Very easy drive to Downtown New Orleans without the massive Downtown New Orleans price during Mardi Gras. The staff was cordial and very helpful at all times. Some things did not work while we were there. Exterior doors malfunctioned. Elevator was twitchy. TV was twitchy.

We could not check in at the check in time due to someone quitting and rooms not being clean, the air condition did not work well, also had to take the stairs because the elevator broke, the best thing was the staff that did work, they were very courteous and friendly

Would have been a great stay if they had better beds and if the elevator worked.. For a person with arthritis the bed felt like I was sleeping on a park bench and having to do four flight of stairs for 3 days while on vacation was diabolical my body was so sore I had to spend extra money just to get stronger medicine. Other than that the staff was friendly rooms were clean.

The lobby smelled like cigarettes and the hallway where the elevator was located smelled like marijuana. There was dirt and dead bugs under the bed (bed was in a raised frame) and under the table next to the bed. I contacted Expedia to see about being moved to another hotel. I was informed that since I already checked in that my reservation couldn't be cancelled. The hotel would refund the deposit. I hope that I can receive a full refund for this reservation. I moved to a hotel across the street and it was more expensive.

They REALLY need to clean up this hotel. This is the second time we've stayed there, and this was the worst. My socks were BLACK from the dirty / filty hotel room floor and when I took my socks off my feet STUCK to the floor...ugh. Water pressure was obsolete. We will not be staying there again.

They do a $100 deposit that is not mentioned before purchasing. Also, the sheets were dirty upon arrival and had us request the new sheets by bringing them ourselves to the front desk. Did not provide ice buckets, and the room had significant damage on the chair, wall paint, and counter.

The whole hotel smelled like mold. I called to let the front desk know I left a dress hanging on the window blinds because there are no window shades. And the item was not returned to lost and found. I had to wait a long time for someone to come to the front desk several times. This place really needs to be checked by a health inspector because of the smell of mold and mildew. Not a pleasant smell to wake up to.

I arrived at The property after hours; someone was supposed to assisted me with checking me into my room! Unfortunately I wasn't able to contact any one! Then, I made several calls to seek help! Regrettably; that didn't help! Eventually, I went to another Extended Stay, next door hoping someone would give me a solution to getting checked in! A Gentleman at this Property was attentive and helpful, but he only sent me back to The other Property! Normally, checking into a Hotel doesn't upwards of Three (3) hours

They are very irresponsible! Nobody answered the after hours checkin phone even when they were well aware of our late arrival because we called. A lot of other guests had the same problem and we all had to start looking for a place to stay in the middle of the night!!

No one ever came to the front to check me in after 2 attempts to contact by two different people at Expedia. I am a single lady and was scared terribly! I was alone, in a room with no access into the actual building! The only thing I saw was the check in window closed shut! The phone did not work to contact for after hour check ins either so I called Expedia and they tried twice as well. They were never able to reach anyone! I need a refund of my money bc I never stepped foot into a room there!

There is nothing that I can say was wrong. I have to say that SASHA helped me to much with checking in. She is so sweet, attentive, caring, kind, respectful, gentle soul. The whole staff has been sweet and kind to me. I have no complaints.

Rude staff - incompetence as well - when I wanted to extend my stay due to a flight cancellation- the front desk told me that I would have to go to Expedia to book another night - went back to my room and booked another night on Expedia - went back to front desk and they told me since it was a new reservation they had to charge an additional $100 deposit - then admitted they could have booked me another night - their mistake cost me another $100 removed from my available funds. Room smelled like previous guests cooked food. the final detail. After we checked out and were waiting for our ride - the manager felt the need to rudely tell us that our pets (guinea pigs being transported after my daughter graduated from Tulane) were not allowed and that we had been checked in with them by mistake. What was the point? We were already checked out! Her rudeness made my daughter cry. Don’t stay here until they train staff and get a new manager!

Very easy drive to Downtown New Orleans without the massive Downtown New Orleans price during Mardi Gras. The staff was cordial and very helpful at all times. Some things did not work while we were there. Exterior doors malfunctioned. Elevator was twitchy. TV was twitchy.

An enjoyable stay for a good price. One thing I like about Extended Stay is that they have a full size refrigerator and microwave which most other hotels do not offer. I can save money by preparing my own meals. I came for the Taylor Swift concert and then stayed more than a week after the concert for sightseeing in the New Orleans area. Most of hotels were booked but this one was reasonably priced and was only about 12 miles from downtown New Orleans. There are fancier hotels in the area but they also cost a lot more than this one. This hotel was a good value and next to the airport.

Only there for a few hours rest. We checked out early for a 06:00 am flight to Las Vegas. Location was convenient in relation to the airport. Check in was a breeze clerk was very polite and helpful.

It is very quiet but the rooms on the floors were dirty and the sliding glass door in the shower kept sliding. I had to put a small rag in between the door to keep it from sliding and the breakfast option was horrible.

The hotel was located in a convenient for our travel plans. Disappointed We stayed on the third floor lack of water pressure for the shower. They only had one luggage cart that was useable and ended up with a flat tire on it. The breakfast grab n go consisted of oatmeal or a mini muffin.

The kitchen amenities was very good, the bathroom sink was clogged up until I figured out to fix it myself bc the front desk ppl said the maintenance man wasn’t available… when we first arrived it was clean in the room… the floors were dusty tho in it was a weird feeling in the room, over all it was quite. In the breakfast old muffins.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I wish they had coffee for the room. The coffee in the lobby for some reason became very watery late in the morning. I think they used the same grounds several times. If you didn’t get there at 6 am the coffee was undrinkable.

The floor was dirty. Came out for breakfast at 845 am, sign says it closes at 930. They are out of coffee. Lady at front desk said she wouldnt make another pot becase it closes in 10 minutes (it says they close at 930) and she wouldnt waste that much coffee. She said she would make a small pot in the back. She made a half a pot of a regular carafe in the back. By the time it was done there were 5 people waiting for coffee. We each got half a cup. We go to check out, we have an uber waiting and no one ever showed up for us to check out! The only positive is the lady who came after hours to check us in. She was very nice.

I checked in late pm. The service was horrendous, I had to call on a phone to get someone to service I took almost 2 hours to get someone in the counter. Lady was pissed asleep and not in the mood. I get it but it’s the job. Went into the hotel everything was disgustingly dirty. The room was very poorly maintained dirt and stuff everywhere. I stayed cause I had a need and I was tired. This is not a family hotel is a marijuana hotel. The minute you enter it reeks of it. The room I was in too. I’ve been in hotels around the country and this is the worst ever by far.

Beds were comfortable, bathroom need a makeover, I had to use a towel to cover the blinds because there were some missing. The lady on check in date was rude, her attitude change once I ask her why she was so rude her response was (I'm not feeling it today). I think her name was Helena are Elena.
