Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich und abweisend. Die angefragten Dinge wurden nicht geklärt oder gelöst.

The room was clean and comfortable. We must have been next to a smoking room because we could smell smoke when we walked in. There were some flower beds with no flowers. BUT overall it was a good stay because the room had a sofa and we found some good shows to watch. The bed was also comfortable.

The lady at check in was very nice and helpful. Can’t say anything negative about her. HOWEVER….the phone in the room did not work, which is a major safety thing for me. There was an older 30-35 Mexican guy right out side my door. He had his music up so loud, you could hear it at the front office more than 1000 feet away. This went on from 9pm until 4am. What’s worse??? He was shouting and yelling at people on his phone trying to over talk the loud radio playing. Finally after 3 hours, I went to the door and window and looked out to see what he was still doing with the music loud and yelling at people on the phone..he saw me. Came up to my door. Started pounding on it. Hitting the glass. What made it far more worse and uncomfortable and unexpected was the phone in the room did not work and I could not call the front desk not the police. I was in fear he was going to come and break in. My cell phone battery died and the outlet didn’t work so I could not use the cell. Made me very very uncomfortable and afraid for my safety! Will never come back! Won’t recommend this place either. $108 was not worth getting killed over!!!

Parking was fine. The room was terrible
