Listen, when me and my husband changed our stay to this hotel, it was a game changer. This hotel was such an upgrade from the first hotel we were at that was ALL under construction. We will definitely be back to Holiday Inn!!! Daisha at front desk was soooo nice and helpful!!! The welcome waters were a great welcome. It's the little things!! Breakfast was DELICIOUS!!! The room was so nice and clean!! There was a full gym for my gym rat husband. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were the coolness pillows! We really enjoyed our stay here! The price, was also cheaper than the from hotel we had with all the construction. This is your hotel right here ...HOLIDAY INN!!

It was one of the nicest Holiday Inns I’ve been to. It’s quiet, clean, staff are nice, breakfast was great, plenty of free parking. There was nothing to really complain about. Solo traveler here and I had no issues or concerns about security or safety. Highly recommend!

We booked this hotel for our girls trip. The service was excellent. Great location! Nice clean hotel. Clean spacious room. Nice big bathroom, water pressure and hot water was perfect! Although we brought our own shampoo and conditioner, if you forget, the bathroom comes ready with full size bottles of dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Although we didn’t get to enjoy the pool, the outdoor patio area was our favorite part. The weather was perfect while we were there. 10/10 would stay again.

The hotel was updated and well-maintained outside and in. The room and bathroom were very clean and the cleaning staff were very friendly and thorough. There were a variety of options at breakfast and parking was plentiful. We have already booked our next trip to Dallas and will be staying at the same hotel. Definitely recommend!

In general, my 3-day stay was good. The hotel is clean, breakfast was good and the service staff was helpful. That said, I woke up on my last day to find several ants in the bathroom. Obviously, this made me concerned about other parts of the room. Whatever they are doing for pest control is not working.

We like staying here, it’s central to our activities. But, We chose a room that said “ non-smoking” and confirmed it with the front desk upon check in. She said Hotel is non-smoking so that was good. However, the room smelled so bad. Smelled like it had been smoked in or was just dirty/mildew Desk said they were full and couldn’t move us. We were there 3 days and ended up buying air fresheners and a candle to offset the smell which did help so much. We did report it on the check-out and suggested they change the filter and clean the carpet. Breakfast was good. Chairs sure are worn out in the dining area, staff was cordial but not super friendly.

This usually my go to hotel! Last few stays there have been problems! This last stay the AC smelled like urine! It was extremely bad! I would have requested a different room but I wasn’t feeling well and didn’t have the energy to pack up and switch rooms

the only thing they kept me from giving 5 stars was that the window covering did not fully cover the window leaving huge gaps on each side allowing the outside parking lot lights to shine in the room- very bright- otherwise it was great- large rooms with very nice staff

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Had better service than the higher dollar hotels in the area. It's in a very convenient location where almost everything is about a 10 minute or less drive away and even then there are plenty of places you can just walk to behind the hotel itself. Will be staying again if I ever make a trip back to Dallas! Thank you again for an awesome stay!

It is very clear on my profile "top floor, away from elevators". Despite checking in at 2pm I was gievn the second floor next to the elevators and ice. I did not make a fuss but I have had little to no sleep because of the RUDE guests stomping around above me both nights until 1am and 4am - something that wouldn't have been an issue if I had been given the preferred room type. I will not book this property in the future, even though i had enjoyed it several times in the past. The front desk also ignored my calls 5 times overnight and even hung up on me when I called from my cell. I eventually had to head to the lobby in person and still nothing was resolved!

The team is always so accommodating. I stay here frequently because they make me feel welcomed, safe and they always remember me. They have a great group of people from Maangement to hospitality! In all my travels (200 plus days a year) this is one of favorite places to stay. Oh and the beds are very comfortable!

We found this hotel to be pretty average for the price range. Front desk employee was fairly disorganized for a few minutes, but that was fine! She was friendly but did something we found to be very unsafe. As I was checking in (I’m female, my husband was in the car so it looked like just me) another few people came to check in. Instead of having them wait a respectful distance she told them to come and stand right behind me. It made me uncomfortable as then she started to give me instructions and was very polite, but announced out loud (regular volume , no whispering or effort to be discreet ) what floor I was on. Thankfully, she did not announce my room number because these people were in line behind me like they would be in a conveniencestore line. It makes me very uncomfortable when I’m traveling, even with my husband ,for my floor to be announced to everybody in the lobby. I’m sure she meant no harm but I feel like maybe more training should be put in place to help keep guests safe. Room was average for the price. Bathroom and bed were clean, but the carpet was very dirty. We were exhausted and I wasn’t thinking and walked around barefoot. My feet were so brown from the carpet that before getting into bed I had to wash them in the tub and wore shoes the rest of the time. Normally I do anyway, but again was very tired. Breakfast offerings and quality were average for the price. The staff that were serving breakfast were very friendly and professional.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It started with the hospitable smile, introduction, and welcome of Dysha, the Font Counter Administrator! She was so pleasant to work with, and she made me feel extremely WELCOME! She is a Keeper! Upon leaving, she was working, and she still exhibited that same inviting disposition. I left the hotel feeling GREAT because of her PROFESSIONALISM, WILLINGNESS TO HELP, and AWESOME PERSONALITY! I had to take the time to give her KUDOOS for an AWSOME EXPERIENCE she, Dysha, allowed me to experience!

The location is excellent, the room was clean, front desk was friendly and the breakfast attendants were attentive and courteous. Breakfast was fresh and all countertops were clean. My wife and I THANK YOU!!! All common places around the building looked maintained, as well as the parking areas. Overall a great place, fantastic front desk service and definitely would stay again when visiting the area.

It is very quiet and quaint and off of the beaten path yet very convenient to get to either beltline Road or Dallas Parkway. The staff was great. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was amazing.

It was one of the nicest Holiday Inns I’ve been to. It’s quiet, clean, staff are nice, breakfast was great, plenty of free parking. There was nothing to really complain about. Solo traveler here and I had no issues or concerns about security or safety. Highly recommend!

After comparing several hotels online, we chose Holiday Inn expecting a reliable stay. Unfortunately, our experience on September 18 was extremely disappointing. After driving about 5 hours, we checked in and went out for dinner. We returned around 11 PM, but our room keys would not work. We went back to the front desk and tried new key cards three times before the employee finally came upstairs to check the door. It turned out the problem was not the cards—the door lock battery was dead. The front desk employee said she had never changed the battery and had to call a coworker for instructions. After nearly an hour, the hotel still couldn’t solve the problem. In the end, my friend figured out how to temporarily power the lock so we could enter the room after midnight. Equipment can fail, but a hotel should have trained staff and procedures to handle something as basic as a dead door-lock battery, especially on a weekend. Even more disappointing, there was no meaningful effort afterward to compensate us or make things right. As an IHG member, I expected much better maintenance and customer service.
