TURIM Restauradores Hotel

Business trip, 2 nights stay. Hotel has had its best times but all in all very reasonably priced for a very good spot regarding tourist location, clean, good breakfast and all that. Happy.

Despite the impression given on the website, this is a very old hotel that feels far from “renovated.” The entire atmosphere comes across as overly pretentious, but without the quality or comfort to justify it. The pillows were some of the worst I’ve ever encountered—the filling was broken into so many pieces that it felt like sleeping on a bag of rocks. The air conditioning unit was extremely old and noisy, making it difficult to rest. The bathroom also had several issues: the air ducts in the partition clearly need urgent repair, and after every shower the floor was left completely flooded. For the extremely high price charged, this hotel does not deliver in any way. Between the outdated facilities, uncomfortable rooms, and inflated sense of grandeur, I cannot recommend it. There are far better options in Lisbon that offer genuine comfort and value—look elsewhere.

Otelin yeri çok iyi. Hem merkezde hem de metroya yürüme mesafesi. Kahvaltı ortalama, eh denebilir. Odalar tertemizdi. Biraz dekorasyonu eski ama benim için çok önemli bir detay olmadığı için genel olarak otelden memnun kaldım. Restoranı yok akşam vakit geçirmek için sadece küçük bir bar var ama merkezde olduğu için çocuklu aile değilseniz çok eksikliğini hissetmezsiniz.

Cet hôtel etait le dernier d'une série de 4 hôtels où j'ai séjourné durant ma semaine de vacances dans la région de Lisbonne (et aussi le plus cher, à plus de 110 € la nuit!). J'ai d'abord été surpris par la façade couverte de graffitis de cet établissement 3 étoiles... Ensuite, s'il faut reconnaître que la chambre était grande, ce n'était absolument pas le cas de la télévision, tout juste admissible dans un "Formule 1". Dans la chambre, aucune bouteille d'eau pour nous accueillir alors que cela avait pourtant été le cas dans TOUS les autres hôtels fréquentés précédemment (et d'un niveau de standing pourtant moindre). Aucune bouilloire électrique non plus (valeur d'achat 15 €) et quand on en fait la remarque à la réception, on nous répond d'un ton assuré que cela n'est pas obligatoire dans les 3 étoiles au Portugal ! Mais le PIRE fut surtout durant 3 jours le BRUIT INSUPPORTABLE de la climatisation sur le toit de l'établissement voisin, bruit qui franchissait allègrement la "barrière" du double vitrage de la fenêtre de notre chambre. Je ne parlerai pas non plus du restaurant de l'hôtel... au prétexte du COVID ! (alors que TOUS les restaurants en ville avaient réouvert leurs portes). Peut être attendent-ils la fin de... la 28e vague ??? En conclusion, je ne recommande ABSOLUMENT PAS cet hôtel au très mauvais rapport Qualité/Prix je le déconseille également si vous vous déplacez en voiture, car la ruelle finit en impasse et qu'il n'y a aucune possibilité de stationnement.

Nous avons réservé 8 chambres pour célébrer notre mariage. L'emplacement est idéal pour se déplacer facilement, visiter, les restos en tout genre. La réception était sympathique, nous avons apprécié le bar de l'hôtel qui est juste magnifique pour boire l'apéro entre amis. Ambiance intime et feutrée...

Excellent location. Although I understand that this is not a 5-star hotel, the renovation is very old, the lights in the room are too weak, and there are no plugs next to the bed.

Værelse mod gården havde udsigt til en grim mur en meter fra vinduet. Værelset var mørkt døgnet rundt. Inventaret nedslidt og mangelfuldt. Beliggenhed var god kort afstand til centrum

No hay enchufes cerca de la cama y no limpian la habitación cada día, solo hacen la cama y cambian las toallas

The reason to stay here is due to proximity to transit via Restauradores Square and attractions like Miradouro de São Pedro de Alcântara (which is a 5 minute hike uphill or a funicular ride up). The room was clean though some repairs are needed to the door and floors. The towels always had a strange smell to them. The A/C is odd to work with. Due to the place being on a side street off the funicular line, there isnt much of a from your room. As far as food, they do offer a breakfast but unless you have no time for food, just go outside and walk 5 minutes in any direction you will find something cheaper and better.

i did not like bc my comforter and bed sheet were dirty and when I asked to changed it.. was left without the comforter and could not sleep bc of the clold and air conditioning.. the next day, I asked for same but was told they will check with the staff and that was it and the phone was disconnected at the hotel.. would not recommend

Bu otelde 3.kalışımız. Otelin temizliği, calısanların yardımseverliği ve otel konumu cok güzel. Sorun olunca hemen ilgileniyorlar. Yataklar cok rahat. Kahvaltı dahil değildi. Bir sabah kendileri ikram ettiler. Havaalanına erken gideceğimiz icin, o gün kullandık. Cok güzeldi. Tesekkürler.

Bon endroit pour quelques jours mais pas plus car aucun espace pour mettre deux valises et pas de commodes. Très petit, deux adultes ne peuvent pas se croiser au pied du lit tellement c’est proche du mur. Nous avions une vue sur un mur donc très sombre. Une coquerelle nous a visités! Wifi intermittent donc pas fiable Petit déjeuner varié et en quantité. Propre. Tout près d’une station de métro et de quelques rues avec plusieurs restaurants Prix raisonnable

Hotel bem localizado. Café da manhã com diversidade e qualidade. Todos os dias o Pastel de nata perfeito ! Primeiro período de hospedagem quarto gigante, mas no segundo ficamos num quarto muito pequeno. Atendimento na recepção com muita prestatividade.

The hotel is very nice. My room was spacious with a big bathroom. However, the TV set was too small (it is like a computer monitor that was hanged on the wall). This was something that needs upgrading. The breakfast was great with lotd of varieties.

Muito boa, os funcionários são atenciosos e prestativos. O café da manhã é farto e com muitas opções, além de ser muito gostoso. O quarto é confortável, único ponto negativo foi o ar condicionado que parava de funcionar em determinados momentos da madrugada.

Room 304’s bathroom is smaller than a cruise ship’s. The window was looking out to a concrete wall. This place is very dingy and dark with terrible customer service.

Good hotel, really underwhelming. Staff ... hit and miss. I would not re-visit.

Location is very good. Easy walking to Rossio Square. At the bottom of the Gloria funicular. Walk to the top for a panaoramic view of the city and castle. Hotel did not respond to questions sent through Expedia app or by direct email. Disappointing because the were about checkin times. Staff in dining room were excellent. Front desk service also excellent.

Picked this hotel for its location: FABULOUS! Room was a bit smaller than I expected but price point for such a central location was excellent. Unfortunately, my stay was marred at the end by an incident involving transportation (booked through the hotel) for transfer to the airport. I arrived 10 minutes early for the departure & noted a car parked across from the property. Reception staff said they would alert me when the driver arrived. 15 minutes later a woman entered & spoke to reception & exited. Moments later, staff told me my driver had arrived. I discovered that the parked car I observed was indeed my transport and that she had arrived 35 minutes earlier & alerted staff. They did NOT inform me. Our late departure was concerning & I nearly missed my flight.

Achei o Turim Restauradores excelente! Localização perfeita, perto de tudo, dos melhores restaurantes e lojas também. Quartos limpos e confortáveis, ótimos funcionários, bom café da manhã, enfim, tudo que é necessário para uma temporada em Lisboa. 💛

Hotellet er placeret helt perfekt til at udforske Lisabon. Og supernemt med transport fra lufthavnen via Metro der stoppe tæt på hotellet. Personalet er venlige og smilende, morgenmad med fint varieret kontinental morgenmad og et stort udvalg af søde kager.

The Turim Restauradores hotel is next to the funicular and close to many attractions but it is surprisingly quiet. Lots of great restaurants and wine bars are in its vicinity. I would definitely stay there again

Pleasant staff, good room with air con, good variety at breakfast, ideal location. Our room at the back was a reasonable distance from the opposite building. Some construction works nearby that meant limited access for taxis.

Muito boa experiência neste hotel. O staff é muito simpático e solicito. Recebi um welcome drink, água no quarto e 1 dia de café da manhã (que inclusive é excelente e muito variado) como cortesia. A localização é o ponto alto, sendo possível fazer praticamente tudo a pé. A rua é bastante silenciosa e só não dei 5 estrelas porque havia muito barulho no andar de cima, pois como o piso é de madeira, basta andarem no quarto acima do céu que se escuta muito. Outro aspecto não tão positivo é a área do chuveiro que é muito pequena. De resto, fantástico.

The hotel is very nice. My room was spacious with a big bathroom. However, the TV set was too small (it is like a computer monitor that was hanged on the wall). This was something that needs upgrading. The breakfast was great with lotd of varieties.

Das Hotel verfügt über eine sehr gute Lage. Leider hat in den letzten 4 Jahren der Service nachgelassen. Beim Check-In konnten wir das Gepäck nicht im Gepäckraum lassen, obwohl ich erklärte, dass das Auto mitten in der Strasse steht und ein Polizist schon eine Busse ausstellen wollte. Die Zimmer sind ziemlich klein und hellhörig. Es fühlte sich an, als ob das Tram "Gloria" durch das Zimmer fährt. Man sollte sehr früh ans Frühstücksbüffet. Geht man gegen 09:00 Uhr, ist das Büffet fast leer und wird nicht vollständig aufgefüllt. Es hat nur noch Reste und man kann essen, was die Frühaufsteher nicht wollten (Kuchen usw.) Es fehlten sogar Tassen für den Kaffee und Besteck. Lieber mehr bezahlen, dafür am Morgen nicht um eine Tasse Kaffee kämpfen.
