Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Metairie New Orleans , LA

I booked this hotel at one price and was charged an additional $40 . Completely unacceptable. I was awakened twice during the night with loud neighbors because you can hear everything going on outside. The hotel bed is extremely hard and rather uncomfortable- I typically like hotel beds. Overall, not an impressive hotel stay especially for the price

Bed was comfortable. Clean room, good breakfast. Excellent person working front desk. Kinda hard to find hotel. Nice place to stay.

Room was clean and smelled great. It rained so we didn't get to utilize amenities. Staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely would use again!

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here and would definitely book again!!! Shoutout to our concierge Shavon’s she was the absolute best and made my stay amazing!! Also there was a lot within walking distance from the hotel so that was an even bigger plus.

The coat closet had a horrible smell to it. There were stains on the sheets. Also we experience a horrible encounter of invaded privacy when an employee open our room door with out knocking and unfortunately one of my friends were getting dressed.
