Hampton Inn by Hilton Wilmington Downtown

Stay was great but parking is the reason I gave a 4 star instead of 5.

Staff was amazing , the valet parking was perfection, the room was great just a few minor fixes needed looked like water leak.

Breakfast menu good. Parking was safe but expensive

I booked 2 wheelchair accessible rooms and only got 1. Had to change to a different room. Third floor has a smoke detector beeping that you can hear through the whole floor. The only washer in the laundry room did not work. Valet, breakfast, and staff were great!

Rooms are clean and staff is very friendly , but the whole infrastructure needs some update , huge gaps in the room doors, you hear everything from the gangway , ventilation is very loud even when off and the blanket concept makes you sleep on the naked mattress after one night as room is serviced only 2 days a week …
