When called for food in room they could not comprehend idea of charging to room, instead asking for cash given order was getting placed in late night . When informed front desk they acknowledge but seems to lack control over things. Breakfast buffet was good and vegetarian only.

I was very impressed overall with the Sheraton Grand Indore. I felt like an honored guest the entire time I was there and I found the staff exceedingly helpful, the food was delcious and the room was immaculate. Saliim in the dining room was greatly concerned that everything was ok for me and he really is an extraordinary person all the way around, a true professional and genuinely nice person. Sanchin at the front door was always nice and pleasant, as was the entire staff.
