Stay was fantastic and the staff was amazing. I only wish I would have gotten the suite with the pool. Would rent from them again. Be prepared to use the stairs!

Super service. They arranged the transfer back and forth with no problem and on time. Help with the luggage? Yes sir! Breakfast was brought at a time of your choosing. Don’t know how they go up and down those stairs all the time. Very clean. Whatever you need, they’ll see to it. Fabulous view. Recommend highly.

I had a wonderful stay here. My ‘cave’ room was adorable and the view to die for. Location was great and close to everything you could want. The staff were helpful and friendly. Just be aware that there are lots of steps but that’s Oia! The only thing I would do differently next time was choose a pool room because it was super hot in September.

Chelidonia Traditional Villas has an amazing view and if I find myself on Santorini again I'd re-book it. The staff were superb -- very friendly and helpful and even made restaurant bookings for us. You need to be reasonably fit to stay here -- it was 88 steps down to the villa from the main street in Oia, and of course Oia itself requires a bit of climbing to walk around on anything but the main street, as it's built on a cliff. Parking is an issue here. Now I've been, I'd recommend renting a car by the day as the car rental lot is on the edge of town and you could easily walk there to get/return the car.

Este lugar es maravilloso, esta céntrico ubicado, no necesitas alquilar carro ni tomar bus para estar en el mero centro de Oia. Antes de llegar énviales un email y organiza un recojo semi compartirdo. No tiene piscina, asi q si viajas con niños, hay una piscina publica a 10 minutos donde te puedes refrescar y disfrutar la tarde con una vista maravillosa. Te traen tu desayuno a la habitación y comes con una vista inolvidable. Te tratan con mucha clase en la recepción, son de lo mas gentiles. Las habitaciones No tienen televisión.

Their customer service was the best. Beautiful caldera views from the villa. Difficult to go to villas if you require walking assistance but porter available to carry luggages. Parking drop off a short walk from the villa. Yummy breakfast with wonderful outlook to the see and the best parts of Oia

We stayed in the traditional villa for five nights. The view and location were absolutely stunning, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was acceptable for a short stay—perhaps one night—but for longer stays like ours, it lacked variety. It was very basic and repetitive, and having more options would have made a big difference. One thing we missed during our stay was a small microwave oven, which would have been very convenient. We mentioned this to the reception staff, and they kindly acknowledged the suggestion, saying they would consider adding one in the future. I hope they follow through on that—it would definitely enhance the experience. Overall, it was a good stay and a memorable experience. However, it's important to be aware in advance that reaching the villa requires going down (and up) 84 steps. This could be a challenge for some guests, especially with age or mobility concerns.

Fantastic views, next to famous blue church. Excellent staff. They send a porter to help with your bags at a meeting point. Both ways. While our suite had fantastic views you have to go down about 100 steps. Breakfast was normal continental with boiled eggs

Everything about this stay was perfect! Cars cannot access the hotel because it's on a pedestrian walkway, but the porter was waiting for us at a predetermined location and he carried our luggage all the way to the hotel. He walked us into the reception area and he carried our luggage down to our room (and back up on departure). The girls at reception were great! They gave us a map, suggestions, and even arranged transportation for us a few times. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The view is simply spectacular! Breakfast is brought to you every morning in a wicker basket and you get to enjoy a light breakfast while looking at the Santorini Caldera. It can't get better than that!

The property is unique and quaint. The villas have beautiful views of the caldera. While the villa was comfortable, it was like going back in time. There is no television in the room. The shower had no shower curtain nor glass so I was cold while showering and water got all over the bathroom floor. The breakfast was included with our room and delivered to our patio every morning. In order to get to our villa we had to go up and down several flights of steps. The good thing is the porter will carry your bags when you check in and when you check out from your room all the way to where you will be picked up by your taxi or transfer. The location is close to restaurants and shops. Overall it was a good experience.

After the cleaning, the room was very well organized and all the towels were fully restocked.The breakfast was promptly delivered everyday and had a various variety of scrumptious food. Everything was amazing and we definitely recommend this place.

Well maintained, clean, organized. Very friendly and helpful staff - if I could give more than 5, I would. Wonderful location and view. Sunset point near by - walk for 5 mins. Lots of restaurants and shops. Heart of Caldera.

The stay was lovely. I was so impressed by the customer service. They reached out to me via Whatsapp a day or two before to offer transportation services (at a cost). I came right after my destination wedding so it was a nice relief to have this taken care of before arrival. The only slight negative or warning I have is to be careful with leaving food out in the kitchen. The hotel kindly delivered a plate of cheese, etc. Within an hour (maybe even just half an hour), there were already ants swarming our platter. It's not a big deal to my overall great experience, but I just would've eaten my platter way quicker if I had known.

We had an amazing stay at the Chelidonia Villas. They took care of our every need and made us feel so welcome. The villa had the most incredible view of the caldera. The staff was friendly and helped us with reservations and travel throughout the island. The breakfast was delivered to our room each morning and was good. I could sit on the porch for hours and enjoy the magnificent view. The room was very clean and well taken care of. I would highly recommend staying here! They are well respected in the area, the villas are right in the center of Oia and it was an amazing experience!

とてもロケーションの良いお部屋でした。プライバシーも守られていて、お部屋にはキッチン、コンロなどもあり、とても広く綺麗でした。玄関の扉を開けていればベッドからも青い海が見えます。朝食も美味しかったですし、猫ちゃんも遊びに来てくれました。 レセプションのスタッフの方からおすすめのレストランや穴場のサンセットが見れる所など、教えて頂き、全てが満足のいく滞在でした！ 毎年訪れたい場所となりました。 帰りは空港まで送迎を利用しました。

Excellent staff and excellent service. They constantly texted us about our arrival, have a porter to help with luggage, helped arrange restaurant reservations and also helped tell us where to go. Breakfast basket is delivered to your room. Super convenient right in the main square close to the bus stop. Hotel room was a few steps down and away from all the touristy noise so we slept very comfortably. Beautiful views

This property has the best views you can imagine! Unique rooms with very relaxing patios . Quiet even when crowds are walking the paths .very friendly helpful staff! You must be be able to climb very steep steps absolutely.

Santorini is a very special place, and Chelidonia was the perfect choice for accommodations. Our room was upgraded when the management saw that we are an older couple and all the stairs to the studio we’d booked might be a challenge. Our upgraded room was spacious with a balcony and kitchenette. Loved staying here!

I guess your really just paying for the view. The room wasn’t pleasant. It’s old. I guess it’s ok if that’s what your into. And the free breakfast I could have passed on. 4 pieces of bread, 2 hard boiled eggs. Coffee or tea and spinach pie. It all came in a run down basket.

The property is unique and quaint. The villas have beautiful views of the caldera. While the villa was comfortable, it was like going back in time. There is no television in the room. The shower had no shower curtain nor glass so I was cold while showering and water got all over the bathroom floor. The breakfast was included with our room and delivered to our patio every morning. In order to get to our villa we had to go up and down several flights of steps. The good thing is the porter will carry your bags when you check in and when you check out from your room all the way to where you will be picked up by your taxi or transfer. The location is close to restaurants and shops. Overall it was a good experience.

Honestly the whole stay was amazing! the staff was super friendly and informative. The views were breathtaking and enjoying the hand delivered breakfast on our balcony was a highlight of our trip! they made everything from transportation to and from port to renting an ATV super easy and simple! i am recommending everyone who goes to santorini to stay here!

It was a short stay, but a very pleasant and memorable stay. The hotel staff was excellent. I suggest booking airport transfer with them instead of taking a cab. If you book airport transport with them, they will have somebody waiting to help with bags upon arrival. Otherwise there might be an adventure of trying to find the check-in desk since transportation can only drop you off at the bottom of the hill which is a short walk to the check-in desk. Anyway, Irinia (hopefully I remembered her name correctly) was excellent. All her restaurant recommendations were excellent. She was very helpful. The breakfast at the balcony overlooking the sea was unbelievable. Would definitely come back to this hotel when in Santorini.

The staff were so helpful from the moment I arrived in Santorini. They went above and beyond from assistance in carrying my bags, organising taxi transfers and delivering breakfast to my room. Excellent staff and excellent service. They constantly texted us about our arrival, have a porter to help with luggage, helped arrange restaurant reservations and also helped tell us where to go. Breakfast basket is delivered to your room. Super convenient right in the main square close to the bus stop. Hotel room was a few steps down and away from all the touristy noise so we slept very comfortably. Beautiful views

Super service. They arranged the transfer back and forth with no problem and on time. Help with the luggage? Yes sir! Breakfast was brought at a time of your choosing. Don’t know how they go up and down those stairs all the time. Very clean. Whatever you need, they’ll see to it. Fabulous view. Recommend highly.

Chelidonia Traditional Villas has an amazing view and if I find myself on Santorini again I'd re-book it. The staff were superb -- very friendly and helpful and even made restaurant bookings for us. You need to be reasonably fit to stay here -- it was 88 steps down to the villa from the main street in Oia, and of course Oia itself requires a bit of climbing to walk around on anything but the main street, as it's built on a cliff. Parking is an issue here. Now I've been, I'd recommend renting a car by the day as the car rental lot is on the edge of town and you could easily walk there to get/return the car.

Their customer service was the best. Beautiful caldera views from the villa. Difficult to go to villas if you require walking assistance but porter available to carry luggages. Parking drop off a short walk from the villa. Yummy breakfast with wonderful outlook to the see and the best parts of Oia

Everything about this stay was perfect! Cars cannot access the hotel because it's on a pedestrian walkway, but the porter was waiting for us at a predetermined location and he carried our luggage all the way to the hotel. He walked us into the reception area and he carried our luggage down to our room (and back up on departure). The girls at reception were great! They gave us a map, suggestions, and even arranged transportation for us a few times. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The view is simply spectacular! Breakfast is brought to you every morning in a wicker basket and you get to enjoy a light breakfast while looking at the Santorini Caldera. It can't get better than that!

Our room was an excellent choice right in the heart of Oia. Our balcony provided amazing 180 degrees views and it was wonderful to have breakfast to us each morning. The front desk staff were very helpful and responsive.

El hotel es hermoso, y está ubicado justo a la mitad de la calle principal de Oia. Tiene vistas preciosas. El desayuno se sirve en una canasta en la terraza de la habitación. Tiene aire acondicionado y es un alivio la cercanía para poder pasar por la habitación cada un par de horas a refrescarse en los días de calor intenso. Si bien todo es hermoso, lo mejor es la atención del personal. Ellos se ocupan de arreglar los transfers al aeropuerto, de ayudar con las maletas hasta la habitación, y están disponibles para hacer reservas en los restaurantes y dar las mejores recomendaciones. Hacen todo lo posible para que la estancia sea perfecta. Felicitaciones y un placer habernos alojado en este hotel, sin duda lo elegiríamos siempre!!

We spent 3 nights here and we never get bored by the view! Amazing view, spacial balcony, great communication on checking in/out and breakfast arrangements. The hotel even arranged pick up for us. The room is clean and has every essentials you will need. 3 mins walk to the oia bus stop and the signature blue domed church. If you do not want to spend a lot on suites with jacuzzi, this can be your choice!

I had a wonderful stay here. My ‘cave’ room was adorable and the view to die for. Location was great and close to everything you could want. The staff were helpful and friendly. Just be aware that there are lots of steps but that’s Oia! The only thing I would do differently next time was choose a pool room because it was super hot in September.

The views are the selling feature but as an added bonus the staff was friendly and helpful. Not too mention, they arrange to have a breakfast basket with coffee delivered to you every morning of your stay at the time you provide them. I hope to come back someday!!

Amazing stay! The views were absolutely stunning, and we loved the unique cave-style setup paired with a convenient location. The staff were highly attentive and friendly, and breakfast served on our balcony was a highlight. 5/5 – truly a special experience.

Location and service was incredible. The staff at the front desk was extremely receptive, helpful, and communicative. They went out of their way to arrange transfers, give recommendations, and help us with anything we needed (like laundry). However, the breakfast is horrible, do not expect much. We saw pictures of luxurious breakfast plates, I think this is only for their most top suites. We received a picnic basket with apples and pieces of bread… Apart from the breakfast, hotel is great! recommend

We stayed in the traditional villa for five nights. The view and location were absolutely stunning, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was acceptable for a short stay—perhaps one night—but for longer stays like ours, it lacked variety. It was very basic and repetitive, and having more options would have made a big difference. One thing we missed during our stay was a small microwave oven, which would have been very convenient. We mentioned this to the reception staff, and they kindly acknowledged the suggestion, saying they would consider adding one in the future. I hope they follow through on that—it would definitely enhance the experience. Overall, it was a good stay and a memorable experience. I guess your really just paying for the view. The room wasn’t pleasant. It’s old. I guess it’s ok if that’s what your into. And the free breakfast I could have passed on. 4 pieces of bread, 2 hard boiled eggs. Coffee or tea and spinach pie. It all came in a run down basket.

We stayed two nights at Cheladonia in Oia. It was breathtakingly beautiful, with a large private balcony overlooking the caldera. The apartment itself was spacious and clean. The furniture isn’t what you might be used to in modern hotels, but don’t let that take away from how wonderful the space is. The bed was comfortable, there was great water pressure in the shower, and the kitchen was well-stocked. Receptionist will ask what time you wish to be served breakfast and it is delivered to your balcony in wicker baskets filled with fruit, breads, hard-boiled eggs, jams, butter, coffee and fresh orange juice. The location is right in the middle of all the excitement of Oia but we couldn’t hear a peep inside our room. There are a LOT of stairs; that’s the only thing I can think of that might be a negative to some. Highly recommend!

One of our favorite stays in all of Europe. I cannot praise this hotel enough. The staff made sure our stay was easy, comfortable and wonderful. We had a very spacious studio room, clean, super comfortable bed, and a million dollar view! We had a balcony facing the aegean sea and it was majestic especially during early morning and night time. Everything was perfect! A big thank you to Irini, Nikolas and the transport company they are affiliated with. You made our vacation truly wonderful.
One of our favorite stays in all of Europe. I cannot praise this hotel enough. The staff made sure our stay was easy, comfortable and wonderful.
