早餐是自助形式，食物品種多任你選擇、還有新鮮榨果汁任你提供。 房間和浴室很清潔，浴缸很大，有浴鹽提供, 玩完一天，可以享受浸浴，真係非常享受。 酒店設備齊全，有室內和室外泳池，還有人造沙灘、健身中心，做完運動又可以享受桑拿或蒸氣浴。 晚上我們到酒店的中餐廳，餸菜都滿意。 今次住宿，真係非常滿意。👍

Very creative and fresh breakfast selections, especially the fruit juice bar.

Poor staff service. Check in, they said can not find my reservation. Checking for long time, contact other staffs before they find my reservation. Is embarrassing. Furthermore, at breakfast they asked us to be seating next door because not enough space. After 30 mins, clean up lady told us this section will be close you need to leave now. We asked her can you please move us back to the cafe so we can continue our breakfast. She said is not her job. We got kicked out for being nice and agree to dine in a place away from the buffet set up.

The staff were very very helpful and hospitable, this staff, Ms Dafne, was especially nice and responsive to all our requests. She speaks perfect English and she’s always so friendly and helpful. The room is clean and it was a pleasant stay.

Luxurious hotel. Really nice room. Helpful staff. Close to Splendid China and Windows of the World theme parks.
