Excellent location only 100m from Melbourne Central Shopping Centre. Parking is about 100m away in a different building but only $25 a night with in/out. Excellent communication with staff. Room was neat and tidy, well equipped and a decent size.

Main bed small, minimal space to walk around in bedroom. Bed very low to ground. Apartment is small so even though it’s two bedroom, lounge seating is only for 2 people Great communication re checkin procedure and car parking option

We had a great stay here. It is in a great location with easy access to everything downtown. Check in was very easy with a perfect parking option. The apartment was clean and maintained. It is not very spacious and is a bit small, but it served us perfectly for a one night stay in Melbourne downtown.

We stayed to attend the Ed Sheeran concert it was a great location to stay being close to lots of restaurants and trams to get to and from the mcg There could be better signage for both the apartments and the car parking locations

Good apartment in CBD, close to everything to walk. Trams outside for exploring city. Only one lift operating at the time we stayed but good property.

Rooms are average no major issues. The building is almost 40 levels high and has 2 lifts.one lift was out of order our whole stay. The other lift broke down on our first day which meant we couldn’t access our room on the 37th floor for 2 hours. With so many rooms and high floors it is not acceptable to only have 1 lift in order With other tenants telling us the second lift had broken down 3 times in recent weeks.

Bedroom did not have a window as shown in the advertisement. No where to store luggage before check in was available and after checkout while waiting for flights. Otherwise everything was fine.

-No smoke alarm in bedroom - illegal -Shower screen would only open towards shower - illegal -sticky tape holding a/c open -dishwasher still loaded with last persons dishes. - floor was filthy- baby was black after crawling on floor for only a few minutes. - common area for lift smelt like mould and rubbish Wouldn’t rate this place at all

The room needed more kitchen utensils. I booked an apartment hoping to cook breakfast and maybe a few dinners. However there was only 1 pair of tongs, a wooden spoon, 1 small pan, 1 small pot, cups and very minimal cutlery. Definitely needed bowls for salad, a potato peeler, a strainer and an oven dish. It's pointless having an oven and stove if there is nothing to bake or cook with. I could tell that the room had been cleaned however it needs to be more thorough. The kettle was really dirty and the bathroom cupboards hadn't been wiped as there was dust and hair on the shelves. The shower also had mould. Would have been nice to have the car park closer to the hotel. Loved that it was close to the shops and food stores.

Reception for this property is actually the owners kitchen and the luggage storage is in a (none too tidy) bedroom. Access to the building requires you to call on a punch pad outside - reception may or may not answer. Staff were not all that friendly nor helpful to our party and others we met. Couch in the room had old food between the cushions and dishwasher had not been emptied ready for new guest arrival. Handy spot but there's plenty of other options .

Location is great. Bit of a smell in the bathroom & cleaning could have had a bit more attention to detail. Otherwise it was fine

I liked the location of this place. The owners were helpful and answered all our question regarding the booking and parking ect...... The down side was the condition and cleanliness of the property.

Single split air con only with broken vent cover so no real air circulated. Dishes still in the dishwasher and a left over shoe under the bed. Great position though - ok for sleeping but not for spending a lot of time in

The room was clean and well resourced (heating, TV, washing machine, oven, hob). The room had opening windows which was welcome (as so many properties of similar ilk don't have opening windows now). The interaction with staff was good. The bed was lovely and comfortable and most welcome. The room itself was quite small and sparsely furnished but tastefully done. It was not a practical set up however in a number of respects. There were no instructions to virtually anything within the room and it took quite some time to work out how to use the oven's various settings (I had to Google it), how to open the cupboards (required to press open rather than pull open), how to use to bathroom taps (see below) and to locate the utensils to assist with cooking. The utensils were ultimately found in an upper cupboard and which when pulled out resulted in a knife falling out of a receptacle (and which could be a potential risk). Similarly both the toaster and kettle were in upper cupboards - the toaster being unreachable even when I stood on a chair. The washing machine was a welcome addition but the clothes drying rack was super small and not able to hold many clothing items. The shower was difficult to fathom as the tap function seemed to be the exact opposite to what was displayed on the tap i,e, hot to one side and cold to the other. It was an overall enjoyable stay but a more practical approach is needed in relation to the property's resources.

Room is ok but very small. Foyer area was disgusting and very smelly.

Windows wouldnt close properly, aircon realy noisey and extractor fan in bathroom constently on so very noisey. Only good thing is location.

The pictures on site are very deceiving. Far smaller than expected.

The check in process was weird the room was substandard and not like the pictures at all. Bedroom with double bed was so tight and had no space to walk around. Would never recommend to anyone.

Accommodation was rather spartan and very compact. It lacked character and homely touches e.g. no full length mirror in bedroom or bathroom. Kitchen equipment was limited e.g. only one saucepan, no frypan. Location etc are all good. A good location but not somewhere you would want to spend a lot of time in.
