Lovely stay. We use this hotel as a halfway point to our destination. The kitchen set up was perfect and we were able to put our things in the decent sized freezer and refrigerator. Friendly staff, plentiful and wide variety of breakfast foods, nice pool, and the fridge / kitchenette was perfect for us. We would go back there in a heartbeat! 10/10

The staff were friendly and welcoming, the suite was spotless and comfortable, the parking lot was spacious and well lit, and the location was conveniently located near shopping and restaurants without feeling like it was too busy or hectic.

We had our dog with us and we wanted a Marriott property that allowed dogs. We stayed over Christmas and the staff was very friendly and gave us a doggie pack when we checked in with a treat and enough poop bags to cover our stay. We didn’t eat breakfast since we were up and out early, but the breakfast bar looked good and the coffee was great. The rooms were clean, had a well organized layout and had good lighting. This hotel is our new go to when visiting Winchester.

Pet friendly hotel. The staff are super helpful and friendly with each person walking in/out. Breakfast is included and pretty decent . Room is very spacious ! Location was near several food options and driving is fairly easy to reach other areas of town.

This is my second time staying at this location. The first time I got super lucky, receiving a third floor suite overlooking the pool. The only challenge since I was traveling with my dog was getting him down three flights to get outside for bathroom breaks. This time, we got a first floor suite, facing the back of the hotel. Much less of a view but it was right across from the exit to outside- so the lack of view was made up for by the convenience of how easy it was to get in and out with my dog. The suite itself was equally as lovely as the first one. The hotel looks and smells very clean and well cared for. Front desk staff is very kind. There is a large grocery store (Martin’s) within walking distance of the hotel, as well as a Starbucks, gas station, Dollar Store, and multiple restaurants. Almost forgot- a liquor store too! Only about 25 minutes from Harper’s Ferry. Just a really nice place to stay, especially if you’re traveling with your pet!

The room and hallways had a bad smell. The cleaning crews were busy when I checked in around 3:30 PM on a Saturday afternoon. There was a lot of trash compiled in the hallways. It was not a pleasant first impression.

I really love this hotel, I’ve stayed here several times. I do have two small points of dissatisfaction with this visit but I will begin with the good stuff. The hotel is very clean and updated; it is conveniently located adjacent to a shopping center with a Martin’s, a liquor store, and several restaurants. There’s a Walmart and a Target less than ten minutes away, so lots of nearby shopping and dining options. And although the hotel is off a major highway, the property itself feels very peaceful. The staff here is always incredibly friendly and accommodating- shout out to Skyler (sp?) who has been there every time I’ve stayed here! He’s friendly, has great energy, and knows how to make guests feel welcome. He deserves a raise and a promotion! As for my two small issues- I was placed in a room adjacent to the lobby which was fine as I was traveling with my dogs so being able to have a room close to an exit is a beautiful thing. And while the room was spotlessly clean, it had the strangest smell to it- not necessarily a bad one, but it was oddly sweet- I couldn’t quite figure out what it was but it was a little off putting. Second, the room was close to a generator that periodically made an extremely loud banging sound that startled me each time and set off my dogs. It was literally so loud it sounded like a gunshot right outside my window. Please fix that! Still a 5 star visit because the staff rocks!

They need to do better the phone lines were cut in the room tv was in the room when we checked in and went in ! It was a no smoking room and you could smell smoke all over the room, due to the smell of the room I ended up canceling and leaving the place.

I think a pet urinated in the room.. walls are really thin. Person in floor above jumped around till midnight and started again at 5am. My toilet flushed when others used theirs in the vicinity. Over all very poor experience and minimal rest/sleep

The only thing we didnt like was the person above us stomping around. It was very comfortable and the staff was so nice! We turned on the fan on the air conditioner and also youtube had a video with fan noise and rain. That helped drown out someone yelling and the stomping.

The staff was really friendly. I had an issue with my sink not draining and no hot water and the staff fixed it right away. The breakfast has a lot of options and it is good. It's at a convenient location, priced reasonable and again, very friendly staff. Not my first time staying there and won't be my last.

Pet friendly hotel. The staff are super helpful and friendly with each person walking in/out. Breakfast is included and pretty decent . Room is very spacious ! Location was near several food options and driving is fairly easy to reach other areas of town.

This is my second time staying at this location. The first time I got super lucky, receiving a third floor suite overlooking the pool. The only challenge since I was traveling with my dog was getting him down three flights to get outside for bathroom breaks. This time, we got a first floor suite, facing the back of the hotel. Much less of a view but it was right across from the exit to outside- so the lack of view was made up for by the convenience of how easy it was to get in and out with my dog. The suite itself was equally as lovely as the first one. The hotel looks and smells very clean and well cared for. Front desk staff is very kind. There is a large grocery store (Martin’s) within walking distance of the hotel, as well as a Starbucks, gas station, Dollar Store, and multiple restaurants. Almost forgot- a liquor store too! Only about 25 minutes from Harper’s Ferry. Just a really nice place to stay, especially if you’re traveling with your pet!

Clean room and friendly hotel front desk concierge. Has a shopping center across the parking lot along with other food fast food option (Ledos, Sonic, Waffle House, etc). Nice that the suites have a microwave, small refrigerator, and even provides some dishes along with dishwasher should you need to stay longer than a weekend. For sure another hotel I will stay at.

Lovely stay. We use this hotel as a halfway point to our destination. The kitchen set up was perfect and we were able to put our things in the decent sized freezer and refrigerator. Friendly staff, plentiful and wide variety of breakfast foods, nice pool, and the fridge / kitchenette was perfect for us. We would go back there in a heartbeat! 10/10

The staff was really friendly. I had an issue with my sink not draining and no hot water and the staff fixed it right away. The breakfast has a lot of options and it is good. It's at a convenient location, priced reasonable and again, very friendly staff. Not my first time staying there and won't be my last.

Really appreciated the coffee station that was always open. The room was roomy, clean and quiet. The breakfast was good, but some yoghurt would be nice. Very friendly and cheerful front desk person.

We had our dog with us and we wanted a Marriott property that allowed dogs. We stayed over Christmas and the staff was very friendly and gave us a doggie pack when we checked in with a treat and enough poop bags to cover our stay. We didn’t eat breakfast since we were up and out early, but the breakfast bar looked good and the coffee was great. The rooms were clean, had a well organized layout and had good lighting. This hotel is our new go to when visiting Winchester.

Don’t eat the breakfast, boiled eggs are like rubber bolls - jumping off the table. Scrambled eggs are not eggs, look and taste like plastic or some paper. Thin walls, even the ceiling, you can literally hear everything around you.

Very friendly staff. We arrived early and they let us check in a little early. Room and building very clean. Free breakfast was really good. Conveniently close to a grocery store and restaurants. No indoor pool or hot tub.

This was a dog friendly hotel, we were not told that and our room was next to barking dogs. We believe that dogs, if possible be seperated from other hotel guests, and be told that during check in.

The rooms were not new but dated. There were quite a few dogs staying there and one barked for an hour or so while we were in our room. One even made it into the breakfast area with their owner. The walls allowed noise from other rooms to be heard. There were air conditioners in every room (2 bedrooms) with a thermostat in each room. Problem was in my room there was just enough room for a queen bed and a large air conditioner. When it went on it was noisy and impossible to sleep so I turned down the temp so I could sleep. Breakfast was good and a lot of different items.
