Simple clean hotel in a quiet area of Concepcion — need to taxi or have a car as not much nearby, but the hotel restaurant was very reasonable and good

The staff was friendly, and parking was easy with parking in front of the hotel and behind a secured gate. Breakfast every morning was good, fresh fruits, cheese, meats, bread for toast and the staff made scrambled eggs for me each morning. I did not use the pool but looked clean. The room was also very clean and room service made the room each day. Would recommend. It is a little further out from the downtown area but a short drive to the Mall and into the Downtown area.
