Best Western Plus New Orleans Airport Hotel

The breakfast was convenient but it could have been better. That’s my only complaint. Everything else from the staff to the property itself was great & I have no complaints. A solid 4/5.

Clean room

There was a slight mix up with the room, but they handled it quickly and were very polite and kind.

I love me some BWs; they’ve really upper their game in recent years. Check in, room cleanliness, always a breeze. The only reason for one less star, is that the breakfast is appalling. Coffee, horrible, all kinds of junk food; I understand costs, but if you’re dying for a great breakfast, don’t hold your breath…..otherwise, a perfect stay!

Had to wait 20 minutes for someone to show up and check us in. Most of the staff was very nice and helpful but one guy on the breakfast crew was extremely rude when he turned off the juice machine and made my daughter cry because it was five minutes after continental breakfast ended. We nicely asked if he could turn it on for her to get a drink and he was very rude about it. Finally he did it but he was not kind or understanding at all. The rest of the staff was super nice. One lady apologized for the way he acted. The bathroom didn’t have enough toilet paper and the toilet didn’t flush very well. Overall it was fine for one night but definitely not the best service.
