Great service by staff and comfortable room. The heated pool was nice, but surprisingly far from the doors on the back of the hotel (facing east, so no afternoon sun). Lots of access to shopping and dining, and a great breakfast in the morning.

My husband and I realize that there isn't much that can be done regarding this problem; however, the weed smokers were right outside the back door. You had to walk through it to get to your vehicle or take our dog for a potty break. Maybe there needs to be a requirement of a specific distance from the entrance/exit door. Otherwise, the facility was very clean and inviting.

The interior of the property is being remodeled from the upper floors down. The staff was very accommodating as I requested a quieter room and they put me in a remodeled suite on the 4th floor. The entire 4th floor looks totally different from the other floors with new carpet and new painted walls. My suite was breathtaking…..so clean and modern and comfortable bed. I had a little noise at night from the strip mall below but it wasn’t bad. Once the remodel is over this will be a great place to stay on any floor. I thank the staff for accommodating me as they made it an awesome stay for 4 days.

They employees are very nice & respectful, they even offer breakfast if you prefer not to cook in your room. There’s plenty of dishes, utensils even dish liquid & pods for the dishwasher, along with the shopping center & other restaurants nearby. A lovely patio with a television..

I requested our room to be cleaned and was assured it would be done during the day when we were gone. We returned around 9pm and the room had not been touched! I had to go down to the lobby and get towels and toilet paper.

I was surprised that the hotel had a 9 star rating on Hotels.com when we got there. It wasn’t horrible, but the hotel is old with a newer exterior. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling, rust on bathroom mirror and the rug couch in the room weren’t very clean.

The beds were comfy but the room wasn’t very clean. There were personal hairs in the tub and toilet, small bugs in the sink, and the room floor was dirty. Staff was really nice and breakfast was decent.

We love staying here. However, the hotel looked really worn down during this trip. There was mold on the shower and it wasn’t as clean as it used to be. We will give it another try since the location is good for us, but I’m hoping they spruce the place up.

Room was comfortable but needed cleaning in fact the entire hotel was dirty. Trash laying around everywhere. Staff was friendly and overall stay was fine for a quick overnight. It’s nice that the rooms have a full sized fridge/freezer.

The spot is always really good when I visit. We had the 2 bedroom suite and 6 of us were able to sleep comfortably. Mya and the rest of the staff were great… really appreciated them going above and beyond.

We stayed for 4 nights. Rooms are very large with a kitchen and a full size refrigerator! Beds were very comfortable. Located near a major highway, which made it very convenient to get around. I would stay here again!

First floor room had noise of every toilet flush made throughout the night. A/C unit came on like a turbo prop. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. Would i stay there again... yes, but definitely a different floor in hopes the pipes didn't converge by my room.

We had a great stay. Bed was clean and comfortable. Pillows were just right. Bathroom actually had a fan-seems like not a big deal, but I love a bathroom fan and most hotels don’t have them. Nice little kitchenette too. It’s a little more than some of the surrounding hotels, but it’s so clean and safe. It’s totally worth it. It’s an easy drive to NOLA too.

I arrived after four, the room was not ready the wait time was an hour in a half. My family and I was really tired from traveling. I think housekeeping was just starting to clean the room upon my arrival. But I can say the room was clean once we got in it.

The location is perfect. It was in walking distance to several restaurants, conveniece stores, & shopping. I arrived very early from out of town and was allowed to check in. Some hotels can be very rigid & unwelcoming in these instances. I greatly appreciated this. The staff was extremely friendly and accomodating. The room was impressive; it smelled and looked clean. The decor was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. I got the best sleep! I will only be staying here when visiting the area.

Great service by staff and comfortable room. The heated pool was nice, but surprisingly far from the doors on the back of the hotel (facing east, so no afternoon sun). Lots of access to shopping and dining, and a great breakfast in the morning.

We absolutely love staying here! The staff is friendly and helpful and the room is comfortable. The breakfast is amazing and very well stocked. Delicious coffee! The shower in our room had mold around the floor pan, but that is my only negative. Wonderful place to stay!

They say breakfast is at 6 but the lady finished serving breakfast at 6:48, very bad service from the person serving breakfast, she spent more than 20 minutes talking to the person in the lobby.

Last moment booking while traveling from SC to TX. Hotel was nice, friendly staff, spacious, beds were okay and breakfast was delicious. However, rooms were a bit dirty. Found a diaper in the kitchen drawer and lots of crumbs on sofa chair. Thankfully the manager handled it and offered to return some money back.

First floor room had noise of every toilet flush made throughout the night. A/C unit came on like a turbo prop. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. Would i stay there again... yes, but definitely a different floor in hopes the pipes didn't converge by my room.
