Hyatt Place Madison/Verona

The room was clean and as advertised. The courtyard was a nice hang out spot with good drinks at the bar. Walking distance to a few good restaurants.

It was definitely one of the better hotels I've stayed at. Was it worth the high price for a night. No way should i have paid that rate. I waited an hour to get in and we got there after check in time was posted. Then there it's ok to walk to pool without a shirt on but apparently not anywhere else. That should be posted and its an odd rule. A lower rate for a night i can see but it is what it is. Next time I'll just use an air bnb like usual.

Very good breakfast bar

Breakfast was good. Fresh and hot. Pillows are too soft but room was clean and spacious.

Carl was excellent at checking us in. He has a great personality.
