Both my colleague and I were given different, smaller rooms than we booked. Communication with staff - via app since nobody answered the phone listed on the contact page and there is no reception - was slow, impolite, and finally non-existent. We were given the option to stay in the room we were given (my colleague was suddenly disturbed by other guests locking themselves in, since they had booked that room!) or find another place to live. The shower drain in my room was almost completely clogged, making my clothes wet and leaving water to run out of the bathroom and into the living room. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, and the whole roomed reeked of a bottle of rank “room perfume” bottle on the table. I’ll be requesting a refund. Avoid at all costs.

Vlak aan de Grote Markt. Anders dan we in eerste instantie hadden gedacht, maar dit was nu beter. Was net een hele hete dag dus jammer dat er geen airco was, appartement was heel erg warm. Tv aanwezig maar geen normale zenders, Netflix kon ook niet op worden in gelogd. Verder prima geregeld met sleutelkluisje en inchecken. Goede plek!

Great spacious room and far more than expected. A little hard to find with a small glitch getting the room codes but was quickly resolved with a message. Original probably lost with flight times and international call switch. Does need a living room area light bulb replaced which made it a bit dark
