Hotel Venice

First of all I like the non smoking system of this hotel and the staff are very helpful but I think your hotel needs some more facilities especially a smoking zone and coffee house?

It was a big mistake to stay here. They promised that they were strict on no smoking rules. However totally not enforced. But not true. I tried to call the front desk to let them know at check in that the safe is already locked. The phone wasn't working. However the front desk is able to call you!!! So, only one electric plug works, besides TV/broken massage chair electric outlet. Safe is locked so you can't use it, staff says all are broken. Massage chair is so sad, the upper back massage mechanism is actually missing. The lower back mechanism is only working "massage" Not soundproof at all - can't sleep due to drunken retching sounds echoing down the hall from two rooms the room of smokers. And someone needs to measure the room, it's doubtful that this room really is full square meters described. No tea, no coffee as described, but there is a kettle and cups. The laptop workspace is the same bedside table that hosts the kettle and cups. Handle on wardrobe is broken, that's such easy repair!! The hotel doesn't turn on the outside sign at night, adding to the very sketchy feel to the area. There is a security guard at hotel across the street but not here. I must discuss my options with Expedia customer service.

El hotel está bien, Justo para lo que se necesita en KL, ducha/aire/cama. La habitación es pequeña y el baño también. Para su precio está bien. La zona llena de sitios para comer, pero lejos del verdadero centro. Usar grab fue de las mejores opciones. Destacable: el personal, súper amable y siempre con una sonrisa. Hay calentador de agua, y agua embotellada gratuita.

帰国前の一泊に利用しました。 設備や備品は必要充分。付近には食堂もあって不便を感じることはありません。ＣＰに優れた宿だと思います。

Good location, great value, free water, updated shower!, great customer service. Amazing bakery across the street. Will stay again and reccomend. However it is a little run down. Comfortable beds! Great AC

All the safes are “broken” unless you get the current front desk number and have Expedia call, then miraculously they find the master key to open the safe. The massage chair in 616 is broken, the massage chair in room 313 only has lower back and bum massage with minimal “squeezing massage “ for arms & legs. Totally not worth the “suite rate”. Doubtful the room really does have 195sq feet. Low water pressure on both floors. Just a cheap run down hotel that can’t afford to turn the lights on at night. It’s telling of the area that the hotel across the street keeps security guards on duty. This one does not. Not only are all the safes prelocked so they are unusable, the safes are not bolted down.

The reception ask for a deposit in cash only. No credit card. So they force the guest to go outside walk find an atm and withdraw cash just for the deposit. This is not good at all. There was a cockroach in the room.

Not very clean. Ants everywhere on the wall.

We were given a room on the sixth floor which was very stuffy, and there was a strong smell of mold, mushrooms ... this is unsafe for health! all the walls were in dark spots and the ceiling too. The air conditioner was blowing warm air even though it was cold. there were dark long hair on the floor. We asked to change the room. we were given a room on the 5th floor. there was also a musty smell and the ceiling was stained, there was hair in the bathroom drain. and then, unexpectedly for Malaysia, you could hear a dog howling, as if in the next room. The air conditioner was making a very loud noise from time to time. And those were rooms with a window! without a window, I can’t even imagine what the humidity is like there! The hotel needs a big renovation and competent ventilation! We went to another hotel and are very happy about it! I don't recommend anyone to stay here.

ドライヤーが壊れていて使えない。遮光窓が開いたまま閉じず蚊が入って来て何カ所も刺された。3泊してシーツやバスタオルを1回も取り換えに来ない。他にもハンガーがない、ゴキブリが出た、トイレシャワー使用中にホースが外れて水浸しになったなど、とても三つ星ホテルとは思えない施設でした。

Nothing the receptionist was nice ,1 but ask me to sleep with cockroaches literally if i dont make allergie...

Erstmal das Positive: Der Service war gut. Wir konnten glücklicherweise unsere Taschen vor Check-in ablegen. Das Hotel liegt gut gelegen. Man kann einiges zu Fuß erkunden. Die Gegend ist sicher nichts für jeden aber wir fanden es authentisch und spannend um die echte Seite von Kuala Lumpur kennenzulernen. Negativ: Leider ist das Hotel in schlechtem Zustand. Etwas Instandhaltung und Sauberkeit wären dringend nötig. Wir hatten bisschen fleckige Laken. Die Wände im Zimmer hatten dunkle Spuren und es hat leider nicht zu gut gerochen. Für den Preis war es schon okay aber nur grade so akzeptabel.

The room is smelly and dirty for bed. Luckily, the font desk staff check the spare room and arrange a new room to scroll.

Linen not change upon check in but i just sleeping on top of duvet cover . Aircon dirty need to do servicing as well and all Shower area badly rotten and finishing too bad

The best thing about the hotel is the location. Otherwise it is not so well- run hotel with a lot of issues in service and, especially, cleanliness.

Room was not clean as comment i saw. Property abit old, Hotel didn't provide parking for guest, car strictly park in front of hotel but is road side or you need to pay for RM5 for parking beside hotel.

basin and toilet water flow very slow. the cleaning service after informing the counter, the cleaner did not turn up for cleaning and reason was given that he will do the check out first but it did not turn up for the whole day

Counter service is nice and patient, Room is narrower for corridor, but one of bad thing just finding a coach inside toilet

Good location, great value, free water, updated shower!, great customer service. Amazing bakery across the street. Will stay again and reccomend. However it is a little run down. Comfortable beds! Great AC

Hotel Venice is good. Stuff great. If you don't have back pain and you can walk for 15 minutes to catch time square shopping mall and bukit Bintang Street this hotel is the perfect option for you

This hotel is located in a great are that is walking distance to the train stations and the malls as well as the local food areas. Has a convenience store in front of it as well. Best hotel for the price it’s unbeatable compared to other hotels around.

During c/in, the male Indian staff ws very pro but the female staff (I think she was new) when I wanted to go out and ask if she can assist to call a taxi/grab,she replied that hotel dnt do booking for hotel guests but was corrected by the male staff to assist if guest pay cash for their expenses. Upon c/out, a female night staff did not even greet good morning but just ask "yes?"(I c/out early 0800hrs) never even smile, took my deposit slip, pass me RM100 (rm deposit) turn her back and yes, that's it. hahahahahaha xxxxxx poor attitude. Haizzzzz.... Except for the 2 female staffs, I could say that all is well for RM120 per night stay. hmmmmmmmmmmmm #207

Our purpose of the visit for visit all temples in KL and this was a very location to access all public transportations

Did not feel safe as a woman outside the property. Lots of bugs got in through the vents. Staff were lovely though.
