We had a 3 night stay . The staff were very good and helpful . The restaurant is nice and the bar lounge too. The hotel is in a good location for Wembley with an underground station(Park Royal) opposite via an underpass. 35 mins to reach wembley park and leaving Wembley once on the station it is not as busy as you are going awayvfrom the city centre. Are Aircon was not working properly but the staff provided fans which helped. Would stay agsin for a Wembley/ westfield visit.

This is a perfectly nice hotel in itself, however we had booked our stay because we were attending an event at Wembley and it wasn't quite as accessible as we had thought for getting too and from the venue without a taxi. It's close to Park Royal tube station (which was closed for two out of three days of our stay - so we walked past two other hotels to get to Hanger Lane tube which was on the central line which provided easier access to the city. Our room was clean and modern, but we didn't have any hand wash at the start of our stay, and every time we approached reception to request some there was a queue, so we used shower gel instead. Our room wasn't serviced during our stay as we had opted for their environmental package where by you get a reward of a bottle of wine (or other perks) in exchange for the reduced room services - which was a great swap! The carpark was adequate, but very busy, and around half of the spaces are allocated as disabled, although that didn't appear to stop many people from parking in them! We arrived early morning so managed to secure some of the few spaces that were available as the majority were checking out and leaving. All in all, it wasn't a bad stay, but I wouldn't return here next time we're visiting Wembley or the City.

Great hotel, clean, good value and nice bar/restaurant. Gym was small but had the basics. Bed was really comfy. Only downside was some scuffs on the paintwork on the walls of the room but that was it! Perfect otherwise

This is within easy reach of central London and within 5 minutes of Park Royal tube. The Piccadilly line is frequent and convenient to move anywhere in the Capital. The hotel is well kept and staff are especially friendly. On site parking is charged but that is normal anywhere in London these days.

Just one night here when attending a gig at wembley. Super quick check in. Comfortable room with fridge and tea/coffee. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Parking is for 24 hours rather than per day so that was good. Very satisfied with hotel

Great hotel, excellent & professional staff throughout, perfect location for Underground Station, very comprehensive breakfast, limited selection evening meal, but very tasty. Unfortunately there was an internet server problem that affected use of the TV in a number of rooms - every attempt made to resolve this immediately to no avail as engineers were not available until the next day.

Have stayed here on a number of occasions and it’s well placed for going into London from Park Royal tube station. I really like the hotel but the prices for drinks at the bar are in my opinion very excessive. To a point where I think I’ll start to look for alternative accommodation in future. £17 for a can of Guinness and a pint of Madri! On top of this you have to pay minimum 24 hour parking!

Really impressed with this hotel. Staff were super accommodating and let us choose a free bottle of wine from the bar since we were not bothered about having our room cleaned for the 2 days we were there. Hotel bar, lobby and entrance was just so nicely set up. Rooms were really modern, great lighting options and the TV even has a chromecast in it so you can steam netflix, youtube etc... from your phone to it. The bed was super super comfy and everything was super clean. Check out was 12pm which gave us plenty of lie in time. Perfect stay. 11/10

Once I got to the hotel there was a smell of weed on my floor, as soon as I got in the shower there was no shower gel or shampoo, I was rushing so I didn’t have the time to call for more. Very poor of the hotel

Nice hotel except the bed sheets, towels, and shower were dirty. I used Lysol and disinfecting wipes to clean it myself. While it has transportation nearby, it’s far from central London. I requested an early check in and when I arrived, I was told to wait in the lobby and someone would come get me by 10am. I waited two hours until I finally asked if the room was ready.

Nice and modern, simple streamlined hotel and room. All staff were fantastic. Room nicely setup. A standalone bright bathroom light would have been useful, the vacuum was required when I arrived, doors are very noisy when closing, bed was a bit squeaky and sliding shower door let a little too much water through.

Have used this hotel many times in the past and never an issue, clean and modern. However during check in they couldnt process the fact that I had used a reward night to book the hotel and was asking me to pay full price. I showed them the evidence and then it was all fine until I had to check out and they tried charging me again at full rate and then they asked me to email the evidence to them.

I would rate this as the best property I have ever stayed at solely because I had a medical emergency after the Bruce Springsteen concert at Wembley & the staff at this hotel were absolutely incredible and amazing. The night manager repeatedly called NHS Ambulance services while also tending to me. I was have symptoms of a heart attack due to extreme dehydration and a reaction to a new medication so this was extremely intense. The desk clerk who was a younger girl in her 20s and the night manager ensured the ambulance came as soon as possible and I wasn’t discharged until the following afternoon so they kept my room for me as is & told me I could have access to my room for as long as I needed. Since I couldn’t get a flight that day, I extended my stay there and they gave me the lowest friends & family rate as well as a late check out the following day. The manager even had me get a discount on my meals. If they sent flowers to my room, I would not have been shocked. This is the best place to stay near Wembley Stadium period!!! Thank you all.
I would rate this as the best property I have ever stayed at solely because I had a medical emergency after the Bruce Springsteen concert at Wembley & the staff at this hotel were absolutely incredible and amazing. The night manager repeatedly called NHS Ambulance services while also tending to me. I was have symptoms of a heart attack due to extreme dehydration and a reaction to a new medication so this was extremely intense. The desk clerk who was a younger girl in her 20s and the night manager ensured the ambulance came as soon as possible and I wasn’t discharged until the following afternoon so they kept my room for me as is & told me I could have access to my room for as long as I needed. Since I couldn’t get a flight that day, I extended my stay there and they gave me the lowest friends & family rate as well as a late check out the following day. The manager even had me get a discount on my meals. If they sent flowers to my room, I would not have been shocked. This is the best place to stay near Wembley Stadium period!!! Thank you all.

Parking available when we arrived. Breakfast was lovely. Staff were friendly and knowedgable when providing travel advice for getting out and about. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable.

Just one night here when attending a gig at wembley. Super quick check in. Comfortable room with fridge and tea/coffee. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Parking is for 24 hours rather than per day so that was good. Very satisfied with hotel

We had a 3 night stay . The staff were very good and helpful . The restaurant is nice and the bar lounge too. The hotel is in a good location for Wembley with an underground station(Park Royal) opposite via an underpass. 35 mins to reach wembley park and leaving Wembley once on the station it is not as busy as you are going awayvfrom the city centre. Are Aircon was not working properly but the staff provided fans which helped. Would stay agsin for a Wembley/ westfield visit.

This is a perfectly nice hotel in itself, however we had booked our stay because we were attending an event at Wembley and it wasn't quite as accessible as we had thought for getting too and from the venue without a taxi. It's close to Park Royal tube station (which was closed for two out of three days of our stay - so we walked past two other hotels to get to Hanger Lane tube which was on the central line which provided easier access to the city. Our room was clean and modern, but we didn't have any hand wash at the start of our stay, and every time we approached reception to request some there was a queue, so we used shower gel instead. Our room wasn't serviced during our stay as we had opted for their environmental package where by you get a reward of a bottle of wine (or other perks) in exchange for the reduced room services - which was a great swap! The carpark was adequate, but very busy, and around half of the spaces are allocated as disabled, although that didn't appear to stop many people from parking in them! We arrived early morning so managed to secure some of the few spaces that were available as the majority were checking out and leaving. All in all, it wasn't a bad stay, but I wouldn't return here next time we're visiting Wembley or the City.

Staff are very courteous and efficient. They put our 2 rooms next to each other without me having to ask. Rooms were excellent, bed and pillows were very comfortable. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean, and shower was very good. Close to tube station and other amenities. I fully recommend Park Plaza London Park Royal and will stay there again when I am in London.

This is within easy reach of central London and within 5 minutes of Park Royal tube. The Piccadilly line is frequent and convenient to move anywhere in the Capital. The hotel is well kept and staff are especially friendly. On site parking is charged but that is normal anywhere in London these days.

This hotel was chosen due to its transport links to Crentral London. It was 30 mins on tube (Park Royal tube station is opposite the hotel - accessed via an under pass). Everywhere we wanted to visit was located along the Piccadilly Line and easily accessible. The staff were incredibly polite and welcoming throughout our stay. It is a very modern hotel with interesting lighting throughout, e.g, dark corridors with bright orange lighting to indicate each room number, digital lighting in the room. The room was modern and bright. Two complimentary bottles of water on arrival and everything we needed for an overnight stay. The bed was very comfortable. The only issue we had with the room was the bathroom. It was an interesting design with no main door. There was a sliding door which you move one way to use the toilet and the other way to use the shower. This left a large vanity area. Unfortunately the shower drainage could not cope after only one shower and the water overflowed into the main bedroom, leaving the bathroom under water! It’s unusual in a wet room to not have an additional drain outside of the shower cubicle area. I reported this to reception in the morning. The only way this stay could have been improved would have been to have breakfast as part of the rate.

This is a really nice hotel and the staff were really helpful and friendly. The hotel is very smart and well kept, the rooms are modern and comfortable. It's also very reasonably priced for a London hotel. It's a really, really short walk to the tube, and to a retail park with a wide variety of restaurants, so really convenient. I had a lovely meal with colleagues at the large Turkish restaurant in the retail park. I stayed here for work as I had to be in the area, and that's the only downside, being literally on the A40, which is busy. If you have to stay in this area, stay here!

Great hotel, excellent & professional staff throughout, perfect location for Underground Station, very comprehensive breakfast, limited selection evening meal, but very tasty. Unfortunately there was an internet server problem that affected use of the TV in a number of rooms - every attempt made to resolve this immediately to no avail as engineers were not available until the next day.

Have stayed here on a number of occasions and it’s well placed for going into London from Park Royal tube station. I really like the hotel but the prices for drinks at the bar are in my opinion very excessive. To a point where I think I’ll start to look for alternative accommodation in future. £17 for a can of Guinness and a pint of Madri! On top of this you have to pay minimum 24 hour parking!

The room is clean, but no hand lotion as it was empty. Luckily I had my own. After shower, I noticed the water went to the toilet room and out of the shower room. I have informed the staff member and hopefully it will be sorted out.

first arrived and what we thoughtwas free parking we actually had to pay £18 for 24 hours what was shocking we then went to the reception and spoke to the lovely staff and went to our hotel room it had everything you needed at no extra cost and was lovely and clean it was very easy to get to and had many different options for uber eats all close by while also having a lovely menu survived at all times of the hour we did only stay for that night as we went to a concert at wembley but if we ever do come back we will definitely stay again

Our room wasn’t what we’d asked for, the disabled parking bay wasn’t kept free despite being told they would try to (all used by cars without blue badges), and we were directed to park on double red lines for £18 at risk of being towed away. It was sweet that they left a card and a cupcake in our room after I’d mentioned it was our 28th wedding anniversary - except it was a birthday card that wished my wife a happy 28th birthday :-) The staff were friendly but it’s hard to see how it can be considered a 4* hotel. On the upside it is very close to a tube station, which made our trip into the West End very straightforward.
