Als erstes entsprach weder der Innen- noch der Aussenbereich den Bildern von der Homepage. Die Zimmer waren nicht sauber, Boden klebte u.a. Es hatte weder genügend Frottewäsche, WC Papier oder Duschseife (Dispenser war vorhanden aber nicht aufgefüllt. Die gelobten luxuriösen Matratzen waren durchgelegen und die Leintücher verschliessen und fleckig. Das Frühstück war auch für amerikanische Verhältnisse sehr schlecht und lieblos. Das Personal eher gelangweilt. Diesem Hotel fehlt eine gute Führung und die Liebe zum Detail. Ein paar alte Möbel machen noch lange kein Boutiquehotel!!! Der einzige Pluspunkt ist die zentrale Lage.

Grauenhaftes Personal. Arrogant, unfreundlich, widerlich. Unser Zimmer, 2 kleine Handtücher, keine Seife, eine halbe Rolle Toilettenpapier, leere Tissue box. Mußten alles in der Lobby holen gehen. Für ein Hotel das mit "Hervorragend" bewertet wird muß das stimmen.

Really most everything was really good. The only complaint we have is about check in and check out. When we arrived there was no one at the front desk and we couldn’t find anyone. We knocked on doors, called the property, and looked every. No response. While we were waiting 2 other guests came in. One of them finally left. Eventually someone came in from outside and checked us in. No apology or apparent concern that we had been waiting. When we checked out, the computers had “apparently been unplugged or something” so we just had to turn in our keys. No receipt or anything. The people in the breakfast room and the housekeeping personnel were very nice and accommodating. As I said, our stay over all was really good, just the problems at the front desk.

First of all they cancelled my second nights stay, the hotel called me days after I had made the reservation and said nothing was available that night. I had called the hotel directly to verify that in fact my first night room was available the second night, then I extended my stay on the hotels.com app. No one at the hotel helped me with this at all, and hotels.com offered to put me up in a hotel farther away (I had wanted downtown so I didn’t have to drive during the event that weekend) but I declined and went home early that day. I am disgusted with how easy it was for the hotel to cancel with no repercussions even though they themselves had told me my room was available the next night as well, and how hotels.com just rolled over and let them do it. I will not be using this hotel or hotels.com in the future if my trip can be canceled at the last minute with no one out of luck but me. The trip insurance I purchased did not cover anything either so don’t bother with that.The room was reasonably clean, I missed breakfast, parking was a block over and a block down from the hotel, the staff was great except when I asked about my cancellation.
