Todo el personal muy amable, te reciben con una sonrisa y te atienden muy bien, la habitación que nos tocó en planta baja apta para personas con capacidades limitadas las camas muy cómodas, las almohadas muy ricas, todo muy limpio. El desayuno incluido te lo sirven en la terraza con una vista hermosa y los alimentos muy ricos! Si lo recomiendo!

Gran estancia de fin de semana , la propiedad está muy bonita, pero el servicio fue el mejor, atención personalizada , tan es así que cuando nos sentamos a comer en el restaurante la mesera Juanita nos atendió de maravilla y al día siguiente para desayunar nos tenían la misma mesa ya lista y prepararla para servirnos que atuvieron increíbles , Volveremos definitivamente

The staff accommodated is for an early Breakfast on our check out day. We really appreciated that the staff warned us about the highway closure into Mexico City. We were able to buy a fast pass and we got into the city timely with no issues. That was very much appreciated! The property is beautiful inside and out! We loved our messages.

The hotel is beautiful and has excellent maintenance. The breakfast is delicious. I would not recommend it for families with children. Breakfast starts after 9am and the pool opens after 9am. When we arrived around 4pm, the pool was closed. I booked the hotel, as it said in the reviews that it is one of the best for kids. I think that for adults that wake up early and would like to climb the Tepozteco is not great either.
