Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold på Cap Vermell med førsteklasses service. Alt var påtenkt i hver minste detalj i alle ledd for at oppholdet skulle være så behagelig som mulig for oss som gjester. Nydelige og store rom, deilige såper, puter og dyner i dun, gratis minibar med daglig påfyll, muligheter for trening, padel, tennis, svømming på Country Cluben rett ved. Utmerket frokost og flere restauranter på området. Svært hyggelige ansatte som gjør alt for at du som gjest skal kose deg. Anbefales på det varmeste!

Wonderful resort. Loved the free fitness classes. Extremely comfortable room. Good (but expensive) restaurants. There are only 3 (available ones - the fourth was fully booked the entire week) so we felt like we ran out of eating options in the end. But room, pool etc was amazing.

Very nice resort of high standard. The only drawback could be that it is a bit remote, but with a rental car this is no issue. Really nice restaurants offering delicious foods. Relatively large swimming pool that never appears crowded. Staff generally friendly and willing to help. When in a room higher up quite some stairs to walk but a golf-cart service is available as well. Definitely a recommendation!!!

Very complete hotel, you can come there and have absolutely everything you need for unwinding and relaxing. Rooms are great, spa is amazing, food is delicious, cleaning happens twice a day - we will definitely come back. Hotel is also baby friendly and we enjoyed with our 8 month old.

Hotel excepcional, donde desde el momento que entras por su puerta obtienes un servicio personalizado en el que todo el personal está a tu disposición para que tu estancia sea perfecta. Habitaciones con limpieza dos veces al día, minibar gratuito y un sinfín de amenities que harán sentirte como en tu propia casa. Sin olvidar el acceso a su Country Club donde tendrás acceso a piscinas, gimnasio, pistas de pádel, etc. Además de todo esto, la restauración desde el desayuno a la carta como su restaurante para comer o cenar hacen que no necesites salir del hotel para tener una experiencia gastronómica única. Mi recomendación es reservar con antelación su restaurante con 2 estrellas Michelin VORO. Volveré seguro a este hotel.

10/10 would recommend this hotel to anyone who is willing to spend some money. It’s a gorgeous property, with delicious dining options. The staff were incredible. They always offered to drive us back to our room in the golf cart. I will forever think of this place! Hopefully I can return some day!

Et hotel i denne prisklasse skal havde et poolområde det matcher denne pris. Poolområdet er lille og det kan være rigtigt svært at en liggestol ved poolen. Dette burde ikke være et problem på et hotel i denne prisklasse.

Whether it was at breakfast—where we waited 20 minutes for a matcha latte only to be told they had run out—or at the front desk, where we requested room cleaning that never happened, the service was consistently disappointing. At the pool area, we waited 40 minutes for our food, then another 20 minutes to receive the bill, which turned out to be incorrect. The drawers in the room were dirty, and the glass we ordered never arrived. The only staff who were quick and competent were the bell boys.

The negative views of this property all say the same thing: the customer service is not good and the cleanliness/maintenance of the property can be improved. 1 there was litter on the pathway outside our property all the time we were there; 2 the breakfast room staff acted as though they didn't want to be there. It frequently took 10 to 15 mins to get water and an additional 10 mins to get coffee/tea; 3 A la carte breakfast orders were uneven. We were initially told we could order something for our son that we could take up to him. The next day we couldn't; 4 one day, we were sitting outside on the patio. It began to rain lightly but that was not a problem as our table had a large umbrella/sombrero (as did others). I went inside to get some buffet items. When I came out, my husband was sitting in the rain. It emerged that a Spanish family asked for an additional umbrella and the server, without saying a word, took our umbrella to give to them. My husband was the only Black man sitting at breakfast that day. I don't want to jump to conclusions but it is difficult not to in the circumstances. When I objected to the way we had been treated, all of a sudden, we were allowed to order another take-away item for our son. 5 The gym at the hotel was not maintained. On successive days, there were no towels and on at least one day, there was no water. When I went to the reception to ask for them to replenish them, they seemed surprised to be asked.

Exceptional establishment. Unbelievably clean and well kept. The grounds are immaculate and the staff takes extra care to keep them that way. Dining is superb. Rooms are very well kept, brilliantly laid out and beautifully designed.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Anlage wunderschön. Preis Leistung stimmen aber nicht ganz im Vergleich mit anderen Grand Hotels. Obschon die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich sind war das Hotel Management überfordert. Zu wenig Personal, lange Wartezeiten bei Check in oder Tischplatzierung beim Frühstück. Die Minibar wurde ebenfalls nicht aufgefüllt obwohl im teuren Preis inbegriffen. Zudem waren die Teppiche im Zimmer nicht sauber. Der Spa Bereich und das Treatment haben aber sehr positiv überrascht. Dort stimmte Preis Leistung sehr. Sehr gut ausgebildetes Personal und Preise angemessen.

Whilst the hotel is generally beautiful and the pool area is lovely, we simply cannot recommend Cap Vermell. The service was impersonal and lacking generally. You might expect some service around the pool but alas… When I spoke to reception to complain that our room had not been cleaned one day, the staff member essentially tried to place the blame on me, when in reality they forgot to clean our room. Our room leaked when there was heavy rain outside. We notified them of this. You might expect an apology when paying this price….but no. Requests for additional decaf coffee pods were ignored… The restaurants are at best average and charge Michelin prices (we didn’t go to Voro … which actually has the stars, as it is adults only). The Japanese restaurant was closed (we were not made aware of this on booking). The kids meals are heavily salted and don’t include any veg (even at EUR14). The room was generally unclean (the grout is grubby, the edges around the sinks have grime that is not cleaned off). Despite our issues, we were not asked if we were happy with our stay on check out. Nobody cares. To top it off, they brought our bags down but left one on the buggy. I didn’t notice as I was strapping my son in his car seat in the car and my husband was settling the final invoice inside. The taxi driver obviously didn’t see this as it was left on the buggy by the hotel staff. I am told it will be posted to me but I will wait to see if that happens.

Our stay at Cap Vermell Grand Hotel was exceptional, marked by great service and beautiful surroundings. From arrival to departure, the staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional. Whether at the front desk, restaurants, or around the hotel, they consistently went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, anticipating our needs before we even asked. The hotel grounds are stunning—an oasis of peace and serenity. Beautifully landscaped gardens, well-maintained paths, and open green spaces create a tranquil atmosphere that invites relaxation. It was perfect for unwinding and taking in the natural beauty. The sense of privacy was a highlight, allowing us to feel tucked away from the busier parts of the island. The location is removed from other major towns so just know you will have to drive a bit further to get to other areas. A standout was the seamless service for our daily explorations. Each morning, our car was ready and waiting, equipped with waters and towels. This attention to detail made our outings so much smoother and showed the staff’s dedication to excellent service. The food was very good. The hotel was generally clean, though certain light angles in the room revealed spots needing a deeper clean. While not a concern for most, we tend to be over the top and very very particular about cleanliness. Rooms were great and nice but not quite Four Seasons or St. Regis level, though the terrace was incredible, and we spent much of our time there.

The hotel is beautiful & clean and the staff is amazing. The place could use some color though. The grounds are very green but not many flowers around the property. Could also use real flowers on tables, reception and in the rooms. The only negative is the silly sculpture that welcomes you at the enterance

This property is immaculate. The service is top notch. The amenities are 2nd to none. The property’s is only 2 minutes from the beach. The views from our suite were amazing. I visited this property for an anniversary celebration. My wife loved this place from day one. We spent 5 days at Cap Vermell. We never got tired of the views or the service. The staff was more than accommodating throughout our stay and went above and to fulfill every request. I would definitely book again.

The hotel is far away from any beaches but the rooms are huge like having apartment and completely new. The food wasn't spectacular. Its inconvenient to get from your room to anywhere because of how expansive the hotel is. This was by far the newest and most luxurious hotel we stayed at over our 2 week visit to Spain. The rooms are awesome but the location of the hotel is very far from anything. The service is good but they don't really go the extra mile for 5 star experience.

Great hotel, it's away from the crowds, but very nice setting, it's more like an modernized, historic spanish village. You do need to rent a car to get to the local towns, but a great spot if you're looking to get away from the crowds, rooms and overall grounds are some of the best of any property you'll find.

We loved our stay here from the moment we arrived. We left our car to be parked while we checked in and Our Luggage was taken to our room. The room was large and airy with a lovely balcony to enjoy an early morning coffee or pre dinner drink. The breakfast was well stocked with fruit, cereal, a great selection of local treats and a nice menu to order cooked food from. We relaxed at the pool every day and never had an issue getting a lounger. The staff were very diligent at bringing drinks or food when offered and clearing up after. We ate at all the restaurants which isn’t something we usually do at hotels but the quality here was exceptional and the choice was extensive. We came here to relax and recharge our batteries and that’s exactly what happened. Well definitely be back

Luxurious suite plenty of space for family of 4, very comfortable beds and seating excellent for business use as well as our family holiday. Beautiful bathroom and extra WC. Staff very friendly and helpful breakfast was simply delightful. Lots of choice love the fresh Majorcan selection Valet Parking for Cars and Minibar included with our room. After eating in the hotel, we also ate in local restaurants which were also very nice to try a visit to the local castle in Capdepera lunch in the village after strolling round the market on a Wednesday.

Such an incredible and relaxing stay. It was the perfect place for our family to vacation. The service was OUTSTANDING. The food was delicious. I was a bit nervous traveling with my 1 year old for the first time and they made it so easy. I cannot recommend this hotel enough for a relaxing vacation for families.

There was a noticeable lack of competence throughout the hotel, or perhaps many of the staff simply didn’t speak English well enough. Whether it was at breakfast—where we waited 20 minutes for a matcha latte only to be told they had run out—or at the front desk, where we requested room cleaning that never happened, the service was consistently disappointing. At the pool area, we waited 40 minutes for our food, then another 20 minutes to receive the bill, which turned out to be incorrect. The drawers in the room were dirty, and the glass we ordered never arrived. The only staff who were quick and competent were the bell boys.

The location is remote, with limited dining options, and the service consistently missed the mark. We rented a car and used the hotel’s valet service. During our stay, the car sustained damage—three small dings, likely from another car door while parked. The valet staff acknowledged the damage happened after our arrival, yet the hotel refused to accept responsibility. We reported the issue to management immediately, but received no response for two full days, despite repeated follow-ups. As we were checking out, we asked again for a resolution. There was no manager on-site, and Sergio—who had initially been handling the issue—was conveniently on leave with no one informed or available to step in. The negative views of this property all say the same thing: the customer service is not good and the cleanliness/maintenance of the property can be improved. 1 there was litter on the pathway outside our property all the time we were there; 2 the breakfast room staff acted as though they didn't want to be there. It frequently took 10 to 15 mins to get water and an additional 10 mins to get coffee/tea; 3 A la carte breakfast orders were uneven. We were initially told we could order something for our son that we could take up to him. The next day we couldn't; 4 one day, we were sitting outside on the patio. It began to rain lightly but that was not a problem as our table had a large umbrella/sombrero (as did others). I went inside to get some buffet items. When I came out, my husband was sitting in the rain. It emerged that a Spanish family asked for an additional umbrella and the server, without saying a word, took our umbrella to give to them. My husband was the only Black man sitting at breakfast that day. I don't want to jump to conclusions but it is difficult not to in the circumstances. When I objected to the way we had been treated, all of a sudden, we were allowed to order another take-away item for our son. 5 The gym at the hotel was not maintained. On successive days, there were no towels and on at least one day, there was no water. When I went to the reception to ask for them to replenish them, they seemed surprised to be asked.

The first hotel we visited upon arriving in Mallorca was truly stunning—large and beautiful beyond expectation. However, the check-in time was not properly honored, and no compensation or measure was offered in response. That part was disappointing and made our family quite upset. Still, the beauty and comfort of the hotel quickly helped us move past those feelings. We hope the hotel management recognizes that there are a few areas that need improvement in order to leave visitors with the best possible experience

This property is beautiful and relaxing. They have a great breakfast and amazing restaurants for dinner. We drove to many beaches and Deia from this location and they were easy drives. We would definitely come back and stay again.

Very nice resort of high standard. The only drawback could be that it is a bit remote, but with a rental car this is no issue. Really nice restaurants offering delicious foods. Relatively large swimming pool that never appears crowded. Staff generally friendly and willing to help. When in a room higher up quite some stairs to walk but a golf-cart service is available as well. Definitely a recommendation!!!

The location is removed from other major towns so just know you will have to drive a bit further to get to other areas. A standout was the seamless service for our daily explorations. Each morning, our car was ready and waiting, equipped with waters and towels. This attention to detail made our outings so much smoother and showed the staff’s dedication to excellent service. This property is beautiful and relaxing. They have a great breakfast and amazing restaurants for dinner. We drove to many beaches and Deia from this location and they were easy drives. We would definitely come back and stay again.

I visited this property when it was Park Hyatt. Though the hotel, rooms and facilities remain the same, some changes are made as the furniture looked different and the overall decor. Through the restaurant staff were pretty attentive and polite, I think the check in folks at front desk need to smile more often. They look too serious and not very pleasant at times. Food was good and the breakfast buffet is great, but food choices are limited at the restaurants. One restaurant serves 12-19 course dinners which is too pricey, one closed when we arrived and the other 2 didn't offer much to impress. Our first night at the tapa's bar didn't end well. We ordered tapas and fish, my entree arrived, but my sister had to wait for over 30 minutes to get her fish dish. The server said we are short on staff and the chefs was managing by himself. I was amazed for a 5 star property that charges $500-850 a night to be short on staff. I can say that while most of the property remains the same, the service quality is nowhere near Park Hyatt standards. Also the rooms need some light touch as the sink in the bathrooms look old and the caulking around it was visible.....not very attractive.

Wonderful resort. Loved the free fitness classes. Extremely comfortable room. Good (but expensive) restaurants. There are only 3 (available ones - the fourth was fully booked the entire week) so we felt like we ran out of eating options in the end. But room, pool etc was amazing.

Exceptional establishment. Unbelievably clean and well kept. The grounds are immaculate and the staff takes extra care to keep them that way. Dining is superb. Rooms are very well kept, brilliantly laid out and beautifully designed.

We loved our stay here from the moment we arrived. We left our car to be parked while we checked in and Our Luggage was taken to our room. The room was large and airy with a lovely balcony to enjoy an early morning coffee or pre dinner drink. The breakfast was well stocked with fruit, cereal, a great selection of local treats and a nice menu to order cooked food from. We relaxed at the pool every day and never had an issue getting a lounger. The staff were very diligent at bringing drinks or food when offered and clearing up after. We ate at all the restaurants which isn’t something we usually do at hotels but the quality here was exceptional and the choice was extensive. We came here to relax and recharge our batteries and that’s exactly what happened. Well definitely be back

From start to absolute finish our stay at Cap Vermell was met with warm faces, kind service, excellent accommodation, helpful staff, delicious food and was simply outstanding. The spa is just divine, so spacious and the treatment rooms are like those you see in spa escape brochures. I had a full body swedish massage which was so relaxing and the tea after was perfection. The breakfast is absolutely stunning, so many fresh fruits and lots of choices for eggs, pancakes waffles. The waiters are so helpful and can adjust to your liking. The pop up restaurant was Rokka, Japanese and the food was absolutely amazing. We ate there a few times, but unfortunatelt Voro was fully booked. This is the prestigious 2 star michelin. I would go back!

Luxurious suite plenty of space for family of 4, very comfortable beds and seating excellent for business use as well as our family holiday. Beautiful bathroom and extra WC. Staff very friendly and helpful breakfast was simply delightful. Lots of choice love the fresh Majorcan selection Valet Parking for Cars and Minibar included with our room. After eating in the hotel, we also ate in local restaurants which were also very nice to try a visit to the local castle in Capdepera lunch in the village after strolling round the market on a Wednesday.

Un hôtel magnifique, conçu comme un petit village avec plusieurs restaurants. Notre suite était très spacieuse, dotée d’un jardin et de très belles finitions. La piscine pour enfants est particulièrement agréable et parfaitement adaptée aux plus jeunes. La restauration est excellente et le petit-déjeuner, très complet, se distingue vraiment par sa qualité, avec une équipe attentionnée et aux petits soins. Seul petit regret : le bar de la piscine ferme un peu tôt à 18h (nous étions en plein mois d’août). La plage se trouve à seulement trois minutes en voiture. L’hôtel est calme, reposant et offre de très belles vues. Il faut certes beaucoup marcher au sein de l’établissement, mais c’est aussi la contrepartie de son emplacement et de son cadre exceptionnel.

The spa itself was nice, although there were quite a few bees surrounding the outdoor jacuzzi, there seemed to be a nest, which made it difficult to fully enjoy that area. Juste incroyable ! Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour notre lune de miel afin de partir quelques jours juste après notre mariage et nous sommes tellement heureux ! L’hôtel est parfaitement entretenu, le personnel aux petits soins, la piscine est super agréable, et plusieurs restaurants à thème différents mais toujours haut de gamme ! Nous reviendrons c’est sur. Merci pour les petites attentions pour notre lune de miel, et merci pour ces beaux souvenirs !
