I highly don’t recommend this hotel . Terrible service and rooms are dirty . Walked in to my room and it stank bad. It smelled very nasty. They gave me a different room . First night it was good walk up in the morning and the bathroom smell very nasty. Staff is horrible, room dine in is horrible food was bad. If you don’t care about cleanliness or service stay at this hotel.

I loved the hotel itself but the problem was outside of the hotel when you walk out it was very difficult getting to places as its very busy road which is very hectic and the road very dusty all my clothes got ruined ! The room had a desk which was awkwardly positioned in front of a couch (more like a chaise lounge). That made the movement in half of the room difficult and cumbersome. Also, there was no internet in the hotel for the night and morning of my stay.

Upon arrival reception staff were unable to find my booking. Causing a delay of about 30 minutes. Also I was informed by reception staff that my two children are considered ADULTS and not eligible for breakfast “ our policy is that kids are up to 12 years old, above that they are considered adults”. This is my fourth time staying at Hyatt Regency Riyadh Olaya. I booked two suites and I requested to be in the same floor because one I have my daughter alone and the other for me. We arrived at the hotel and MR Gorge was at the desk he gave me two different floors one in the third floor and the other in the fifth when I pointed out that I requested in the same floor he said that it not available but next day he will arrange for the transfer to the same floor. I ended in a room in the third floor and the next room with maintenance and in the morning from 9 o’clock until 1 o’clock, there was a loud noise from the work done in the next room. The next day, he did not call and did not make any changes. We stayed in the same rooms and different floor with the same maintenance going on the next room. Despite the fact that we booker suites, we ended in the worst room with loud noise from early morning in the next-door secondary to the maintenance.

Fantastic stay! Great hotel with excellent staff and property. Close to a really nice area and really convenient with free valet parking. Super nice and clean rooms, really great breakfast. Highly recommend!!!

I loved the hotel itself but the problem was outside of the hotel when you walk out it was very difficult getting to places as its very busy road which is very hectic and the road very dusty all my clothes got ruined ! Unfortunately but apart from that cannot fault the hotel loves the view room aswell

The breakfast was pretty bad even though there was a big buffer. The juice and smoothie were watery and coffee tastes bad. I asked about cancellations and emailed to the hotel management but I never got response.

We stayed here during a very stressful time, as we had to leave Kuwait by land due to the situation in the region. On arrival, Safia and Abrar at reception were incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. They made us feel welcome and even arranged a late check-out, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, after our flight was cancelled, we returned after midnight needing another room. The receptionist (Turky) offered us the same room at nearly three times the previous price. When I questioned it, his attitude became unfriendly and unhelpful, despite our difficult situation and traveling with a person with special needs. His comment that the previous staff were nice only because it was our “first stay” was very disappointing. On the positive side, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the door staff and coffee service were excellent. Overall, a good hotel, but service consistency needs improvement.
