Unser Aufenthalt im Akelarre war wunderbar - wunderschönes Hotel, die Architektur ist beeindruckend - sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, tolles Spa mit wundervollen Treatments. Also rundum toll, Danke!

Exceptional hotel located just outside of San Sebastián old town, a taxi ride away. The room was lovely but the bathroom awkwardly laid out. We were slightly disappointed by the Michelin starred restaurant. The service felt routine, not special. Although each dish was creative and interesting, at times the presentation and presenter felt tired. Not a 3 star in our opinion.

Another lovely stay - 4 years since last time but still impressed with the quality of the room, the food and the staff. Stunning location and incredible sunsets! Dinner outside on the terrace was completely delicious. Every member of staff we met was smiley and friendly. Shame we could only stay one night this time.
