Albergo semplice, vicinissimo alla stazione, si sentivano treni, ma di notte praticamente niente. Il letto Non veniva fatto. I "proprietari" 2 uomini erano cortesi, mi portavano la valigia nella camera senza ascensore. La mattina loro non c'erano. Il buon prezzo era adeguato. Il lavandino era miniminuscolo. Per turismo prenderei una camera più vicina al centro turistico.

Very good access to the station, however staff did not speak English so it was hard to communicate. No elevator, so keep in mind if you have a heavy luggage. The sink in the room was so miniature, that it was hard to even wash the face. On the positive side, there are public rental bikes parking spots nearby, so very convenient to ride somewhere if the destination is not too far. There was a weird smell in the lobby, but in the room it was okay.

Very well located for the Train Station and the trams. Friendly and helpful hosts. Hotel was very clean and well maintained. Room not quite as described, no tea/ coffee making facilities as stated. Breakfast was included in the price but we were told there was no breakfast on our first morning so he deducted that from our bill. Although this sounds a bit negative we enjoyed our stay there and found It good value for our 3 nights and I would return again.

Service was deplorable, receptionist was rude and acted as if I he was doing me a favor the whole two minutes he bothered talking to me, explained I had a back condition and couldn't take all of my luggage up the two flights of stairs, more attitude! He begrudgingly put my case in the dining room and didn't even offer to help. Thought the location would be a saving grace but I would rather stay downtown to avoid this hotel.

Les personnes très sympathiques mais la fenêtre était ouverte en entrant et j'ai compris pourquoi. Plusieurs heures après, cela sentait mauvais dans la chambre. Il y aussi le bruit du train même fenêtre ouverte. C'est tout à fait normal à côté de la gare

Our stay was okay, but there were a few issues. The carpet in the room seemed dirty, and the ventilator didn’t work well, so the room stayed humid after showering. The sink was quite small, and soundproofing was lacking—we could hear people talking in the hallway at night. Zeer vriendelijk hotel en hoteleigenaar. Heerlijke bedden, alles keurig schoon. Ontbijtbuffet was compleet met een versgebakken omelet door de hoteleigenaar. Ons zie je hier zeker terug!

It is an inn rather than a hotel. Good for business trips, but not for travel. The whole place is old and cramped anyway. I stayed there on a trip with my mother, but it was so small room that it was impossible to open two suitcases. The shelves near the ceiling of the room I stayed in were used for storage and had something on them covered with a cloth. It made me feel like I was staying in a warehouse. The curtains were tattered and had holes in them. It was cleaned properly for being old, but I would not recommend it.

Een hele goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Prima hotel voor 1 nachtje. Badkamer was wat primitief, een hele kleine wastafel. Verder helemaal prima en lekker centraal gelegen.

Un engaño. Ibamos 2 hombres, pedimos un habitación de 2 camas. Y cuando llegamos nos dieron una cama grande diciendo que solo les quedaba una habitación. No nos quisieron devolver el dinero. Tuvimos que marchar a otro hotel.

This hotel is conveniently located steps from the major train station which made it so easy to travel to other cities. The area was safe, the room was quiet, only slight noise from when a train passed by but we did not mind at all. The owner of the inn was very kind and thoughtful. We recommend!

The hotel is lovely, we stayed in the first floor, everything was clean, near the station and it’s very easy to get to the town center. We had a great time here

This hotel is conveniently located steps from the major train station which made it so easy to travel to other cities. The area was safe, the room was quiet, only slight noise from when a train passed by but we did not mind at all. The owner of the inn was very kind and thoughtful. We recommend!

Great location for a nice walk to the city center, especially if traveling via bus/train. Was disappointed that nothing was available when I came down at 830 for breakfast. When I paid cash for my room I was given change but it was 2 euros short. My phone charger was not working and the front desk kindly lent me one to use!

Very well located for the Train Station and the trams. Friendly and helpful hosts. Hotel was very clean and well maintained. Room not quite as described, no tea/ coffee making facilities as stated. Was meant to be a Deluxe room with a separate seating area. There was one comfortable chair squeezed in beside the bed. This wasn't too important for us but just to make others aware of it. Perhaps we were put in a standard room by mistake but it was front facing so preferred to stay there rather than chance being in a rear facing room which I guessed may be a bit noisy from the trains. Breakfast was included in the price but we were told there was no breakfast on our first morning so he deducted that from our bill. Although this sounds a bit negative we enjoyed our stay there and found It good value for our 3 nights and I would return again.

Very nice staff. I would, however, ask in advance if your room faces the train tracks. A steadily active train track was about 50 feet from my window. It was an ongoing choice between quiet and fresh air. It felt perfectly safe, though, and you can't beat the proximity to the main train station.

Zeer vriendelijk hotel en hoteleigenaar. Heerlijke bedden, alles keurig schoon. Ontbijtbuffet was compleet met een versgebakken omelet door de hoteleigenaar. Ons zie je hier zeker terug!

The hotel is conveniently-located near Ghent train station, together with numerous bus and tram services. The member of staff who welcomed me was very helpful, suggesting somewhere I could park up for free, saving me the cost of expensive car parks. It was a very easy 10 minute bus ride away, which was fine. The room was comfortable, though with no air-conditioning it was a bit stifling in this summer's heatwave.

When I arrived the hotel was locked and unstaffed. There was a number to call posted on the door which was unobtainable. There phone number on the hotel website was not answered. I sat in a nearby park for an hour and when I returned the door was opened and a man was there to check me in. I pointed out that the mobile number posted on the door was unobtainable, but he didn’t seem concerned. When I left the same number was posted on the door.
