Port Antic Ciutadella by My Rooms Hotels TI

The shower wall was badly stained. Dangerous frayed rug which was a trip hazard especially if going to the bathroom in the night. No wifi connection unless close to the front door. The smell of cigarettes was disgusting. Dirty rug on landing. Untidy landing. Dirty floors. No plug in the bathroom sink. The hanging space had no space for a dress or pair of trousers because it was above the shelf where you would put hand luggage. Shutters wouldn’t open. Generally very run down.

Nice and clean. Would come back again!

I don't usually leave poor reviews but I think it only fair to let others who are thinking of booking this accommodation what they can expect. No kettle or complimentary coffee/tea or water. This I could live with, if it wasn't for the other issues. A TV (minus a remote) that did not work. No towels, unless you count something resembling a tea towel as a bath towel. No cups available other than plastic cups. When speaking to management about there being no kettle, their suggestion was to put a cup in the microwave. Not sure how practical or safe this would be with a plastic cup! Again, I could probably tolerate all of the above, but waking up at 3am with a cockroach on the bed looking at me really was the last straw! Unfortunately, it was not a lone cockroach! When I reported all of the above to the management their response was to suggest that I must have been hallucinating!!!

Rooms are small , very good location . Bathroom very small , shower area .

Very clean property and nice room. You have to be very close with your partner as there is only a curtain to the bathroom. Kitchen facilities and drinking water was useful. Location is brilliant too, 15min walk from the beach buses and you're a 5-10min walk from the port. Sadly you can hear EVERY noise in the hotel, all conversations. It'll depend on guests but quite a few came in late. People are allowed to smoke in the little front porch which is trapped in the hotel and is noisy for anyone in the first room next to this area.
