All staff excellent

We really enjoyed our stay at The Lakes by Yoo. Everything was clean and well designed and the pool and spa facilities were good. Most importantly the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. There was a minor issue with our original room so they kindly upgraded us to a suite for our final night, which we weren't able to stay in as we had to leave due to a family emergency, but the gesture was greatly appreciated. We hope to visit again in the future!

A lovely stay from arrival to departure. Staff done an exceptional job with making us feel so welcome by going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and making my partner’s birthday so special. Lakes by Yoo truly feels like a home away from home and I would I highly recommended. Thank you for the upgrade. We will be returning.

Was wonderful!

Stunning visit- stayed just for 1 night but could not have been better. Upgraded room to Suite which was stunning. Flawless service, great food, and the Spa was brilliant. Thanks to all the team, really special stay. Feedback note- some confusion between kitchen and hotel services as to whether breakfast was included- kitchen disputed whether it was included which is a little awkward. Apart from this very minor note, was fantastic.
