Personnel accueillant, hotel impeccable et chambre très confortable et calme ( chambre sur cour dans notre cas). Salle de bain impeccable et fournie en produits de toilette. Nous n'avons pas pu essayer le petit déjeuné à l'hôtel, mais si vous manquez le coche il y a une caffètiria à 2 pas de l'hôtel. Encore une fois, très content de cette nuit passée à Turin, nous savons déjà où aller lors de notre prochaine visite.

Très bien. Il manque simplement une salle petit déjeuner mais un café juste à côté sert de bons petits déjeuners avec une réduction de 10%. Très propre et personnel sympathique et efficace. Parking très proche. Je garde l’adresse pour un prochain passage l’an prochain.

Reception was up on second floor via a small lift or stairs. room was on fourth traffic noise was acceptable, floor room clean, with kettle for tea/coffee. Hotel not far from Porta Susa main line and tube. For travelling get day rider tickets for tram bus and tube under 6 euros not forget to validate on each trip on each bus etc you get so 4 trips 4 validates. If you visit 00the Egyptian museum it closes on Mondays at 2 so arrive when it opens as it takes at least 5 hours to see it all

Great location very near train station and easy walk to places of interest. Older building with a lot of character, nice big windows looking out into street. Rooms and bathroom a little basic / old fashioned and slightly odd smell. Hotel is on 2nd floor - there is an elevator but it’s very small / older cranky style so not suitable for all.

L’appartement au 5eme étage était très agréable, climatisé, plutôt spacieux. Il fallait juste faire attention aux poutres (mais pas gênant). Un peu à l’écart du centre-ville mais parking proche et pas trop cher. Nous avons utilisé facilement les transports en commun.

Big and clean room. On the 5th floor, we had some nice views of mountains. Good location, 4 minutes from pedestrian road (Garibaldi), leading to the center. Very close to fast trains station Porta Susa, so also good connections with buses and the typical Torino tramways! Good breakfast. Parking available on the adjacent road with special price for hotel guests. We will be back!

We absolutely loved our stay. Given the very reasonable price for the night, we were not expecting much so were very pleasantly surprised by our beauitful room and friendly helpful staff. Our room was immaculate and very spacious and well equipped. The hotel was perfectlt situated to explore Turin. The staff were excellent. Will definitely return.

I am so glad I ended up staying at the Hotel Torino Porta Susa! Talk about a slightly hidden gem: this small establishment is quite unobtrusive, but it was exactly what I wanted and needed for my short stay in Torino. The staff are fantastic -- in fact, I feel I may need to write a letter of commendation to the front desk personnel, who could not have been more helpful and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again, and will gladly mention it to other people I know who propose a stay in Torino. Other pluses: eco-friendly policies (if you decline having the room cleaned and towels changed, you get a free beverage each day of yoyr stay) and they offer coupons that provide a discount at a small cafe just a few doors from the hotel. I had one of the BEST lattes of my life when I stopped by, and a wonderful sandwich. Highly recommend for guests who are not looking for anything fancy, but who like a good quality hotel with great staff.

I really had a lovely stay at this hotel. Very convenient to all tourist attractions and very clean and quiet despite being in the centre of the city. I really loved the lady who was in charge of breakfast. She was always smiling, helpful and very attentive. The property was exceptionally clean. The staff polite, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was perfect and the lady in the kitchen was a ray of sunshine. The only negative (this sounds picky but to me important) was the pillows. They are way to flat and extremely uncomfortable. Apart from that, all was great.
