We have booked super delux room through Agoda with a price tag of Rs 6000 /- approx for 1 day but our stay was a disaster in this property. They don’t have laundry bag , they don’t promptly provide scissor for tag cutting, they don’t have steam iron , they don’t have fan in the room and on demand they provide a damage table fan . Their comode is also dirty and old scratches and flush don’t work. Then after on checkout they asked for someone else food bill to pay and only on confrontation they realise their mistake . They totally ruined out holidays at Nainital without apologetic gesture .

The bathrooms were not maintained. The food price was exorbitant. Normal bread sandwich is Rs. 589/-.
