B&B farm experience. I loved it. Marion and Hugh were friendly and interested in our trip. All the farm animals mingling around was so lovely. My room had a marvellous view over the fields and was very clean and comfortable. Hugh bakes his own bread which was delicious every morning along with a hearty breakfast. Quiet peaceful rural setting. I wish I lived there. Only a short trip to Lincolnshire showground and about 30 mins to Lincoln cathedral.

Stayed here for 6 nights due to work, chose to opt out of breakfast but i heard the host makes fresh bread every morning. Room was very clean, warm, freshly decorated. bed was comfortable. If youre an animal lover like me this is the perfect place to stay with friendly sheep, turkey, roosters, chickens, rabbits and small dogs living happily on the property, i will be back with my little one

Two aspects to mention A) I was bitten on the ankle by the owners dog(s). Two Jack Russels and one terrier were very aggressive. Not sure which one bit me, but it was sufficient to draw blood. B) Towels (plenty) were very hard - needed use of fabric conditioner during laundry.

We have stayed at Brampton Farm before, you are always made to feel welcome, the owners are very friendly and accomodating, they work very hard to keep this little gem of a b&b to a very high standard. The rooms are fun comfortable and quirky with ensuit facilities. The breakfast is excellent, a full english, cooked to order with fresh homemade bread every morning a huge china tea pot and cups and sauces to match in a true farmhouse style dining room, what more could you ask for. If you are an animal lover they have a huge turkey called big bird that wanders around and this morning was greeted by hens and a sheep on our way to breakfast. Surrounded by field's and very tranquil, a very good place to stay and explore the county.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay despite the noisy cockerels on our first morning. Made friends with the boys (sheep called Ronnie and Reggie) and had an absolutely stonking breakfast. Thank you so much for your hospitality and for making my good lady some scrambled eggs on toast. Also for the very lovely freshly baked buns we came away with.

We had a delightful one night stay at Brampton Dales. The farm is at the end of a lane with beautiful views across the fields. We stayed in one of the upper floor rooms which cosy and welcoming (and surprisingly cool despite the heat wave). The bed was veru comfortable and we had a fantastic night's sleep. The breakfast was devine with freshly baked bread, home made jams and a generously sized English breakfast to set you up for the day. Staying at Brampton Dales is like staying in another time - you feel welcomed and cared for half a world away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. We would definitely stay again! (PS - one review commented that there's not many places nearby to eat but if you stay on a Friday night, the local (coal fired) chippie is open if you're happy to queue!)

Our room was a converted barn consisting of a bedroom and toilet/shower room. It was comfortable & warm (went in February). The owners were attentive and very friendly & chatty. Excellent cooked breakfast & cosy breakfast room with fabulous mixed china and real serviettes! Also a good selection of marmalade & fresh baked bread. Brilliant! To top it all.. there were 2 pet sheep wandering about. A couple of characters! Loved it! Not many eating places nearby though.

Arrived to a lovely farm, with a friendly greeting from not only the owner but two sheep and chickens! Our accommodation looked over the back field, beautiful ! The room was warm and comfortable, be advised bed just a double if your a broad person. The breakfast was made to order and absolutely delicious. Fresh coffee, all in a well present room , very quaint like your grandmother would have done with china. Overall wonderful stay great host very friendly and fun conversations and will definitely recommend and return.

Fantastic host , highly recommend stay there , went above hospitality, my partner loves horses and when we arrived was taken too see them with no hesitation, room was lovely with a good nights sleep followed in the morning with a wonderful fresh made breakfast with home made bread

Friendly, welcoming and enthusiastic host. Superb cooked breakfast with the nice touch of fresh home baked bread. Room was ok but bathroom was small and had the smallest sink ever! but did the job. We only stayed the 1 night as planned so can't judge it over a longer period stay, however we enjoyed the animals even the vocal Cockerell.

Our stay was excellent from the beginning to the end. The farm is such a quiet and tranquil place. Hugh greets you and shows you to your room which has everything you need . The animals are out and about and it is all so restful. Hugh the owner will sort out a time for breakfast with you and what a magnificent breakfast it is and he also makes fresh bread for it as well.A true feast indeed. His lovely wife helps him at the weekend and they are so friendly and welcoming. We will certainly be going back for sure.

Really friendly owners Hugh and Marian, very good company! They took us up to feed the horses and meet the other friendly animals. We stayed in a little independent suite which was warm and cosy. Extreme comfortably bed!! Wonderful breakfast. 10/10

Very quiet area and very flat. Great if you like animals, dogs, hens, sheep, horses and a turkey are within the grounds. Vintage mismatched rooms and fabulous breakfast with home made bread. Not much entertainment but 2 pubs nearby, one within walking distance, other serves food until 8pm. Lincoln city, castle and cathedral worth a visit. Very entertaining host, lovely family and winner of four in a bed!

Our room was a converted barn consisting of a bedroom and toilet/shower room. It was comfortable & warm (went in February). The owners were attentive and very friendly & chatty. Excellent cooked breakfast & cosy breakfast room with fabulous mixed china and real serviettes! Also a good selection of marmalade & fresh baked bread. Brilliant! To top it all.. there were 2 pet sheep wandering about. A couple of characters! Loved it! Not many eating places nearby though.

Arrived to a lovely farm, with a friendly greeting from not only the owner but two sheep and chickens! Our accommodation looked over the back field, beautiful ! The room was warm and comfortable, be advised bed just a double if your a broad person. The breakfast was made to order and absolutely delicious. Fresh coffee, all in a well present room , very quaint like your grandmother would have done with china. Overall wonderful stay great host very friendly and fun conversations and will definitely recommend and return.

We have stayed at Brampton Farm before, you are always made to feel welcome, the owners are very friendly and accomodating, they work very hard to keep this little gem of a b&b to a very high standard. The rooms are fun comfortable and quirky with ensuit facilities. The breakfast is excellent, a full english, cooked to order with fresh homemade bread every morning a huge china tea pot and cups and sauces to match in a true farmhouse style dining room, what more could you ask for. If you are an animal lover they have a huge turkey called big bird that wanders around and this morning was greeted by hens and a sheep on our way to breakfast. Surrounded by field's and very tranquil, a very good place to stay and explore the county.

We had a delightful one night stay at Brampton Dales. The farm is at the end of a lane with beautiful views across the fields. We stayed in one of the upper floor rooms which cosy and welcoming (and surprisingly cool despite the heat wave). The bed was veru comfortable and we had a fantastic night's sleep. The breakfast was devine with freshly baked bread, home made jams and a generously sized English breakfast to set you up for the day. Staying at Brampton Dales is like staying in another time - you feel welcomed and cared for half a world away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. We would definitely stay again! (PS - one review commented that there's not many places nearby to eat but if you stay on a Friday night, the local (coal fired) chippie is open if you're happy to queue!)

There’s no point paying 1.5x the price to stay in Lincoln. Treat yourself!

Really friendly owners Hugh and Marian, very good company! They took us up to feed the horses and meet the other friendly animals. We stayed in a little independent suite which was warm and cosy. Extreme comfortably bed!! Wonderful breakfast. 10/10

Fantastic host , highly recommend stay there , went above hospitality, my partner loves horses and when we arrived was taken too see them with no hesitation, room was lovely with a good nights sleep followed in the morning with a wonderful fresh made breakfast with home made bread

Absolutely lovely place to stay, the owners are so kind and caring and lovely to speak to we arrived about 5.30pm to a lovely gentleman who showed us around the farm and to our room. There was fresh milk in the room and every amenity you could think of, breakfast was at a time of our choosing 9.30am as we fancied a lie-in, amazing chef the breakfast was to die for. We went for a roam around the fields to see some horses and sheep who were really friendly. Overall all an amazing place to stay and very affordable will definitely be staying here again😊

A wonderful stay at this lovely b&b. Hugh and Marian are so welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was ample and delicious with lovely homely touches like china cups and home made bread. So much care and attention goes into the breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay here and will have no hesitation coming back.
