Convenient access to several restaurants and a mall nearby. Rates were pretty good, my room was clean, and the bar is open very late on weekends (I believe 2am?), which helps if you are getting off a very late flight and need a bite.

The staff couldnt have been any nicer or helpful. Excellent customer service. Nice decor and ambiance. The lobby has plenty of sitting areas. There's secured internet and no need to bother w/wifi codes: connection is fast. There's a gym, outdoor swimming pool. Twenty-seven minutes from George Bush International Airport, with no traffic. We got there around 10 pm. Close to many restaurants and stores. Thirty minutes from Pappasitos Cantina, if you're into great Mexican cuisine. It's also around 20 to thirty minutes from the Berry Center of Northwest Houston. The highways are impressive. Plenty of roads to avoid eztoll. Plenty of parking too.

Staff was great! We enjoyed the full bar being open till 2am. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety. Our Room was very spacious - we got the king bed with pull out couch.

The stay was great, property was clean. The pool was closed for maintenance which was a big bummer when you travel with kids. This should have been communicated when we first booked because then we would not have stayed there.

The pros: Overall, the hotel was clean and well kept. The room was well appointed. The shower was huge and the water pressure was amazing! The fitness center had new equipment and was open 24 hours. The hotel staff were kind and courteous. The parking lot was well lit and I saw the constable/sheriff several times driving through the parking lot. It was also close to shopping and restaurants (Chuys and Chick Houz) with easy access to the freeway. There is also a wonderful nature trail/park hopefully a quarter of a mile away that my family enjoyed. Eat breakfast offerings we’re good but in short supply. The cons: The walls between rooms were pretty thin. We had some obnoxious neighbors that we could hear throughout our stay. The gym wasn’t swept the two days that we were there. There was dried mud, likely from the cleats of the baseball team in the building, that was in the same place each time I went to the gym to exercise. The beds are not as comfortable as Marriott beds. The breakfast bar was slow to be stocked. We ended up waiting 10 to 15 minutes for fresh food.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, the staff was very nice, and the sheets were soft. We were able to get the room to a very comfortable temperature. Great water, pressure and temperature in the shower also. If I had any complaints, it was that the breakfast was fairly mediocre, but I didn’t expect much

Check-in was a breeze and both front desk reps were friendly and pleasant. The room was relatively clean. However, the room smelled like a locker room. Not sure if the carpet should be replaced or if the room needed a deep clean, but there was an underlying odor that was reminiscent of old gym shoes. Also, there was a leak in the bathroom sink so water was collecting underneath the sink and on the floor. We opted to not change rooms as it wasn’t something that a few towels on the floor couldn’t contain. Overall, the stay was decent and I would rebook at this location.

The room looked fine at first glance, but there were several issues. The toilet hadn't been cleaned—there was visible dried urine in several places. The room smelled like smoke and felt stuffy; I had to crank the AC way down to get some air moving. The bathroom fan didn’t work, the sheets were rough, and the comforter was thin. Also, the hotel is right next to the highway, and the road noise made it impossible to sleep. On the plus side, the room was spacious with a nice sitting area, which worked well for a quick meeting with colleagues. The pillows were decent, and towels were clean and thick. There's a great sushi spot within walking distance, but that’s about the only part of the stay I’d repeat.

The rooms were outdated, so USB plugs. The bed was uncomfortable very soft, the pillows were flat. We didn’t have hot water so had to be moved rooms, then room was warm with minimal AC. The staff at checkin was friendly was at checkout was very rude. One of the elevators was broken and the other one was questionable as far as usage for a Hyatt I was highly disappointed

This hotel is right next to a center full of dining and shopping options, and also has extremely easy interstate access if you need to visit other parts of Houston. The room was clean and comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was excellent. It made for a nice weekend getaway.

The room is very noisy, in addition to the cars, the highway is practically above the hotel, the air conditioning made a tremendous noise. And the hotel knows that, because they provide earplugs, which you see as soon as you enter the room.

We had an experience with the front desk staff providing one rate and charging another more expensive rate. When confronted, the desk manager snapped back as if it were our faults and taunted us by telling me to take it up with my credit card but they have the paperwork to fight it. It was humiliating and appalling. Her name is Clarissa.

The housekeeping description should be highlighted before booking. I only saw the detail when I was checking in, at that point, I asked the manager at check in that my room is cleaned the next day. She said that she put in notes for sheets to be changed and bathroom done and fresh towels. When we got to room we discovered there were holes in the sheets. I didn’t worry about since sheets would be changed the next day. When we returned to our room last night the bathroom was done but sheets not changed. I went downstairs to tell manager she said she was the only one working and that hat we would have to change the sheets ourselves. She was very rude as well I must say. I told her I would not change sheets until on vacation. Also, the breakfast included sausage crumbles and warmed bacon bits? Did the hotel run out of real sausage links and bacon strips? The staff and managements are not friendly and need lots of help on customer service.

This hotel is right next to a center full of dining and shopping options, and also has extremely easy interstate access if you need to visit other parts of Houston. The room was clean and comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was excellent. It made for a nice weekend getaway.

The Hyatt hotel is nice but was not pleased with a couple issues at this hotel. The free breakfast was ok but was very disappointed that the cutoff for free coffee was 9:00am. Most hotels offer it all day long and every day. Also, was very unhappy and disappointed that our room was not serviced on the 3rd day after paying for a 3 night stay. The majority of hotels will service the room every day up to departure day. Overall, was disappointed after our stay at this location.

Facility was very clean. There was some wear on the lobby furniture which should maintained. The breakfast was also a disappointment as the scrambled eggs were watery, the ham and potatoes did not appear appetizing, and there was not as much option as I had expected. Decided to eat raisin bran.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, the staff was very nice, and the sheets were soft. We were able to get the room to a very comfortable temperature. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was well stocked with lots of options. There are a couple of good places to eat in the same parking lot if you don't have a car. The fitness center is a little small, but has enough cardio machines and dumbbells to put a decent workout together.

The pros: Overall, the hotel was clean and well kept. The room was well appointed. The shower was huge and the water pressure was amazing! The fitness center had new equipment and was open 24 hours. The hotel staff were kind and courteous. The parking lot was well lit and I saw the constable/sheriff several times driving through the parking lot. It was also close to shopping and restaurants (Chuys and Chick Houz) with easy access to the freeway. There is also a wonderful nature trail/park hopefully a quarter of a mile away that my family enjoyed. Eat breakfast offerings we’re good but in short supply. The cons: The walls between rooms were pretty thin. We had some obnoxious neighbors that we could hear throughout our stay. The gym wasn’t swept the two days that we were there. There was dried mud, likely from the cleats of the baseball team in the building, that was in the same place each time I went to the gym to exercise. The beds are not as comfortable as Marriott beds. The breakfast bar was slow to be stocked. We ended up waiting 10 to 15 minutes for fresh food.

Our stay at the Hyatt on September 25, 2026 was amazing. The property looked beautiful. The rooms were clean. We really enjoyed staying there. The staff was outstanding super nice and helpful. The only thing that was not impressed with was the breakfast but other than that, everything was fabulous and would love to stay with you guys again.

Our room and bathroom were as described and clean. The shower had good water pressure. The bed and pillows were comfortable. A/C was really nice on the hot days we stayed. The pool was good for a quick dip, and well stocked with towels. The staff were nice and helpful.

We checked in and were given room 134. Upon arriving inside the room, we got an overwhelming smell of mold/mildew that had obviously been covered up by some type of air freshener. So we went back to the front desk and let the employee know, and she gave us a room on the second floor. Walking into this room there was no smell, and we were happy about that. The beds sleep very comfortably, and I'm a bed complainer most times. We enjoyed the free breakfast, and appreciated that this place is newly built and extremely clean.
