büfe olmasına rağmen 2 şer çeşit ana yemek, çorba, pilav-makarna vardı, tatlı ve salata çeşitleri yeterliydi. Kahvaltı yeterliydi. Tüm yiyecekler genel olarak lezzetliydi)
