Petit hôtel très charmant et chaleureux dans une ancienne école de quartier.

Dès l’extérieur on sent que cet hôtel va être au top. Le personnel du front desk était très accueillant et chaleureux. Cet hôtel est tout simplement magnifique avec toutes ces plantes vertes partout dans les couloirs et les chambres. Une décoration particulièrement soignée. Un buffet de petit déjeuner copieux et du personnel très sympathique. Lors de notre prochain séjour à Haarlem, nous y retournerons sans hésitation.

Staff very friendly and welcoming. Quirky bar / reception and decor throughout. Fabulous location just a few minutes walk from train station and town centre. Although my room was fine it was up 4 flights of stairs with no lift which was difficult with a dodgy knee. The staff did offer to help with my bags though. (The Hotel was full so I couldn’t change room). The breakfast was plentiful, I liked that you could help yourself to tea and coffee throughout the day and there were also tea making facilities in the room. The restaurant is lovely and a shame it wasn’t busy to add to the atmosphere. My room was spacious and I slept very well. Great shower and lovely toiletries. Extra vanity sets were available at reception. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night ( False alarm) and the staff apologised the next morning and gave me a scented candle for the inconvenience (nice touch). I will definitely stay there again but ask for a room on a lower floor!
