Few car parks- need to book early…

Room was very clean but tiny with fairly new furnishings. I’d paid an extra $20 for them to reserve a car park but when I arrived there was a car parked in that spot, I messaged management but go no response so drove around the area looking for a carpark which was disappointing.

Great location in middle of town with plenty of shops and places to eat and drink . Parking difficult to get if not booked prior .

There was no available parking, we were told that we had to pay for off site parking, at $20 a night, but it was so busy there wasn’t any Parking. The bathroom was too small to the point the shower door had to be opened inward. The bed seemed old with springs and it was hard. Tv didn’t turn on and we were told to turn it on from the tv, we worked out it the problem was the batteries were flat. No One offered help or solutions. Place isn’t worth what we paid. It was very disappointing.

The lock to door of room 5 was very difficult to use - key had to be jiggled and every entry was distressing until We got the hang of how to execute the unlocking . Suggest a new lock We did not realise that parking needed to be booked as the website listed parking included. Did not realise that the cafe was part of the property . We eventually paid for the parking for 2 nights when we went to breakfast . Could be made clearer on the booking website The unit was clean, staff helpful and relatively quiet considering it is in central Hastings street

2 bedroom apartment was run down and dirty. Was never told there was 2 flights of stairs to the apartment which was hard with prams and babies. Furniture was grubby and beds were old and uncomfortable. Floor was very dirty. No fly screens on windows so it's also very stuffy.

Good location, dodgy surroundings, stairs like a rabbit warren, treads on stairs falling off. Very meh

The bathroom is incredibly tiny in the studio rooms. While there is parking it is limited and need to book this in advance and pay extra $20/day. The room is tired and in need of a freshen up - walls marked, bathroom tiles dirty. No onsite reception and hard to find contact for property, didn’t receive text with lock box code. While a great location, I’d probably not stay again.

Too many stairs up to unit and over 12 stairs inside unit 9?

It was very well placed on Hastings Street. The stairs up to the room were quite unstable and not secure. I wuld say quite hazardous.

The only good thing about this place is the location – right on Hastings St, which is hard to beat. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The room looked nothing like the photos online and was filthy. The floor was sticky and black, and there were items left behind from previous guests, including a bandaid and used soap. For $300 a night, I knew not to expect luxury since it’s a motel, but basic cleanliness should be a given. You’re paying for the location only – the room itself was awful.

Room condition is very poor, extremely unclean. Faulty noisy air conditioner, broken toilet buttons. Shower rose faulty and difficult to use. Bedding old and stained and needs replacing. Fridge missing shelving in fridge and door and was freezing up. Full size ironing board needed. Walls filthy and behind doors filthy.

Tiny room, dirty floors and walls, towels had brown marks over them and the bathroom was that small you had to open the shower recess door in order to use the toilet. The bathroom sink was a tiny hand wash basin. Overall extremely disappointing for the money they charge.

Excellent position right in the heart of Hastings street. The room had everything you need, comfortable bed, aircon, small but functional bathroom and very clean. There was parking available but we weren’t able to find this out before arriving as there was no response from all enquires, via website/phone etc which was frustrating.

Very tired, small, basic room. No refrigerator as advertised. Very tight space, weird vibe about breakfast being included but they did honour the deal. Very dusty, black mold growing on doors and ceiling. Units are above the restaurant so its quite noisy. Comfortable sleep with ceiling fan and air conditioning available. Only two teaspoons available and we're never replaced each day. Good location, but not ideal for people with a physical disability or young family/gear

Great location with plenty of restaurants, shops, cafe and beach but the room is dirty with no daily cleaning.

The pictures online a totally misleading, they all look beautiful, modern and renovated, but my room was anything but. They called it a studio but there was no kitchenette in fact there was less amenities than a normal hotel room. There was no table to sit at unless I wanted to sit outside in the cold so had to do my work sitting in bed. The lights in the bathroom did not work, a female would not be able to apply makeup at all. The bedside lamp did not work. The room was the only one to have an apartment above it and it was not built for that, I could hear every step the two people made, I could hear the chairs being pulled out from the table, which invisibly that room had. There was no shelf in the shower. Was just very disappointed as when I booked I was expecting a lively stay in a very modern room from the online pictures that I saw. Luis though who runs the cafe in the morning attached to the front of the hotel did offer exceptional service, offered a free breakfast each morning even though the room came with a free breakfast, but he looked after me each morning. If it wasn’t for him my stay would have been one of the worst I have ever had.

You have to request parking when you book the room, but I wasn't offered this, and had to use street parking, but the area is very busy. My only interaction with staff was a welcome message on Whatsapp. My reply was not followed up on. Apparently the staff work in the cafe out front, but it didn't seem worth it to talk to them if not in an emergency. Room was tidy, but floors needed to be better vacuumed. The living room aircon was cold, but none of the provided remotes worked. Wifi didn't reach the room.

You get what you pay for. Internet didn't work and TV didn't work. Average cleaning.

Air con unit leaks (dripping constantly), the TV remote does not work, roller blinds are mouldy. Bed was comfortable and clean. Service was non existent and all done via text message.

Fridge in our room leaked, shower head broken and toilet didn’t work properly

Great location and easy people free check-in. But ridiculously small bathroom, show door does not even open half way as it hits the toilet seat. Good airco and comfy bed though.

Smallest rooms in the best location in Australia

Be aware that as there is no onsite reception even if you select the pay at property option, the money is taken from your account as soon as you enter the non cancellation period. A check in code is supposed to be sms’d on the day of check in but we didn’t receive one and at 2pm (check in time) as we had no messages back from the expedia chat we had to ask the waiter at the onsite restaurant if he could help us. They finally messaged us a few hours later to say we should have received a code. Extremely poor communication. The phone number listed is disconnected, the air con unit leaked all over the floor and it was soaked! Only positive was the location.

No communication - there is no reception and they didn't send us the details of how to get in as promised so we ended up with no accommodation and had to find somewhere else to stay.

The location is fantastic but the accommodation is nothing to write home about, very basic but was clean & tidy. The bathroom is ridiculously small and the worst design, the shower head hits the glass door every time you open and shut it. The Manager, Luis was so arrogant to deal with, his communication skills needs improving.

On booking, the payment was taken instantly although my booking was a pay on arrival arrangement. Unable to book car park at time of booking so contacted them to ask about my payment and a park however had no response unsure if message didn’t go through via ‘contact the property’. Day of check in informed no parks available. Room unimpressive. Shower door opens on either the toilet or in the shower stream. The tiles in shower are very grubby. The doona on the awful bed was not covered so the old stains are unfortunately visible. The AC unit looks like it’s never been cleaned and is the loudest AC I’ve ever tried to sleep near. The chair next to bed was stained which doesn’t help to feel the room is clean. The door may be heavy however the issue is that the key is extremely difficult to get in the right position to be able to turn and unlock! It’s one of those ‘hold your tongue out and stand on one leg whilst squinting’ to get just in the right position type things. The carport (which is numbered the number of the room we stayed in and is directly beneath the apartment) which was apparently booked by someone else staying elsewhere, smelt like an ash tray and on leaving I saw a put out cigarette on the ground. Funny there’s a fee for having smoked there yet the place smells like cigarette already. These apartments really feel like a cheap emergency side of the road hotel and I would recommend to anyone to pay another $100-200 to stay somewhere decent!

No code was received for the lock box, however, it was broken so I helped myself to my key. Other than that, great place

Staff were super helpful. Great for an overnight stay if required.

Wouldn’t stay again. No reception. Phone number didn’t work. Young couple helped with an app to get lock box PIN number for key. Nearly had to leave to find other accommodation. Room did have a nice shower

Booked 3 nights, stayed for 2. Could not endure another night. Room 9 - Loft Room. Bed was an old spring mattress, so uncomfortable. Opening windows, no screens, no balcony. Pay at Property is NOT an option. Card was debited 3 weeks before arrival. Parking not made clear - MUST BOOK. Unable to make contact with the property to discuss anything prior to arrival. Had to wait for the text on the day of arrival to communicate with someone and they were so unhelpful. The only positives was the location, the shower, the heater and the pizza we had at Piccolinis. Keep looking, stay somewhere else or be prepared to be dissapointed.

Unfortunately, I wasn't sent a sms telling me where to pick up key and I wasn't aware also that you had to pre book parking. After a short stressful period I found a staff member who was able to locate my key for me, he was friendly and helpful. Breakfast at the cafe at front was delicious.

Conveniently located in the heart of Hastings Street the pros of this premises end there. Advised we couldn’t get an early check in before our event - then access via a lockbox. This would have been fine had the lockbox actually been easy to open. (Cleaning staff the next day said it’s an ongoing issue) Hastings at has no late traffic so should generally be a quiet location. However, air conditioning units surrounding our room were loud & kept turning on & off regularly; early prep staff arrived in cafe below our room and began banging and crashing around whilst still dark, dropping cutlery etc…. No one is going to sleep through the noise that was being made. Add to that the banging and clanking of a washing machine again while still dark it that sounded like it was going to break through the wall. Zero sleep. Room was ridiculous small. (Like, Knees touching shower screen whilst on the toilet); shower head was broken and sprayed water in every direction in the room. Ironing board had no padding. Clearly investing in a good mattress is not the priority of this motel. With rates of $270 a nice for a tiny queen bed room, this is the least they could provide. Springs were literally digging into me and my daughter. No staff to be found at 9.30 checkout. Reception looked like the service entry full of linen racks and dirty linen bags. Would never recommend this motel - better off at a backpackers to be honest. Disgusting experience and very over priced.

Great location at the north end of Hastings Street. We were upgraded to a two bedroom two bathroom apartment and it was fabulous.

There is no one at reception for when you check in/out which in theory shouldn’t be a problem but the key box my keys were left in was not opening and I was told to wait for it to reset. After about 20 minutes and only when other people were also struggling did someone come to help us. I had a room that was above the bar which you could hear in the evening. But the location is amazing, to a point where I would stay again and overlook the above issues just to be 2 minutes from the beach.

Great little motel at the end of Hasting Street, Noosa. Only stayed one night but very handy to restaurants and shops on the strip. Room a little small but more than adequate for a short stay. Shower a challenge but water pressure fine. Will stay again

Basic motel room but in superb location with convenient cafe downstairs for excellent breakfast. Right on Main Street with easy walking to beach restaurants shops etc. perfect for one or 2 nights. Parking on site really for small cars only but easy free parking nearby.

A localização é perfeita, quarto limpo, simples mas bem arrumado, fui bem atendida pelo Luis que me recebeu muito bem. Só não fui bem atendida no restaurante que fica na frente do Hotel que faz parte dele. Mas a acomodação recomendo.

Great little gem in the heart of Hastings street. Perfect for one or two nights. Breakfast included was a big bonus.

Basic property could use a refresh. The pillows were absolutely terrible, very thin and worn out. Bed was fine, bathroom had mould in the shower and very small but adequate. adequate property for an overnight stay. Breakfast in the Cafe was fine, nice coffee eggs cooked well but the sourdough was like concrete. Overall a good place if you want to be in Hastings St for a night and just need somewhere to sleep.

Great location, right on Hastings Street in the heart of Noosa Heads. Rooms are a little "tired". Our air con leaked like a sieve and the shower is not water tight, producing a flood of water in the bathroom. Staff though couldn't have been more helpful. Trying to repair it but also offering a free breakfast in their adjoining Cafe for us both each morning. Can't fault them on that but the rooms perhaps need a little TLC. Otherwise the room was comfortable. With all that you need for a short getaway. A little bit of noise does filter into the rooms due to restaurants, road noise etc but nothing one wouldn't expect for the location. If you are looking for comfortable accommodation at a good price point in an excellent location I would thoroughly recommend 10 Hastings Street.

It’s cozy. Very central though. Next to a cafe/restaurant so can get a little noisey if there’s a party booked. The airconditioner was leaking water but owner was quick to respond and made sure we had enough towels as it was the weekend and tradesman unavailable until Monday.
