Holiday Inn - New Orleans Airport North by IHG

Very friendly, welcoming and accommodating staff. Cleaned and nice rooms. Overall great stay and experience !

When I arrived they told me the double queen sized room that I prepaid for was sold out. So I had to settle for a king with a sofa bed. Then when I get in the room there’s no linen for the sofa bed. I had to call twice for someone to bring some. There were only about four towels in the bathroom so I called the front desk to get some. Only to be told there were none and that housekeeping needed to wash more. Then I had to deal with a rude employee in the restaurant area. I have never experienced anything like this during my stay at a hotel. It was horrible!

Room was very noisy, bedding was inadequate and toilet top was broken.

Clean and affordable hotel located conveniently near I-10. Great restaurants near by!
