Condo bien équipé mais air climatisé arrêté dès notre arrivé ce qui a rendu difficile de diminuer la chaleur de 27 °C à 22°C soit plus de 24 heures en raison du toit cathédrale. Un seul stationnement a proximité du condo, mais disponibilité à l'entrée du site. Nous avons dû appeler la reception de l'hôtel car non indiqué. Sinon, séjour agréable pour nos activités choisies à proximité.

Je recommande, et j’y retournerai sans hésiter, facile d’accès et stationnement privé, un site plutôt champêtre avec vue sur la montagne au pied des pentes. Tous les commodité y était pour cuisiner. Les seule chose, c’est que la chambre est très petite et aucune commode ni bureau pour ranger les vêtement et la télévision dans le salon était vraiment trop petite pour la grande pièce.

Inside of the condo was great and we enjoyed our stay; great view and upgraded. Outside - parking lot had not been shoveled and our parking spot was not accessible, the SUV beside us took up both spots so we had to park in guest parking so a bit of a walk. Stairs were pure ice and my son slid down five stairs on our arrival.

Quiet and roomy but difficult, small parking spaces, not all appliances worked, no indication was given as to how to access pool, when questioned we were told to go to the office but not told where it was located.

I got stung during the night by what seemed to be some bedbugs ☹️ The pictures online showed a two-storey unit, I got a basement/ ground level unit much smaller and clearly not on two levels I never received the address nor the code to enter on the day of my arrival. I had to go to the hotel Chateau Bromont to get everything. The unit was well equipped and clean in appearance but getting stung at night by bugs in the bed definitely made me reconsider the level of cleanliness

Stationnement indisponible, propreté très moyenne, décor et peinture des années 90. La direction du Château Bromont ne fait que louer les condos, ils ne veulent pas s’occuper des problèmes que les clients peuvent rencontrer. Nous avons passés 2 nuits au condo en famille, nous avions seulement 3 oreillers et des produits de bain pour maximum 2 personnes pour une nuit. Nous sommes allés à l’épicerie pour acheter savons et shampoing.

Air climatisé crache de la glace et de l'eau qui crée de la moisissure sur le mur et plinthe. L'air climatisé est plein de champignons. Il a les pôles de rideaux arrachés. Nous sommes arrivés à 16h30 et la chambre n'était pas prête. Ils sortaient les derniers trucs. Le check-in était à 16 h. La couette était fini car il y a avait des boules "moutons" de ouates pris ensemble et des espaces vides . Ce qui était très inconfortable pour dormir. Le tour du bain avait des traçes roses qui nécessitaient un bon lavage. Clairement ça fait un bon bout de temps que cela n'a pas été fait. Nous avons été vraiment décus. L'unité de condo est dû pour des grosses rénovations.

We stayed in a lower unit in the Midi Block. It was perfect for our family - we made all our meals there so we could enjoy the mountain and outdoor space. The views and sunsets were gorgeous! Well stocked kitchen too. Nespresso was a nice touch. We will be back!

L'unité S304 est vraiment bien équipé, des lits pour 6, mais tout le reste pour 10 personne. Tout ce qui fait dans la cuisine pour faire à manger pour plusieurs personnes.

Air Conditioning in the condo was not working. We reported and they did have someone come out to look twice but no result. It was during the heat wave and was 30 degrees cel in the loft which made it uncomfortable to sleep at night. Overall a great place to stay but would have been nice to have a/c on overnight.

Ony the condo door number and street was given but no exact address. On a street with many condo buildings, it was very difficult to find out which one was reserved... Once, we found the room it was perfect. I would suggest calling for information before and requesting the condo building address or you'll be up for somewhat of a wild goose chase from building to building... trying the access code on random doors... *not fun at 10pm..

Perfect ski in ski out spot. Loved being able to go back to the condo for lunch and then back out to ski. Kitchen had ever needed. Great for families!

We enjoyed two nights in Bromont. Our condo was perfect for our family of 4. We enjoyed a full day at the waterpark. We were able to take our kids back to our condo for a short nap, and return to the waterpark afterwards. Great location, lots to do for families. We’ll definitely be back!

Very nice accommodation at the base of the mountain! Appears to be almost brand new. Kitchen was stocked with almost everything. Probably more than a couple needed for our two night stay, but families would love it.

Lit et divan tres inconfortable. Attention aux condo voisin qui n’appartiennent pas à chateau bromont et qui sont privé. Notre voisin effectuait des travaux tres tot le matin en montant dans son échelle et qui donnait directement dans notre fenetre. Aucune intimité et la gestion de chateau bromont s’en foutent complètement….aucun respect. Besoin énorme de rénovation…. Tres vieux et démondé. Balcon mal propre. Drain de la douche bouché. Rideaux abimé donc manque d’intimité.

We stayed in a lower unit in the Midi Block. It was perfect for our family - we made all our meals there so we could enjoy the mountain and outdoor space. The views and sunsets were gorgeous! Well stocked kitchen too. Nespresso was a nice touch. We will be back!

L'unité S304 est vraiment bien équipé, des lits pour 6, mais tout le reste pour 10 personne. Tout ce qui fait dans la cuisine pour faire à manger pour plusieurs personnes.
